This is a great place to go with the family! Plenty of space and very friendly staff. Our kids love coming to have family time here ?? they have good food and adult drinks, too. Some of the best chicken tenders I've had.

The bowling alley was good. The customer service was okay. We were supposed to be notified when leagues were done so we could get another lane and that never happened. We take some responsibility for that because no one went up and asked either. The people at the snack counter were very monotone and seemed like they really wanted to be somewhere else. They were not exactly rude just not at all friendly.

This place is absolutely fantastic and it has a crew that puts the customer first. Michelle is so kind and helpful, and she will go the extra mile to make the customer happy. What a great place to bowl at! Me and my company have used this place now for two years straight and I don't think there's any other place to go than amf Peoria Lanes.

The lanes are a little janky. We seem to always get put at one that likes to drop pins or have missing ones. With a military discount, 5$ per game isn't a terrible price for some fun, but I'd be more inclined to spend more or get food if the game prices were a little cheaper. It has an arcade but its tiny. Otherwise, it's a solid place. Friendly staff and a good pro shop.

Purchased a Groupon offer to try it out. Haven't been bowling in such a long time and thought this would be a great place to start. Well, indeed it was!! We had a great time. We had a birthday party here, and Michelle was honestly one of the best hosts I've had anywhere. She went above and beyond. Our lane got stuck a few times, but staff jumped onto the issue immediately every time and got our fun going again. I recommend this place, if you've been here before, they've remodeled the place

We had fun it was clean and staff was friendly and nice. Our lane and the one next to us kept having mechanical problems. Kitchen staff was extremely slow and our pizza was barley warm when we got it.

I was told a flat rate of each game when checking in and I confirmed I heard it right and even had 3 others in my party confirm it. When we check out they tell me the rate was per person PER GAME. They did not say that. Then when asked who told me the worker up front then said I was wrong and said she did not say that with so much attitude and then walked away. This place sucks. Extremely disappointed with the management at AMF Peoria Lanes. The regular staff are great and always friendly, but the managers?especially the women running the night league and another male manager?have been rude, unhelpful, and show no interest in addressing issues. Lanes were good, understaffed and it was a mad house, unfortunately. The gentleman working the counter was working hard all by himself. The food is way overpriced. Bowling was expensive but the food shouldn't be that expensive.

Went in for some practice games during unlimited bowling on a monday night got put in lane 5 and the machine absolutely scared both me and my brothers bowling balls leaving large scratches through the entire ball tried telling a worker but couldn't find anyone besides the concessions workers besides that the lady at the bar was fantastic though great drinks

Over all good bowling experience. However the bar could step up their game a bit. Instead of having an empty bar with over priced drinks, as a manager myself I would throw a karaoke machine in there and take the drinks down to $3 . What would you rather have, an empty bar full of $6 drinks or a happy hour full of $3 drinks. Take your pick. Like I said I'm a manager myself!

.y sister and her kids were in town and our plans got goofed up, but bowling to the rescue! The kids had a blast and they even let us finish the last two frames when our time was up.

So this the second time visiting this spot. Was very clean and the workers are helpful. BUT!!! I literally just bought a $250 ball the day before and after bowling for 2 hours my ball was filthy, scuffed and even had a slight chip in it!!! After cleaning the ball to what I thought was good it still has sticky residue all over it!!! I will never visit this location again please don't use your balls here especially if they are worth something to you?DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Lanes were down constantly, the air conditioner didn't work on our side, staff was slow to assist.

Food tastes disgusting and is too expensive for games and food. It was a rip-off. In my opinion, they charged 9.99 per person, then 5.99 per shoe rental, then 20 per game. I spent $ 140 for 2 games they had no coupons or deals. Last time, i will go here.

Such a great place to meet up with family or friends and bowl, eat, drink and have a great time. The people who work there go above and beyond. We were a party of 10 and everyone was impressed. We came with a large group and had a great time. We had some problems with the lanes but the employees there were quick to fix it. Another thing I appreciated was that we had brought in some drinks but they have a no outside food policy. But the way the worker informed us was very kind and reasonable. In any case we had an awesome experience and we'll definitely come back again!

We just had my sons 12th birthday party here. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. I booked online which was quick and easy. We had one mistake with a last minute change to our pizza order and not only did they comp it they gave us a free bowling pass. If I could give them more stars I would.

Good atmosphere, friendly bartender, and bowling staff. They took a while to correct the jammed machine and we had to ask for help twice because it was taking so long. Blls were sparse, and I had to check vacant lanes for balls. Good vibes here and I would go again. Also, Luckily the online lane reservations weren't working because I paid $80 less by walking in than if I paid online for some reason.

Such a fun place to bowl. Nobody was acting like a fool. Everyone was so courteous. Even the other patrons were well behaved on a Friday night. my boyfriend and I have been coming to amf frequently and are celebrating our anniversary tonight. we have been greeted with amazing customer service from the cashiers to the best bartender Shelly! Great music, very clean, very friendly staff and good food. However, the only problem I had was paying for lanes/shoes? It was described very odd and as well my second party paid for a game as well, we didn't mean to, yet we only got 1 game in total... very confused but will be back eventually.

Went on Friday night for their Night Strike bowling. Thought it was cosmic bowling where they turned off the lights. I was wrong ??. The AC must have been broken as well as it was very warm in there. Waited 15 minutes to get it fixed and ended up just leaving and still got charged for a whole game even though we only got to roll 5 times, what a rip off. We had so much fun bowling, singing and dancing. We quickly switched lanes when the alley needed 2 next to each other, and they gave us a voucher to go back. Only negative, dirty balls. My hands were black by the end of 5 games. Nothing a little soap couldn't fix though.

Check in process was good but after that not so good! The bathrooms were disgusting! Filthy! And we were the first people in the door that day right when it opened. Our lane wasn't working. Apparently, there were 28 balls stuck in the back of pins?! And my friend had broken glass in his beer! There was garbage and dirty straws in our area and again we were the first people in the door that day which means no one cleaned from the night before or the entire month which is what the bathroom looked like ??

Had the best time at AMF Peoria Lanes! Reserved two lanes but had specific lanes we wanted due to the cool Lit sign for photos and videos for our band, and when they found out that they put our reserved lanes on the wrong side of the room, they immediately fixed this, moved us to the side we wanted and went above and beyond with extra accommodations even when we said it was totally okay since it was an odd request. They allowed us to take our photos and videos with our media person and AMF was very accommod

The employees were perfect. We had reservations for 11 and they had everything ready to go. Management was awesome. We had 2 hours of bowling and it was great!! If you have a big family like we do, this is a great time for all. Thank you for having us!!

Friend used a Groupon for 4, we added a 5th bowler when we arrived. Lanes were nice, balls are kinda beat up and dirty, but they gave us a microfiber towel for free to use while playing. Ordered their seasoned fries, highly recommended. Nice time and not too busy for Labor Day.

We waited for 2 hr, there were 6 lines available but the incompetent employees were just laughing. They were rude to me and my family. Many other people were angry with the employees for the same situation.

Walked in today at around 6 and was told about an hour and a half wait due to a league, but we just planted ourselves at the bar and are currently having a great time waiting! Place got a facelift recently too and looks great!

Pizza was better than some pizza restaurants, I didn't expect that. Their cocktails were good at the bar. My only complaint is that the clips that pop up when you are bowling aren't as fun as the old school ones, now it's something like a still clip of two people high fiving when you get a strike. I call shenanigans,lane 27 sucked and the pricing was extremely unclear. They said we played 8 games when we only played 4, apparently they charge by the person no matter how old that person is. Love to bowl here. However, they should but an enthusiastic team member at the guest service area. The guy working has no manners, enthusiasm, energy, or patience. Never once did I see a smile from him. Everything was slow motion from getting our shoes to answering our questions.

Pros: - The vibe of this bowling alley is really cool. - - The food tasted good. Cons: - No A/C. Had to use their giant floor fan pointing towards our area to get some air circulations. - The lanes are VERY DRY - They need to upgrade their equipments from their pinsetter/ball return because my brand new ball is a pearl reactive and after playing a couple of games on these lanes it's starting to look and feel like a urethane ball. They have remodeled this location. It looks beautiful. The lanes are smooth, the touch screens work perfectly. The kitchen and bar are very nice. We were there for their New Year's celebration. I highly recommend this event. Cost is a little high but the amount of food they provide with it makes up for it. There was 6 of us and we had 2 lanes. 2 pizzas, a tray full of chicken tenders, chips and salsa, another tray full of fries, and a large salad. It was easy more food than we could all eat. I'd first like to say that Michelle the manger double e double the trouble (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) WAS AMAZING she turned a horrible day into one of the best memories I'll have she made sure we were having fun, and she NEVER stops running around checking on everyone making sure we are good. Great place, great customer service, and great music playlist too! I had a great time with my friends. The only thing I have that I just thought was funny is that the bowling balls were very dirty. Our hands were pretty obviously dirty after the games but after a simple hand wash in the bathroom everything was great!
