The manager Louis is amazing, my date was running late after we already switched the time, he patiently waited 30 minutes on her to arrive before starting the time. 10/10 on the environment, food, and drinks I will be coming back again

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to share this. The way customers are treated here is disappointing and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and borderline rude, as if helping us was a burden. From start to finish, the energy felt off ? no courtesy, no effort to make guests feel welcome. If you're thinking about coming here, I strongly suggest considering other bowling alleys nearby. There are plenty of places that actually value their customers and understand what good service means. T

Great prices! Deals almost everyday of the week. Two of us went on a Sunday at 4:00 and the place was basically empty. We spent $62 for 3 rounds including shoe rental. Prices get even cheaper after 6 on Sundays.

Second time going there with my church, within an 8 year span, and as usual customer service was excellent. Very clean and people friendly. I watched others bowl and I shot a few games of billiard. Thou am very rusty at shooting pool, I must admit, I had lots of fun.

As someone who enjoys bowling regularly, I was really disappointed with the service here. No basic courtesy, zero hospitality, and a generally unfriendly environment. It felt like we were a burden just for walking in. I won't be coming back.

Poor experience. Poor leadership. Poor decisions made at the top of the ladder. I went with a group of 10, and we had stated we wanted 2 lanes. It ended up being divided 4/6 versus 5/5, to which we asked the manager if we could just move one player to the next lane and that became a whole thing. This is the norm for Bowlero/AMF/Lucky Strike. Stems from unprofessional higher ups? they'll give you free stuff for the complaint, but that's because they profit so much, they can afford to give things away? you'll still get the mediocre experience? try locally owned lanes, not many left, but better experience than this corporation.

It's ok the game; the environment is nice and clean BUT unfortunately the attention of the snack station or junk food server is REALLY BAD, they keep it open but when you ask about menu they said they don't have anything to prepare, they dont have drinks or fries or anything. But its ok to go by the way.

Terrible experience. The staff was rude, the manager had a horrible attitude, and they didn't care at all when we tried to explain what we needed. Customer service was nonexistent. I do not recommend this place at all.

Clean, fun, affordable. This place had great service and great employees. Ate wings and mozzarella sticks as a small snack while bowling and the food was good. This place doesn't have all the bells or whistles as far as lit up with a bunch of tvs, lights and overly loud music. This place has been around since I was a kid and still is kept up well. The prices were very affordable and we were even told by the employees to return to the cashier after 6 so our 2nd game could be cheaper. Very happy we came.

This bowling alley is far too overpriced for the quality of lanes. The wood is warped, the balls are old and damaged, and their technology is outdated. You don't get your own section for each lane and are crowded with other people.

Warning: Don't waste your time or money here. The treatment we received was unacceptable, and it ruined the whole experience. You'll have a better time anywhere else.

Super modern and clean - can be pricey but everything is super updated and seems clean. They have some specials where you can do unlimited bowling for 16.99. Fun light show on Fridays and Saturday at night!

Customer service was not good for the first time visiting with my family! 2 adults and 3 kids for $165. We only play 2 games like in the picture showing for that price that's crazy i feels like they rob me

I think this place is a good place to bowl and the drinks were really good. It's just the food took to long. And we were harrass about which lanes we were in. Excellent - had my nephews birthday party there and everything was all set and ready to go when we got there plenty of food very professional and friendly staff - I was very happy with our servicer Kathy, she was right on top of things and checked to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything else. This place is extremely unprofessional & racist. Our group paid for TWO games & an employee (female, brunette, caucasian) turned our lane off mid-game, with an excuse of ?mechanical errors? but made no accommodation to refund or give another lane. Her, and another employee (tall, bald, caucasian male) degraded our group, ignored our request, and made us leave, claiming that they were closing, but at least 6 other lanes were still playing. Typical, traditional bowling alley. Nothing fancy. There is an arcade, a kitchen and a bar. We played with kids so we used the bumpers. They aren't automatic so they stayed up for the duration of the game. Pleasant afternoon.

I love this place. Very nice atmosphere and you can tell that the management has love for the game. Food is what you would expect from a bowling alley and drinks are reasonably priced and always good. Lanes are in great condition, but those Brunswick A-2s are definitely showing their age. When they break down, the mechanics resolve the issues quickly. I love coming here every week, and will continue to do so.

I have been bowling here for 5 months and have never had anything but an exceptional experience. Every employee has been very nice and has made sure we have had a great time. Tom, Luis, Ashley and Katie work the front desk and they have always treated us fairly. I have seen them interact with many people and they treat everyone the same, with the utmost respect and dignity. I haighly recommend bowling here.

I took my grandmother here for her birthday on a Saturday and she loved every minute. Place was not booked and they had lanes available as soon as we walked in. Suits big groups and they allow you to pay with multiple cards, you just have to put a debit or credit card on hold but they do not charge it. I loved returning here after almost 3 years without a mask, in person with some of my league buddies. We all agreed, we NEEDED that and will return. The music could have been better, the cafe was closed and the toilets were backed up, but hey it was the end of a night... It was great. We took the children from our church there for Vacation Bible School for an outing. Everything was great bowling, good food, delicious and the two workers were awesome. The children enjoyed the arcade. Our church Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church has been coming here for years and will continue coming. Keep up the great work.

The guy who was managing the lanes was super nice but Christina who was working at the food counter wasn't, she didn't have manners at all and charged our food wrong. If she had better manners we would've ordered more but she made us not want to go back up.

Depends on what you like. It's a good bowling alley. Nothing special that I would say you have to go here. The people at the counter were a little slow even when were only 2 people in line. The place is clean, just very dated in decor. Real old school. If you're looking for simple bowling atmosphere, this is it.

There are probably no less than 5 bowling alleys closer to my home but yet I drive to AMF in Pembroke Pines 3x a week since May for a bowling experience that is top notch. Every single employee I've encountered is friendly, kind, attentive and has made me feel welcomed as a new bowler. They take true pride in what they do and it shows. They've earned my loyalty, for sure.

Very disappointed in the treatment at this location. Not only from the staff but from the manager as well. They constantly clean your table even while you are NOT done. The staff threw out our food that we were still working on and got upset when we addressed it. They constantly hound us about every little thing which ruined our time. This place is not worth my money. I was told by an employee that I can't bring water in the building. I explained that the water was for my baby to make formula milk. They did not care... the customer service sucks, and the food is overpriced. I believe they are trying to make up from the lost of money from covid. Would not recommend it at all.

6/7/2025 AMF Pembroke Pines is a great bowling center. Well maintained lanes, good food and drinks, and a nice arcade. I got my bowling gear from here about 4 years ago...The Pro Shop there is awesome! Mr. Pedro hooked up me and my son with all the necessary gear!!

We -a party of 9- were very disappointed at the service provided last weekend here at AMF Pembroke Pines. We got two lanes, and we requested the 3-games bundle per person. Apparently, there was some misunderstanding at the moment of ordering, and we only got 2 games per person. When we came back to the cashier to check what happened they automatically said that we requested 2, which we did not. Spent New Years eve there. We bought a package. Place was half empty which we didn't care. Staff were cortious (except for bartender) he was not very friendly and that was the main reason we didn't get any alcoholic drinks. Cleanliness could improve but overall good experience. I've been bowling here for about a year now. Luis the manager is awesome he is super nice guy my family looks forward seeing him there. Everything about this place makes it feel like a real bowling alley, from the staff to the lanes. It's not perfect but that's what makes it great bowling alley it reminds me of the the good ol days.

Clean, well-managed place with plenty of working lines and reasonable prices except for food: too expensive for the low quality. If possible, bring your own ball. The ones they have are very worn out. All in all, we had a good time

Renovated from last time visited. Food is good but have to stand in line for 15 min for staff to take your order as they cook other orders. Bar has anything from beers onward. Kids had a great time which is what matters IMO.

The place was clean & the workers all seemed pleasant & respectful. I would recommend for a group bowling event or party etc. The main reason why I gave it a 3 star is that I noticed the oil that was being used for frying the snacks was as black as engine oil ( that's a no no). Other than that the chef/server lady at the time practiced proper hand hygiene & served with a smile.

Listen HORRIBLE SERVICE, I couldn't believe what I've experienced at this AMF, General Manager at night time was very harsh and disrespectful. To the point I will never return to that facility!!!! I advice you, go Bowl elsewhere. Kitchen close at 10pm and the facility close at 12. And trying to bribe to play without drinks that's suppose to be available to us which is CRAZY. Get new staff ASAP or Close it General Manager making you lose customers than GAINING

First time to this establishment and my family and I had such and amazing time. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We spent in food over $100.00 and in 3 game with shoes socks $168.00. With us singing up online for free got $20.00 off coupons and ended paying only $68.00 in the game. AWESOME DEAL!! We will be back next week for sure.

Upon entering, the guy acted like we were bothering him. We had never been there before, so maybe we asked too many questions, or just looked weird. Meh. Not a big deal. We were there to bowl, and we did just that! The bartender was cool though...

Just had my son's 7th birthday party here and the staff was great. Mr. Tom, the manager his number one goal is the customer. He made sure that we had everything that we needed and we are definitely satisfied with the service.
