Expensive to bowl Daughter Had bowling alley provide food and drinks for 5yr olds birthday party, paid for extras had to argue to get them once there. Took 10 days of my daughter calling to finally get ahold of someone to make things right. Eventually they did. Best part of whole expirence was the kids had fun

7.50 per game is outrageous! Plus, if you don't bowl on a league here, then you bowl in the dark. They will not turn on the lights above your lane that you are bowling on. Literally had to start in the lane next to me and throw the ball so far out and still hope it didn't cross to the Brooklyn side. Absolutely no shot on these lanes. The girl at the desk had a disposition of a sick sloth. Just did not care about anything. Do not waste your time or money here!!!

So fun! We came here randomly on a Friday to meet friends after trying out a couple other bowling alley options in the area - best place! Service was friendly, helpful and accomodating. We took my nephews here for a Christmas get together as their Christmas present. We had a total of 9 bowlers plus some adults! Lance was attentive from the moment we arrived. Walked us to our lanes and made sure we had everything we needed. He made sure to check back with us frequently and thanked us for making the visit that day. Normally don't have an issue here but tonight seemed that they were either not staffed appropriately or just a bad day. Asked for bumpers on a lane and it took 3 times for us asking to have it done. To order food the guy working the area was absolutely rude. Told us friers were down so could not really order food. Disappointing when you're bowling for a while. Our family reserved two lanes for our Nieces birthday 12/21/2024 and from the time we walked in the door the GM Lance Boswell was attentive and made sure we had what we needed to get started. He was the only one there handling everything when we arrived but made our experience awesome like we were the only ones in the building. Very accommodating, attentive and great attitude. We had a really nice experience. We had technical difficulties with our lane and the staff acted quickly to get it fixed. We ended up at a new lane and they compensated us without hesitation. Place was clean and the food was good.

Edit: Came here today and sat at the bar for 20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. The employee said the bar was closed, despite everyone in the bowling alley having drinks. Going from 5 stars to 3. This is my favorite place to go bowling. There are plenty of lanes available. Sometimes I go just to hang out at the bar, beer prices are reasonable and the pizza is so good I can eat a whole one to myself!

We had 14 people in our group alone for their new year's eve bowling. I have to say the price was great! There was plenty of food and it was replenished quickly for the entire bowling alley patrons. I truly had a great experience going to AMF Lanes in North ridgeville recently. I usually only write reviews when I feel strongly about a company. This place deserves five stars, no doubt! I had reserved a lane for a special date and the gentleman, possibly the manager (not sure), made it even better by being very attentive and offering free drinks for being the first one to reserve. He was extremely helpful the whole time and kept checking on us as we're having an awesome time together. I highly recommend

Went for my daughters bowling game. Overall, it was a nice place. Lane 1 kept breaking during the competition, and the food took 30 minutes to get. But the combo platter is a great deal for a family.

Great place to bowl. Lovely staff. They were really crowded on Sat night and overwhelmed because they are short staffed and I had a few mishaps with the food I ordered but the manager took care of me and helped me out. If anyone needs a job and is interested help them out and apply.

Our group had a fantastic experience at AMF North Ridgeville on Saturday, 7/20, thanks to Lance Boswell, the General Manager, and his exceptional team. The lane conditions were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Lance personally approached our group and graciously invited us back, even providing a complimentary two-hour pass for a group of 10. My son's team plays here and I'm always impressed on the cleanliness of the place. I like the decor and options available. We want to go back as a family and spend time as the arcade looks decent and then the pool tables don't look all beat up so thats good. For bowling it's neat and he does good on the Lanses too. Do wish there was more seating though, especially fr us parents there to support.

It's been a while since we went bowling! Found a great Groupon for AMF Bowling (there is some fine print). We did not realize the fine print rules until we arrived that Friday evening, and we were advised it could not be used on a Friday after 6pm. Very disappointing experience. Visiting family for a few days from out of state and we planned on going bowling for New Year?s Eve. Called the night before and were told that it was going to be ?first come, first serve? and that there were 45 or so lanes open till 1 am. Were quickly dismissed as soon as we walked in and were told it was parties only. Only way to make a party was online and they were ?unfortunately?. Already closed. Over 3/4 of the lanes were not in use, seems like a management problem

I like that the alley is clean and modern. The balls are organized by size and color so you're not spending 10 minutes searching for a ball to use. We went on a Saturday evening, and it was a bit pricey. There were lots of young children running around, so if that's not your thing, maybe try visiting on a weeknight. I'll be back. I was going to practice for league today. I got there and it literally took 10 minutes for anybody to help me get situated on a lane. I was asked if I was a league bowler, to which I replied yes. I was given the lane. I went to the lane and visually saw a child?s aid at the entrance to the lane. It also had the gutter guards up with a whole bunch of house balls in the ball return. So I guess I am expected to pay to practice on burnt up lanes. Thank you for letting me know where not to take my business.

Never had been there before. Perfect in every way. Don't change a thing. The man with the glasses brought us our food at our lanes and talked to us and gave my son some bowling tips. He had a Groupon and we had our granddaughters there celebrating one of the girls birthdays. They especially loved the arcade. Food was good too.

Enjoyable family time. A little pricey. Went on a Saturday night for cosmic bowling. We could barely hear the music playing and the cosmic lights were only on for about half the time we were there. Stayed the entire 9p-12a but I don't think it's worth the price when you don't get the full cosmic bowling experience like they state.

What was supposed to be a memorable experience for my sons first time ever bowling was soured at the fact that the female worker, who i assumed was the manager, had the worst attitude ever. I drove up from Middleburg Hts on Friday for my first ever visit to the alley. I had BOGO game coupons in the Save Around Cleveland coupon book. When we all go there (7 of us plus 6 on the way) we were told by the cashier, Laura that they cannot accept the coupons because they are now AMF and not Brunswick. We were there Saturday evening and the two young girls working were rude and unpleasant. They acted like they didn't like their jobs and we were a bother to them! I was as nice as I could be to them and still rude! Plus bowing is expensive at $30 . $9 to bowl and $6 for shoes. Come-on!!

Fantastic place!! Friendly staff, clean, and really cool looking, great music, and very reasonable prices my kids and I had such a great time with the Sunday Funday special. As a single mom I'm so happy to have found somewhere fun I can take the kids that won't break the bank. We will be back!

AMF North Ridgeville Lanes is a very nice bowling facility. The staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced. There is plenty of seating for a small group, however, if you are part of a big group you might have trouble with seating capacity. All in all, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Bowled had a very rude shift leader was talking down to people, months ago. Willing to give this place another try, after the Manager was nice enough to contact me after what happened. Came in on 12/22/21 at 6pm with the wife and two daughters. Have not been to this place in a few years and it has been remodeled very well. Went to get a lane and was told it was $6.75 a game and $5 for shoes?basically $50 to play 1 game for us. Could not rationalize that and we left. Too bad? we went to cookies 10 pin for 1/2 the price. I understand there is inflation but come on. Place was pretty much empty?their business manager need to look at being more competitive for family?s

My husband and I had a blast bowling here for our date night. Prices are good , staff was super nice and friendly. Next time we're going to check out the arcade with our little one. The drinks my husband got us were good, I think they were called the guzzlers which are non-alcoholic. The food however, not so much. Two employees. One at the snacks and one at the counter. Had a pile of shoes that needed to be cleaned. Bumpers never were put up because of the lack of employees. The line never stopped. Place was in good condition just understaffed. Went at prime time on Saturday.

Amber, Kerissa, Laura, and Reanna are always so helpful and willing to help when needed. We visit this location about 4-5 times a week and they are excited to see us! They have helped us fix our lane, our food order, and always get us through the lines fast! They are super understanding when anything is wrong! The best people at the alley by far!

So my 10 yr old son bowled 10 frames & they charged his aunt $30 dollars for basically 1 game. The Saturday evening Manager said his name was in there twice ,but it was on accident, so your telling me it's $15 a game for a 10 year old. We went in on Saturday to do the 2 hour bowling. We started after 10 and at no time were we told that we would not get a full 2 hours of bowling. At the least we should've been able to finish our frame of all the bowlers so we could see who won at that point. We got a 1 min. Warning ?? horrible. We had to pay for the full time but didn't get the full time to play. We understand that you want to go home but you could've at least let all of us finish or told us when we started that is was a hard midnight

Had my sons 7th birthday party here and it was a success. The host Dave was awesome. Always asking if we needs anything. He even played a song for the kids (spongebob theme birthday). They were so happy. The food was good too. Definitely recommend.

I came here two days in a row to play pool, they do not clean very well, the mess was still there the next day. Prices are way to high to play just a few games. Should just have to pay the table the $1.50 a game it used to be, is a big ripp off to pay 15$ for not even 1 he a game , they should include drinks and something to eat if charging that amount. I don't bowl much, but I have friends that do so I am there often. They always have an amazing atmosphere and good food and the staff amazing. Ross helped us out the last few times we were there and he was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed.

Tried the 2 hour special over the weekend with a party of 4. Did not even get to finish our second game. The selection of seltzer drinks they had was 2 choices. Food was good but overall was expensive. I didnt expect to spend 100$ for a party of 4 people to not even be able to finish thier 2nd game.

Staff was rude, acted as if my group of 15 was an inconvenience. Nobody else was there, it was 9:30. We went there instead of our normal place bc they started they were open til midnight. Will never choose to choose a family outing there again.

This place has gone very downhill very fast. They can't even keep a GM for more than a few weeks. Staff, lanes, and costs are all much worse than they were last year. They robbed the cash leagues of any chance of earning any winnings and the cost to open bowl is crazy high. Literally no reason to bowl here. Go anywhere else.

This is such a nice house! Yes it's pricey but you can see they reinvest the money back into it. Shawnna, she's the bartender, and the manager Laura always have a blast and make for a great time! My boyfriend and I only come up when Shawnna is working and if Laura is there it's bonus points!!!

While the lanes are well maintained. That staff was horrible . A group of 14 waited for lanes to be open (to be expected) but when we went to get the lanes the manager there up sold us to unlimited bowling (that we all took) not know they closed in 45 min. My family wanted to do something together so we thought bowling. Horrible idea, for no reason, should 2 hours of bowling cost more than $200. We got charged for a shoe rental we didn't even get. The last time I went bowling it was by the hour not how many people bowled per game cause we just left someone's name up when they were done, so had to pay extra for no one to be bowling.

Had to ask for everything from food to holiday paraphernalia they give out every year. Food came out one item at a time.over 2hr period. Very disappointed!

John in the pro shop is great. I had a ball that I purchased online drilled, and he did a great job. Not only that, but every time I have been out to practice he has stopped by to watch me throw, and offered tips to improve my game. I appreciate that he is willing to take the time and offer advice, knowing that he is a former pro, and a great bowler.

Not busy on a Tues aftrrnoon in May. Had my granddaughter with me and were easily able to put bumpers up, have shoes her size, and the ball chute for her to use. Very clean and nice alleys to bowl on.
