Great fun!!! Our lane was messed up but Rachel helped us out numerous times!!! It took almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the snack line... Very strange didn't seem super busy there, but everyone made good food/drinks and was very friendly. Would go again, next time bringing my own drinks though (stood in line twice totaling 45 minutes, I literally paid to stand in line).

Duck Pin challenges with my son! Great time! Love their bowl 2 games and get the third game at half price. There is also a neat bowling shop in the back. I ordered my duck pin balls there!

Great place for family fun. Like everything else, the cost of bowling has gone up too. If you enjoy bowling, think about getting the summer pass. 2 free games a DAY plus $5 arcade credit every visit.

Great place. Really love the fact that they have specials every night. I come here quite often and I've really improved my game. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Outstanding Experience at AMF Dundalk! I recently visited AMF Dundalk Bowling Alley, and I can't say enough great things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and full of energy. The lanes were well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. A special shoutout to the managers, Tim and Eric, who truly make this location stand out. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched.

I wish I could leave no stars. This place is raggedy the pins pick wasn't working so they changed our lane and that one wasn't working at all. They said they didn't have a mechanic to fix the issues. Another couple personal ball got stuck and they was told them they had to wait until Monday. Also they told us we could not get a refund Don't come here to bowl or have fun. This place is trash.

We were assigned the first 2 lanes for a work party, lanes broke about 3 times in the first hour, so they moved us which was nice. The concession line is absolutely terrible, if you don't have multiple people to hold your place so you can continue bowling you will never finish a game. Waited in line with 2 people in front of me for over 20 minutes. Ordered 1 sampler when we got there at 5 and finally got it to our table at 6.

Nice bowling alley with lots of lanes. Half are standard bowling and half are duckpin. Well maintained and definitely kid friendly (on a Friday afternoon). To be honest was much more expensive that I expected but learned a few lessons along the way ?? (ie not their fault I wasn't paying attention). Great facility overall.

The bowling alley was clean like... I wiped down our table when we got a lane. For a Monday, it seemed pretty busy, the food and bar area only had one worker doing it all, which he handled so kudos to him. Atmosphere was friendly, more towards a young adult and less of a family with young kids vibe.

Tonight we had a reservation and our lane had a few issues. The manager Eric was more than accommodating. Very nice and he cared about our time and money spent. It's nice to see such great customer service. Thank you!

First time playing duck pin bowling!!! We had a great time with our family of 6. Groupon is a must and must be purchased 24hr in advance. Without Groupon it was way out of our price range. Kids had a blast, clean environment, shoes were like new. Drinks were a bit high but no worse than a movie theater.

It's a bowling alley fully met expectations for a very basic bowling alley. Don't expect fast service or much more than a working lane and some shoes. Online booking worked great day of.

My kid?s friend wanted to write a review. Here it is: this is absolutely terrible. The CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES took 45 MINUTES AND THEIR COLD and when we rolled the bowling balls they never came back. We're still waiting for my friends burger and it's been AN HOUR!!!!

Sunday Jan. 26th. I decided to throw my 18 year olds birthday celebration here. It was me, my husband, my son who's birthday we were celebrating, my oldest son, and about 7 of the birthday boys friends. Ofcourse it's the weekend so it's busy. My visit this time was not to bowl, but for the pro shop. I purchased my first bowling ball. This particular pro shop was recommended to me. Each staff member was so nice and attentive. They answered all of my questions. They were thorough and provided great customer service. I've visited 2 times since purchasing my bowling ball. The staff have been nice and attentive even when it is busy.

We had a wonderful birthday party tonight. Food was on time and nice and hot. All the staff members were polite and helpful, every time we had a question or needed something they were very quick to help. We had plenty of space and the set up with extra tables for cake and gifts was very nice. Highly recommend!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! YESTERDAY THE MAN WEARING THE DREADLOCS SHOWED NO CONSIDERATION FOR THOSE WHO WERE WAITING TO GET A LANE AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY. Place in and of itself is great but they need to put on their website when leagues meet. We've gone several times to be told they were filled up with leagues playing.

Sometimes the pins go down. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes they reset a full rack of 10 pins. Sometimes they don't. Snack bar service is depressingly slow but friendly. I recommend visiting but bring a briefcase full of patience. Where are your corporate overlords when you need them?

Lanes are trash balls get damaged all the time always hot as hell in their workers are ignorant except for a few none of the hand fans work all plugged with dirt and lint overall crappy establishment and won't be open much longer if it stays under the same management!!!

Took my sons and one of their friends here and had a great afternoon. I was able to find a Groupon for 2 hours for 4 people with shoe rental included for $32 banana spent about $38 when suit but all in all a great experience the only thing I don't recommend is the nachos

The service here is excellent. They do HAVE DUCKPIN bowling and plenty of lanes. We needed an extra lane for our largeparty and they had no problems accommodating. They are very very clean ensuring all COVID safety measures are taken without being oppressive. The food is tasty as well, even the pizza was decent.

Impossible to slide when bowling. Looks like floor is stripped down to bare wood behind the line. If you try to slide when bowling, you will fall on your face.

What a crappy place. Arrived for league play at 5:20 with league starting at 6:30, tried to order food for 45 minutes. Front desk tells me, they don't work the kitchen and can't tell me if anyone is working. No one in the kitchen, then get told you have to order at the front counter, wait another 10 minutes while they help a group if 8 people. Then the front desk can't get the league in correctly. Employees have a shitty attitude.

I had a slight issue with their "no refund" policy when they ran out of food after I purchased it. My family was leaving out the door and the young lady said we don't do refunds. She needs to do a better job at managing product, people, and equipment so that she can ensure a smooth operation. Other than that my family had a great time.

Our experience here was great. We booked one of their packages that included bowling, shoe rental, and food. They had a well decorated table set up for our party, and more food than we could eat. The assistant manager was very attentive and accommodating. He made us feel like VIPs, which was fantastic. The building is a little old, but they use it well.

We had 3 lanes for 10 people for Duckpin bowling --- we could have probably gotten away with 2. There were plenty of open lanes on a Friday afternoon into evening. I WAS upset that the 4pm game price of $6.49 was hiked up to $10.49 before 5pm, without warning. I got there at 4:50pm, and paid a premium for it. Didn't seem fair to me. If we were aware of the price hike, we would have bought several games at once ?? Otherwise, we had a great time.

She took great care in explaining my party option chosen, setting up the bowling, & helped in choosing the right balls. Large facility and very friendly staff. This was my first time duck pin bowling and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, they were severely understaffed at the time of my visit and service at concessions was very poor. I would give it another try though.

I gave my son his 10th birthday party at AMF Dundalk Lanes. I would most certainly do it again, the staff was amazing. They made sure that we had all that we needed. The food was very good. Darrell was the cook and he was so cool. And both of the managers make sure all of our problems were solved. All of my guests adults and kids had a lovely time.

We had my son's 4th birthday party there and it was such a blast! Tried to take my boys a few different times at the Dundalk location and always told no lanes are open. I understand that can happen but called to ask if lanes are available before we came and was told ?we can't give that info over phone? Extremely rude staff member, inappropriately handled phone call?. After driving out to the Perry hall location and finding that the entire alley was full due to a league, it was recommended that I try the Dundalk or Towson locations. Instead of driving around to find the same result of all full lanes I decided to give a call to the Dundalk AMF location to inquire about availability. The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I simply asked if there was any availability of lanes so that I didn?

Way too expensive for 3 people with shoe rental. $70.00 is way too much to be sandwiched between two parties (the parties had the most rude children). It is always nice to wait 30 minutes in line and then be ignored when it is our turn to step up to the register. The facilities were a disgusting dirty mess that hadn't been cleaned in several days!

We came for our work holiday party. They were very accommodating, had a nice layout of food for us which was actually really good. All of the staff was amazing even though we ended up being a bit loud.

The place was not organized to hold so many children. There was not enough dinosaurs for each roll. They were not prepared for the parents of Lakewood Elementary School to buy food and drinks when we got there. We had to wait until the bowling league people finished ordering their food. Some of the people had not went up to order their food when Lakewood Parents were ready to order. We had about 30 parents. Their was no pizza for the children whose teachers and parents wanted to order pizza for the child

The bowling alley was clean and we were serviced quickly to get to our lanes. We didn't have any issues with the lane or scoreboard. The 2 stars are due to the concession and other services. My family arrived at 5:45 PM on September 4, the day before our season passes expired. There was a party of three ahead of us in line. There was one person at the register and three other people behind the counter including the manager talking. This was the worst experience of my life today was my sons 7th birthday party we walk in and are put on the heavy balls where the kids couldn't even bowl then they switch us to the duck pins and it kept getting jammed so the league comes in and they say they have to move us back to the heavy side where again none of the kids can bowl 350.00 for 7 people to bowl then 200.00 in food that was trash never again and I suggest that no one come here because they suck

Pretty clean and consistent bowling alley and duck pin lanes. It was our first time playing duck pin because the bowling lanes were all reserved. Gets very busy on weekends and peak times. Better to go during the week and off hours like closer to closing.

Every time I go here my husband and I bowl four or five or six games and we enjoy ourselves together however, the issue that I have is that the lanes are always always uneven we have to go up and ask to either get a game reset which they don't like to do but we have this problem every time we go and we pay good money for two games and we always wind up going back and getting two more games period we prefer the fair Lanes in Woodlawn because we've never had a problem if there is an issue they take care of it

1st experience great, 2nd time back, we're do I begin first the water was horrible, you can tell it was no filtered Are lanes kept breaking down, issues after issues, they wouldn't replace are water with at least fruit punch. Only thing good about this place is pro shop has great knowledge people.

The girl at the front was super nice but our lane broke down and wouldn't restart and we hit the (help call bell) but nobody came for a long while and then finally when she came over she tried hitting a little button to restart it and it wouldn't work so she said she would call maintenance and that took forever. Plus when we got there their credit card machine wasn't working so we couldn't pay with our card there was an ATM there BUT the ATM was down so we couldn't pull out cash so we actually had to leave

We were here for a tournament and then stayed to bowl and basically staffing is a HUGE issue. They didn't have enough people (read only 1) working the snack bar which makes no sense when you know there is a tournament. People want to watch their bowlers, not spend 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the snack bar too help them. We had a bowling day for the clients of Second Chance II in Dundalk today and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely attentive, kind and accommodating to us the entire time we were here. We had a great time and we look forward to returning here again soon!

I will never come here again. We had a party of 10 @ $40 each. The deal was bowling for two hours. All you could eat wings, pizza, and soda. They didn't have any ice for the soda. We never got any chicken wings. They gave us two pizzas one hour apart. We couldn't even buy cold water because the line was so long we would?ve held up the bowling game.
