We had my daughter?s 18th birthday here. The staff went above and beyond and the manager. The set up was so beautiful we were not expecting that. The customer service was top notch! Will definitely plan more birthday parties here

Bowling alley is in good shape. Staff is great! The Approach on each lane is super slick from them having the lanes refinished. I actually fell the first ball I threw down the lane. Whoever did the job looks like they didn't clean all the dust from sanding the wood floors. Dust residue is all over the floors. Probably needs a really good deep clean. Today we had a great time bowling with the family. This is the first time we visit this place and we had great time. Food was expensive and the portions are small. We tried the chicken sandwich and it was really good. We also tried the Alley Sample and it was delicious. For dessert we tried the pretzel and the chocolate chip cookies and we didn't like it that much. The drinks are expensive but you can have refills. The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. Fantastic place for a teen birthday! The kids had a blast. The food was yummy. The giant cookie was scrumptious. The staff, and Shannon and Dillon in particular, were super helpful and friendly. Stress free and a great value. Highly recommend! And everyone loved being at a "real bowling alley."

Nice, older bowling alley. The automatic scoring was functional but you have to keep an eye on it as it often misses a pin or two. We didn't have any breakdowns so it was a fun session.

AMF Chandler is the peak of the bowling experience. It blends the old school feeling that everyone craves from bowling with the new age amenities and comforts. The manager Dillon is excellent every time we come in and makes the entire experience worth it. This bowling alley is the business! We came in on Saturday with a group of almost 20 people for a birthday party and the staff did a great job making sure everyone was satisfied. As a long-time Thursday night league bowler, I'm deeply disappointed with the direction Chandler Lanes has taken under the new manager. League bowlers?who have supported this house for years?are now treated as an inconvenience. From the start of this season, the new manager Lewis made a terrible impression. When issues occurred on opening night due to his own mistakes, he announced over the PA system that we should just ?deal with it.? That level of unprofessionalism is not only disrespectful?it's baffling

Had a good time with a friend that came in from out of town. Wasn't very busy, workers were friendly and nice. Price wasn't too bad for two games, and the arcade area was small but still had fun air hockey. Sadly, we weren't very good at bowling

I love going to this alley. Great people, respectful bowlers and the staff is helpful and have a great attitude. Stark contrast to the Bowlero half a mile from me which is why I drive to Chandler to bowl.

Place was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Was way understaffed and was able to only get 1 round of beers. When available employees were friendly and tentive. Would not go again just because I was looking for something more up-beat. If you just want to bowl and relax this is the place for you.

I had a disappointing experience at this bowling alley. Our group wanted to set up for league bowling, but they refused our request and instead accommodated the group next to us. We were told to wait 10 minutes before getting a lane, only to see them take money from three groups after us and place them on lanes right away. I took a large group of people. There were other lanes open, but the staff would only give us one lane. The bowling balls kept getting stuck on the way out. Overall, We didn't like the food or atmosphere. Won't be going back to this place.

Used a Groupon and was not sure how it would go over since it was my 1st time. The manager was super knowledgeable and helpful. Made it very easy to get in and started. Honestly this location is the BEST bowling alley we have ever been too. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely seem to love their job and taking care of customers. The place is good and usually have lanes available if you go before 6 PM. The only thing that i didn't like is the music selection and also i would have enjoyed if they had the system to capture player photos and then the cartoons that come on the score board have the actual player pics.

Paid $250 for a plane for 2 hours and pizza/ chicken fingers. They asked me if I wanted a box, and after I said yes please, the manager came out and told me I'm not allowed to take the food home that I paid for! I have been a chef for 20+ years and found this absolutely infuriating. Especially because the server had told me they were just gonna throw it out!

We have come here quite a few times and always get great service, find a lane, and have a great time. The food isn't bad at all. The drinks, however, are weak and expensive. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone.

Worst customer service. Last visit they hassled us about my water cup that I bring because it is 115 outside. Today 4 of us showed up to use the summer pass and they said our 9 year old grandson had to be "Activated" at a different AMF. Only half the lanes occupied and they refused to help in any way. We have received great customer service at other lanes and will be going elsewhere. I recommend all avoid this one!

Without a doubt the best customer service at a bowling alley I've ever had. From the moment you walk thru the door and are welcomed, you are greeted with a smile. We were personally taken to our lane which had a welcome sign with our name. We were provided information on food and drink packages, which we purchased. For the rest of the evening they were very attentive and our glasses never hit empty. I cannot stress enough the great job this staff is doing! We will return.

They recently updated LOTS at the center. So LOVE it. Not many bowling alleys left with wooden approaches.
