We got the season passes and love it! They have a good amount of lanes and even on a Friday evening we were able to snag one. The service has been great and friendly. The cleanliness is pretty good and we haven't had any concerns yet. The only downside is bumpers can't be programmed to go up and down per person which is slightly inconvenient if your family is torn about which way they should be. Great place, we love coming here!
INSANELY OVERPRICED!! Took my fianc?e and son here for a simple night of bowling. We got one lane, three pairs of shoes, and played two games. The guy at the desk said we played three, but I didn't argue. I figured, fine, I'll pay for the extra game and be done with it. Then he tells me the total: $144. For real... ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR DOLLARS. We were there maybe two hours. I thought I misheard him. I even looked at the receipt again to be sure. Nope?$144. There's no world where a quick family bow
Took our 3 year old here for her 1st time bowling! They literally had everything set up for us by time we got to our lane! Even had a light 6lb ball for her and the bumpers up and all! Had a wonderful time! We can't wait to go back!!
Very clean bowling alley! They have a delicious variety of food. They serve fountain drinks and beer. There are a lot of bowling lanes, we didn't have to wait at all. I love that they also have arcade games, that mixes up the evening well. Very friendly staff. My husband and friend came out we definitely recommend.
Today was our first time here ever! We were here for a birthday party , we were greeted right away by employees and got help right away with shoes . The employees were very nice and helpful when I had to exchange my daughter's shoes for a larger size . The party was awesome , they had the perfect food for kids . The food was cheese pizza and chicken strips with fries . They also kept up with refills of the drinks , they never ran out of anything ! The arcade was my son's favorite part ! It was large with en
Been bowling 2 separate leagues at this location. Awesome atmosphere and staff. The pro shop is very knowledgeable and will take care of any of your bowling needs. Highly recommended.
We went for a birthday party. It's a nice bowling facility with good food, a decent arcade that my kids loved, it's clean, the staff are friendly. It's a good place to visit if you like bowling.
Bar tender is a little quirky and off but nice. Took away the amazing mixed drinks we loved to come have. Barside was out of co2 had to run to the snack bar everyime i wanted a capt and coke had to go get tge alcohol at one and run and get the soda at the other. The 1st time i went to get tge soda she dumped my captain out and had to start all over again.
Nice alley. Extremely overpriced. I mean extremely. Most places you can get a lane for $15 an hour or pay $6 a game and a $3.50 shoe rental. This place charges over $10 per game with a $7 shoe rental cost. Shop around when going to a bowling alley, because this place is way too expensive just to bowl a few games.
Very clean facility and super friendly staff. Great lanes to bowl on. Bought the summer pass which is a really great deal, if you love to bowl regularly I highly recommend getting one. Looking forward to bowling in a league at this facility! Edit 2025: I wanted to give Tyler the General Manager a shout out. He has done an incredible job. Goes above and beyond to make sure bowlers have an incredible experience!
Stepping into this bowling alley, you're immediately greeted by the gleaming floors of numerous well-kept lanes, promising a great game ahead. The prices won't knock you over like a strike?they're as fair as a perfectly rolled ball. It's not just about bowling, though; the arcade buzzes with excitement, the bar serves up a striking selection of drinks, and the food is nothing short of a perfect spare to complement your visit. The house balls? They're in top-notch condition, ensuring your game won't be gutte
manager was the absolute sweetest she let me and my friends pick out a arcane stuffy! staff was so nice! 10/10 would recommend
Staff is great! We ordered summer passes, great deal! You get 2 games w/shoes everyday throughout the summer. Pays for itself in 3 visits. They recently updated, very nice!
We had fun! Great for all ages, so bring the entire family??
Had a birthday party here, mixed ages. You do pay for everything in advance for a bigger party, but they are helpful in organizing it all. It was such an amazing time. The staff was so extremely helpful and communicative. The party planners were super responsive via phone and email. Jeff greeted us and checked in on us throughout the party. Erin was our hostess as well, and she was amazing. There were other employees around to help as well. And the front desk staff was super nice. It's not that often that
This place is so much fun for family bowling. Jeff is awesome! Helped us with so many things from my son's birthday to just being kind, patient and caring. ?? definitely recommend! ( my family had a less than stellar day bowling by the score ??)
I'm still fairly new to PA I've come to AMF Belle Vernon Lanes for the 2nd time since I moved here 3yrs ago. I've lived in many states and cities and prices are different everywhere at every place of business some more over than needed to be honest, and I feel most places could be more fair priced. Not terrible though AMF Belle Vernon Lanes keep bowling ??
Prices are insane for the area. 2 pair of shoes and a total of 6 games (2 games each for 3 people and only two of us needed shoe rental) was $63. We were there less than 40 minutes.
Had our yearly family get together (about 20 people) at AMF in Belle Vernon and it was amazing. Every employee was super nice and they were very accommodating to us. Will definitely be back next year!
Been coming here since I was a teenager. Few upgrades since the name change. Clean and fun. They expanded the game room. The last star is due to the amount of staff. They seem to be just on the edge of not enough employees. The manager is awesome and great to talk to. Lots of leagues to choose from and prices are average for a bowling alley. I have never had a bad time here. Bar is well stocked and food is good.
Recently our son started bowling here in a league and now he's obsessed with bowling, fell in love! Now our daughter has become interested! Jeff the manager there is phenomenal! The staff is always super friendly and the place is always clean! Highly recommend! And honestly I was worried about prices after reading the reviews but I will say there specials are amazing and the staff always makes sure there well advertised!
I joined a league here. They do have something going on all the time. The parking lot is quite large. Snack bar featuring fryer food such as mozzarella sticks, wings, fries, etc. Food is a little pricey but there's a league discount. Also a full? bar. The lady that works there is nice. Pro shop inside that sells balls, shoes, and does bowling stuff. Small arcade inside as well. Free wifi which is convenient because somehow it's in a black hole of literally 0 cell service. Shoes - $6.49 Bowling - varies
We like this place but we been lucky on missing tournaments. they give no heads up about tournaments on website or nothing. Says open at 10am but the guy inside said nothing until 1 or 2 and it's 11. Wasted drive with a 5yo little girl. Just state it on the damn website.
So much fun! Clean and they have the pool tables, darts, food, and arcade games. Nice place
They remolded the place and it feels tighter then before. Cheap tables for each lane, super tight lanes, and just overall no space to feel comfortable in your own lane. It is well kept and the staff is nice. The food was also decent for standard bowling alley food.
Place sucks. $20 for 2 drinks. Who do they think they are. 30 lanes in this place but let's put everyone on top of each other and only use 15 lanes
Good times and great service, what else can you ask for!
My husband and I just had our daughter's 14th birthday party here and it was excellent! We used their All Star birthday package for 9 teens. The staff were helpful and very kind. The food was great!(pizza, chicken tenders, buffalo chicken bites, fries, fruit, cookie cakes)The fruit tray was huge and we only expected 1 cookie cake but actually got 2! The kids had a great time playing in the arcade as well which was super affordable. Both chaperones got a free drink of their choice which I thought was really
The staff wasn't very polite. When we had a question instead of explaining it to us they had an attitude. The man who I'm assuming was the manager or owner rudely told us to move out of a spot because it was reserved instead of telling us politely where to go. Also children should not be charged full price. Idk how they expect bigger families to afford to go out here. Not very satisfied.
Been bowling at these lanes fairly often over the last 7-8 years and have felt like there was a huge decline in experiences. This most recent was bad enough for me to come on here and leave a review. I think that will be the last time I give them my business. We called 2 days ago to ask about lane availability for a Saturday at 6pm. On the phone we were told there was a league taking up half the lanes, but there would be plenty if we wanted to come right in. We were given the option of reserving lanes onli
We reserved a couple lanes at AMF for our son's Birthday party. The party package came with food and drinks and also token allotments for all the kids at the arcade. Everyone had an excellent time. The management staff was very attentive and made sure things went well on our special occasion.
Since the new renovation, this place has went downhill. Cosmic bowling is not the same as it used to be. The food is absolutely delicious, the employees are wonderful, but the environment isn't the same. We used to be able to hear songs all night, even were able to make requests, but not anymore.
Nice place, but VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! To play 3 games for me and my granddaughter and to rent 1 pair of shoes was around $60. That's ridiculous! She wanted to play video games, you have to use a card, no cash, then you have to buy a card!
Prices are high and the food prices are ridiculous for the quality they are serving out of their kitchen. Nachos and Cheese were 8 dollars. I was served stale corn chips, cold cheese and no napkins. The Bowling Alley itself was decent and the sound system was good. Lanes were well kept and had an arcade areas for kids that had maybe 15-20 games. Overall, nice alley, but should SHUT DOWN THE KITCHEN
Looks like they are remodeling again. I do like the new tables and chairs. Easier to get in and out of. It's always clean and never too crowded. Went on a Sunday after 6Pm and there was very good prices.
We had my son's 7th birthday party here and it was great! They had lanes reserved at one end just for the kids with the bumpers up so no gutter balls either. The arcade was also very nice and all the kids got a play card to use. The food was great and the management was exceptional. It is a little bit high priced but in the end it was worth it. We had a great time!
An amazing, clean, and fun place to visit during the COVID-19 outbreak. We had such a great time and the manager, Jeff, was absolutely wonderful. He personally came out to our car 30 minutes before closing to invite us in to play a few rounds and have some food. There wasn't one problem at all. The bowling was great, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was beyond amazing. If you are bored and don't know what to do, I HIGHLY recommend stopping by here!
Not a bad place. Decent lanes. Pleasant service. Very high prices, for the area. Rental balls are pretty rough. Still worth a trip.
Amazing place, my friend and I had an awesome time here! The staff was amazing ! The food was really good, definitely a good place for a family night of fun !
Nice place, everything works which isn't the case in most alleys these days. Arcade, bar, food. Just pricier than the others around. 2 games, 2 people, 2 sets of shoes was $42. Few extra bucks for the better atmosphere.
Attended a B-Day party! We had a great time! I plan on hosting a party here in the near future ??
I had a birthday party there for my child as we had returned for a quick holiday having moved over seas 2 months earlier. I didnt give them much warning but they had lanes available. Because my child is a tween I was well aware some girls wont swim due to been that age. This place was indoor so rain wasnt a issue and staff was amazing. Food, drinks was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for all ages.
8pm on a Saturday night. FIVE people bowling. They have 36 lanes. That's how bad their prices are. They could have that place packed, taking in way more revenue and providing a good service to a rural community. $10 a game ridiculous.
Non smoking which is great however it still reeks of smoke. Kids love it here. Just can't take the smell. The lady that use to work the snack bar was the nicest employee. Others seem too busy to be bothered.
Great place to bowl and hang with friend. The staff is great and very helpful and the bar is very friendly and social. The food is decent and is served very quickly. I am a disabled et and have found bowing very helpful in keeping my body in motion. A body in motions stays in motion. Get the kids and yourself away from the cell phone and internet. Get out of the house and interact with friends and make new ones. I have not watched tv for about 6 years I had only listens to music, audible book and read book
Family friendly place great time
The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very clean place. We always have a good time here. A bit expensive but they do have some specials that make it affordable.
Went there tonight. The alley itself was nice. The staff however is the reason this is only a one star. The person at the counter was nowhere to be found for 10 minutes and I needed a new pair of shoes. They were ALL outside on a smoke break. We placed an order for cheese sticks at the end of the night. The cheese was fried out of the mozzarella sticks and they were gross. We will not be coming back.
We had my sons birthday party here and from the moment we walked in the door we were taken very good care of. The owner was at our service until our party hostess got there and then she took care of basically everything. They kept me very unstressed for having a birthday with ten 5-11 year olds in attendance lol. That's saying something! Thank you Brunswick! We'll be back next year!
I had a very good time here. Everyone was friendly, and the service was fast, even though they were slammed. Hopefully they can staff up more soon to help the ones that have to work overtime to make this place amazing. Thank you Belle vernon lanes, for making my night amazing!
Great friendly staff. Excellent food and bar. Had a fun time during my bowling league. Family friendly place. They have sockets on the wall in case you need to charge your phone or another device. Also has an arcade for kids to spend all their parents money in haha. Definitely looking forward to going back for the new league I'm in. Now I just have to look to invest in a ball...
Staff is friendly and I have always enjoyed coming here. Kids like the arcade. I ended up joining a league now. We are not good but we love to have fun.
Awesome little place to go either with the family during the day, or at night on the weekends with friends. Typical selection of beer, but very reasonable prices for games of bowling. Food bar is good, and very large area to sit in. Overall enjoyable. Also has a small arcade area
This place is say overpriced. I don't live here anymore and last time I was here was in high-school when it was still Brunswick. I know a long time ago but where I live now our bowling allies have digital lcd screens where you can pick different themed games to play and they are touch screen to put names etc l. We had 7 people and to bowl and eat for 2 hours it was over 400$. That is insane. Just because it is the only alley in the area doesn't mean they have to gouge people. The bathrooms where also nasty
If I could give this place no stars or negative starts i would. I wanted to take my daughter and 6 of her friends to this location for her sweet 16 birthday. It was a surprise party. I called every week for 4 weeks in advance to the event confirming that there would be a lane open, that I could bring in cupcakes, and there Monday special would still be going. They have a Monday special where it is unlimited bowling from 6 to closing at 11. I wanted to take advantage of this since they were going to be
I used to love when it was Brunswick and the personal experience you would get there, but it went very very corporate. It's very hard to call the phone number and speak with a person at the lanes and sadly, the only way to reserve lanes is online now. Wish it wouldn't have gone full corporate, but I guess that is the way of the world right now
Very friendly staff, some of the nicest people you will meet at a bowling alley. It can get a bit crowded with leagues so you might want to call ahead to see if there are lanes. The food is surprisingly good, but can be a bit pricey. The bar is reasonably prices and they have specials.
Extremely high prices. 3 adults and 3 kids under 5 to bowl games was $150. So get some food and drinks and spend over $300 for a simple night of bowling. Only reason for 2 stars is employees are all nice and seem to work very hard
The staff was great but the prices are outrageous. 75$ for two adults and a four year old to bowl a game. $8 for two small fountain drinks. There was a covid charge. What is a covid fee? I heard rumor of some businesses trying to rip people off with a made up covid fee, but this was my first experience with it. We're all experiencing additional expenses and rising costs due to the recent political events and covid-19. There's no need to rip people off. Hopefully things will get better. I'd hate to
Bought my 12 year old son chicken tenders, fries, and a drink. Price was almost $17. I immediately resigned from the league and will never return to that establishment. Are they in the bowling business or food business? Manager Jeff Nelson and pro shop manager John Krasonic are definitely an asset to the business but I cannot afford the prices.
It was fun. Other then the price my family of 5 and we played 2 games and it cost 128.00 I will never go back when other allies are half that price
False information on website owner is rude
Definitely need to go out more often...our little had so much fun and not gonna lie so did we...thank you to the staff
Always clean, staff are great, and Bob at the pro-shop is amazing.
Had my daughters birthday party there and the staff was absolutely amazing! Great time, great food, and an incredibly courteous staff. We will definitely have more parties there.
A nice place to have a good time. Night bowling is a little expensive for kids. Same price for adults and kids. 75 dollars for myself and 2 keeps for 4 hours of bowling.
The lanes and overall appearance is pretty good the only things that I would like to see change would be the price of food is what I feel is a little high and it would be nice if there was a way to hear the music that's being played a little better.
Best bowling alley in the area, not that it has much relevant competition. Fair-ish prices for a good night out, food and drink is a bit expensive but staff is courteous. Would recommend a call ahead before popping in, league nights are not always clearly posted and you may not be able to reserve a lane.
This place is fantastic. Very well kept, great employees and wonderful service. In addition to bowling the bartenders are phenomenal and very inviting. Just a great place to hang out with the family.
It's a very nice establishment. But with all these crazy things happening in the world today I went there exercising my 2nd amendment right, and I was told it is a family oriented to take my firearm to my vehicle. Well alot of protection my family is getting with it in the car.
Nice little Expensive on cosmic bowling I spent over $240. just for bowling night for family of 4 (During the week OK 2.50 A game $4 for shoes). Just stay away from the food Nothing but Greece like they haven't changed the grease in the cooker for a very long time. For what you would spend at Walmart probly be $5 there you're paying around $20 . $3 something cents for a bottled water. That's where they get you food and drinks. Nothing but a stomach ache next day.
Great place. Great Staff. Had to purchase food in order to buy beer, but thems the rules, I'm sure they are just following bureaucracy BS. Had a great time though.
We had a blast....some nice family time ....we even had 2 of my sons cosmic bowling parties there!!!! Only down side is if you just want to bowl with family one afternoon it is EXPENSIVE!!!!! FOOD IS $$$$$$... But we enjoy it!! Parties were great!! His 6th and 7th bdays.....even rented the room... they were PERFECT!!!!!
Had a great practice session yesterday with new pins! For my little experience with bowling, I did well. Can't wait for our league to start! Looking forward to it!
They have updated with new painting and pins. Prices are still higher than most places around. But the service is awesome and I now belong to two leagues.
Nice bowling alley, basic bar for alcohol, can get pretty crowded at times, snack bar with variety of food available but a bit overpriced, covid protocols are almost non-existent despite signage everywhere, the bathrooms are disgusting and constantly smell like diaherrea, plenty of parking and easy to find right off off rt. 51
I found Brunswick Bowl to be quite a bit more expensive in any other bowling alley in the area. It is a chain and probably a bit larger then any other bowling alley in the area. But for the price difference I would choose a Joe Schmo bowling alley over this place. I will say that I did not have any problem with the employees. And the facility was clean.
Very nice for a field trip with students. They bowled two games and played in the arcade. We didn't eat, but they offer a very nice menu.
Happy they're open again! This is one of our favorite spots. The manager is super nice and the boy working was super helpful. Come get your Lebowski on!
Very clean location. It's a little difficult to get to but not too bad. However, paying almost $22 for cosmic bowling and still the high food prices were a real turn off.
Nicely remodeled, clean, fun. Only downside is due to Covid you're required to order food in order to get a drink from the bar. Otherwise great
?? Bowling is always a Blast! This is the Cleanest, Nicest, Most Updated Bowling Alley in Our Area! We Love It Here, so we drive a pretty a Long Distance to get here! But we Always Have a Great Time!
Great place to bring the family. We had a birthday party with bowling and it was a howl. Had a great time. Was better than I expected and will definitely go again.
Had a great time. Staff are friendly. Food was surprisingly good. Family friendly atmosphere
Drinks and food were good. Lanes kept getting balls stuck at the end. Shoe clerk wasn't very nice when I asked about a discount due to or balls getting stuck every other frame.
Super friendly staff and had tons of fun cosmic bowling
Great place! Food is a bit on the low end of flavor and value but otherwise the kids had a great time.
The website makes this place look like a big arcade with bowling. My family went in there and the ?arcade? was five games and three claw games. The games weren't good and the claw machines were weak and good luck trying to win anything in it. But other that it seems ok.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
