Customer Reviews

This was a work Christmas Party event, so the entire place was reserved, which was so great, thank you so much, for this fun time! There were a couple of games that were not working and we lost some credits in the process, because we didn't know they weren't working correctly. Other than that, we had a great time, Santa & Mrs Claus were available for photos and handed out gifts to the younger kiddos, that was awesome. The Grinch was prowling around which was fun to watch him sneak up on people. The food and

Great time for kiddos. Skee ball, VR, axe throwing, something for everyone?Few machines that didn't work great but management was good to add credits to swipe cards and make good by it. Food at bar was delish and drinks look fun. Tater tots were the bomb. 12? pretzel cool but cheese sauce serving is half of what it should be as you know you're sharing?military gets a 12.9% discount! That's amazing and why we came back 4 times in last few months!

Such a great place! Good customer service. They offer a kids free bowling summer program and it's so amazing for the community! Thank you for the fun all summer long.

We had my son?s 8th birthday here and it was so fun. Big enough that the kids could run and enjoy themselves but not so crowded that I had to worry about them if they weren't in my direct line of sight at all times. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating and the prices were great too. We will definitely be back!

Fun place! More than an arcade. Bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, food, VR experience, claw machines, arcade games..... Etc Highly recommend this place!!!

Great place!!! Nice energy. I love this place!!! The atmosphere is so amazing. Lindsey, the bartender, she makes you feel so welcomed and noticed! She was patient and very kind. Mickey, the front desk, was very helpful with shoes & welcoming us in! Definitely love this place and if you haven't came here, you're missing out on a great time! The games are very fun and great choices to have to play.

We had my kids birthday party at Andy?s and it was amazing! The staff was so helpful. I was assigned one person who stayed with us the whole time incase we needed anything. Mickey helped served cake and pizza, helped get the kids bowling shoes and setup their lanes, even offered to write down notes of who was giving what when we opened presents. I even heard her cheering the boys on in their bowling game. So cute! The space was clean and didn't feel crazy busy. Pizza was good quality. Kids loved all the act

Everyone was so friendly and nice! Amazing drinks and prices! If you aren't coming to hangout, you're missing out! Lindsey(Bartender) & Mickey(Front) are so kind and makes the experience so much better! I also want to mention the bosses, Everytime we come in, they're so helpful & so nice to us! Beautiful drinks, fun games & people. Great atmosphere.

This is a great environment to bring your children for bowling, arcade games, and the attractions!! The floor staff are super kind and respectful and are very helpful. Jennifer is the kindest manager while garren is the funniest, they will always know how to make your night. I came here looking for a job but in return I got a family. Love you all , forever appreciated.

We came around 8:30 on a Sunday night which was pretty late since their kitchen typically closes between 8:45 and 9:00 based on staff report. They did an awesome job of getting us 2 lanes for an hour and kept the kitchen open for us to get our fill of food and checked in with us multiple times before shutting everything down for the night. The managers were ultra accommodating and left us with a great first experience here. Definitely a gem in the rough considering I wouldn't have found this place without a

Came here as 2 Families - 4 adults, 7 children. Bought the unlimited pass for everyone and each family bought $100 arcade card which gives an extra $20 per card. It was SO MUCH FUN. *If you are looking for a job- they need people. The ones here were RUNNING (and doing a great job), but some extras would be great. I saw a great team, had a great time, money was worth it. Some more helpers would have made it even better. Still - 5 stars.

The way Travis and Mike treat their under age employees is disgusting. They require they stay until 1am, and none of the closing managers stay to make sure the children IN THEIR CARE in the very least make it off their property safely. I truly wish the owner (Kyle) would do better to ensure the safety of these teenagers. Just because they don't know they deserve better, doesn't mean they don't.

This place is a blast! There is a bar area with tv's and food service, the food is outstanding. Karaoke every Wednesday evening with Travis is so much fun it's unforgettable. There are so many fun games to play, you can't help but have a good time no matter how old or young you are. There is also a virtual reality area, bowling, and the laser tag is something my son and I really enjoy. There is truly something for everyone here. I've been here many times and have to give kudos to the staff, they are welco

Had a great time in a short period. Took my kids to burn off a little energy, they had a blast! The prices were a little high on the food and drinks but the games had a large variety. We will definitely be back.

Cool place. Slow service and got my ID checked by every person at the bar just to get one drink. More managers than employees

My daughter and I went there after school today and played laser tag and did the rock wall. The three staff members that helped us (I didn't get their names sadly) did so amazing. Two of them played with us on the laser tag and made it very fun, otherwise it would have been just us to battling it out. It meant a lot to me that they went above and beyond for just us.

My group and I visited Altitude 1291 Bowling in Oklahoma City, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. We were met with blank stares from the young lady at the front desk. There was no greeting, no warmth?just silence until we initiated the conversation ourselves. When we politely said thank you after receiving our bowling shoes, we were once again met with a cold stare. It was

We LOVED this place. So much to do staff was so friendly and helpful. Laser tag, VR, rock wall, bumper cars, and lots of games to play. The bowling is so fun too so many options! Definitely an easy way to spend a day with the family

Shiryn is a phenomenal worker who I had the pleasure of meeting. I told her this was mine and my families first time bowling and she took the time to explain and introduce us to the game! She checked up on us once in a while and this was overall a very well experience.

We have had many parties here over the last 3 years. From cheer, birthdays & football end of season parties. They were always so helpful explaining anything that might have been in ?fine print?. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of fun & food you get. The food is always fresh and we haven't ever had any issues with our orders being wrong. There was a misunderstanding with the game cards for one of our parties and the front desk made sure to explain everything to us, and even fixed it where the k

I took my 9 year old for some spring break fun , this place was nothing less than an amazing time with amazing staff when I approached Mike at the front desk he was very nice , energetic & informed me on all packages & prices my family could choose from (also never stopped smiling) & Travis was amazing as well , took my food order . Even while being busy Travis made sure he acknowledged all guest and accommodated any of their needs! This place is 10/10 !

This place always has friendly staff and an energetic atmosphere. Special events like karaoke on Wednesday nights make fun times for adults to hang out as well. This organization is very involved in the community and hosts several events.

Go to Main Event, Hey Day, or Brickopolis just go somewhere else. Service is terrible. We had a group of 13 and were treated disrespectfully and pushed out of where we were bowling and eating. In Reply to what you and your employees said. The group using the lane left and left their shoes and balls there. We weren't on the lane at all. Obviously they didn't listen to us then and now you are doing the same thing. DON'T GO HERE!!!!

I used to come in and spend probably $3-400 a week here just for shits and giggles with my wife. We were regular customers and often came in to have a few drinks and bowl. We were ordering drinks one night, and the bartender made us a drink with whip creme as requested. Right after our drinks were handed to us, the manager took the whip creme out of the fridge took it to the back and told the bartender not to serve us whip creme on our drinks anymore even though we were willing to pay extra for it.

This place is a blast! All games were working and clean. All staff was available and friendly. Kids had fun and so did the parents! Didn't try the bar or the food - too busy playing games!

I booked online for a two hour bowling session for 6 people. When we walked up to the counter to check in, I told the older gentleman (glasses and possibly a manager) I had a reservation. He immediately said ?that's not possible, we are fully booked?. I told him I made it online the day before and I had my email to show him. He said our name, so obviously found the reservation. He said he would make it work and again said it shouldn't have let us book. He got our shoes and that was it. He didn't say another

Came around 435pm on a Wednesday. Horrible customer service for a place that has over a dozen workers walking around. Kids want to play the games and Lazer tag. Most employees couldn't be bothered because they have a private event starting at 5.

We've been here a couple times and we love it. It wasn't overly crowded and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It's definitely a quality and more affordable option than Brickopolis/Hey Day or Dave & Busters!

The Karaoke at Altitudes is a fun way to spend a Wednesday evening. Everyone that participates seems to be having a wonderful time and there is a wide range of songs to choose from. I enjoyed attending the the Christmas Karaoke there this year. I've not tried the games or laser tag, but there seems to be a good variety there as well. I know several of my friends adore Altitudes.

Such an awesome place for family members of all ages. My spouse and I came from Germany, sister and hubby came from CA and we drug mom along. Twice, the staff came up to us thanking for the military service and we're very friendly..in particular a manager and bartender. The food was good and you can't beat the prices for everything you get. They were very understaffed, but they tried to make the best of it and that is unfortunately, just the world we live in now. We got the day pass that included bumper ca

The GM Mike has horrible customer service skills and even told us in front of his employees and other customers how his employees doesn't follow the rules. It started when he rudely told me my daughter couldn't bowl in the shoes she had on since they don't carry her shoe size. This was not the first time bowling there and no one has ever told us that my daughter had to wear a specific shoe.

I visited this arcade expecting a fun time, but what I got was anything but. The service was abysmal, with staff who seemed more interested in checking IDs at the bar than providing any sort of friendly welcome or assistance to patrons. Not only was the service lacking, but the overall atmosphere of the arcade was trash. The games were outdated and poorly maintained, and the entire place had a vibe that screamed "neglect." I wouldn't recommend this arcade to anyone looking for a good time. In fact, my mom,

This is one of the best arcades ever! I went for one of my friends birthdays and it was amazing!! I like it better than Hay-Day and overall the service was amazing. Lasertag was my favorite part of coming here they have a huge shooting range and there are alot of vests so your whole family can play!! Thank you Altitude!!!

Our 1st visit in we bought the online pkg $20 vs. the in store $29 deal and we had a blast! Laser tag was so much fun, family bowling was awesome with up to date machines, virtual reality was fun... One hiccup with the bumper cars was our 3 little ones couldn't ride. We spoke with the manager Mike and he was very kind. The food was great too. Overall it's a nice facility and we look forward to come again.

I believe this is what Andy Alligators turned into.. it was nice and roomy, very clean. Not crowded at all during our day visit. There were a nice variety of games that all ages could enjoy. We didn't eat anything here so I'm not sure about the food or drinks, but the games were more affordable than chuck e cheese! The staff could've been a bit more friendly.. but If you have tweens or teens, this is a great place to take them!

A great place 2 have fun.

Great place to have fun with the family. There's so much to do inside! Clean restrooms, a good atmosphere although we were here for an event. It'll be nice to come back and enjoy it as a family. As you can see parking was tight, but it wasn't a normal day at the Alley. Enjoy!

My Neice had her Birthday Party here and I can say this is a great place to bring your Kids to have fun. They're not that Big, but I believe they can add more Games and attractions here later. I enjoyed the Lazer Tag, it was too fun!! They have a full Bar, Food Bowling, Lazer Tag, Rock Climbing, Games, Prizes, and Bumper Cars.

amazing service! I love this place I love the arcade and bowling. my favorite game in the arcade is that vr arena thing. I won that big ball to! Thank you!

Visiting my daughter and Granddaughter who is in the Airforce. Mike the GM was very rude to us instead of politely saying sorry your grandbaby( 2 yrs. Old) can't bowl without gym shoes.Mike handled it un professionally. He was very ignorant about it and it's a shame customer service is not good anymore.

This place is way better than Hey Day and Main Event simply because the staff is the friendliest and most fun around! Bunny was the best and helped us every step of the way. All information about their attractions is available on their website. We can't wait to go back!

The customer service was terrible the employees were rude and hateful the young black haired girl with glasses was very rude we went to go get toys from the arcade shop and once we got to the counter she rang us up and she said we don't have enough money but we did because we calculated it and she was arguing with us and she called for manager and she walked off still being disrespectful when she was arguing she kept slamming the plastic toy on the counter. A different girl came and she said there were 2 fa

Omg this is the arcade for us from now on won't go to any other arcade again friendly workers Donna really walked us through everything and made sure we had the best experience we could unfortunately didn't get to try everything we wanted not enough money or time but definitely coming back next month to try more fun games might even make a monthly routine

My family decided to go to Altitude 1291 Saturday 08/15/20 in the evening. We had a some what small group the adults wanted to bowl and the children of course wanted the arcade laser tag ect.... We didn't plan on staying more than two hours but that quickly changed once the staff engaged and kept us informed on deals and food .First let me start by saying the bar was excellent great drinks and conversations the pizza is definitely very delicious and above average quality. The young men that worked the arc

Second time coming and the place is a family friendly place. The food and entertainment is good. Well we always order the pizza which taste amazing. Lol.

They were kinda expensive. Both the kids got all access passes and we got bowling and laser tag cost over $100 after food and everything it was over $200 with playing games to. But we had fun.

Went in with hopes of having a family fun day. We decided to eat first. Katie was our server. I don't think Katie wanted to be at work today. Her attitude was horrible, she slammed all our drinks down on the table and plates. Each time we told her thank you and in return we received dirty looks. The food was good. The wings are super dry. But over all okay food for the price. The gaming was fun. The attendant Alex was nice and very helpful.

Great games Lazer tag and bowling. Food was very good

It's a cool little spot. We had a VIP birthday party package which was cool, The only thing was that you only get 60 credits with the card which was only a couple of swipes depending on the games you play but the 2 hour unlimited on laser tag, VR games and Rock wall climbing was cool. We also had a 1 hour of bowling that was Cool. Overall it was a good experience everyone had fun. The staff are nice.

Impromptu visit today. Turned out to be a pretty good time. They have different daily specials we found out so we will most likely spend a bit more time planning ahead in the future to get the best bang for our buck. Facility is clean and well staffed. The offer a variety of options outside of the arcade factor. The last Sunday of the month they host paint and pallet as well as various other events in their even space. Food was pretty good ...not a huge fan of the beer cheese (seemed a but chalky) and a bit

We had a great visit on Laser tag deal day. I love that their know their food allergens. It was clean, and my kids had a great time. Travis was at the desk and was so kind in making sure we were squared away on our game cards and that I got the best deal. They were slightly under staffed but everyone was giving their best.

Good place to spend alot of money fast, lol. We enjoyed bowling and the arcades which are addicting. The staff was good also, hopefully it'll stay like that. The pizza is surprisingly pretty good. The water has an off taste to it. The chips are kinda hard texture but tasted alright with the queso.

Altitude 1291. Definitely has its ups and downs as most places do. Staff was amazing. Super friendly tho they seemed a bit short staffed as everywhere is. The food was above and beyond. When they say there food is 1st class they mean it. And the prices are really good especially if you do the $28 game card deal. We got the all access pass wich was not bad for the price. Bowling lanes was kept clean, virtual reality was good, loved the rock wall! They have a high rise indoor and a short wide rock wall with

Let's just say no, and choose our staffing more wisely. Good vibes means good times. Bad customer service unfriendly staff doesn't need my hard-earned money. Or anyone else's for that matter. The cost of living is way too expensive to pay for a bad experience. That's my two cents and it doesn't wiggle and let your stuffed animal go. One last thing I didn't play them, but I did witness a few people playing their claw machine games and that thing has the strength of a newborn baby. They should label those gam

This is a fun place to take your kids. Staff is usually great and the manager Shiryn is very attentive.

My family had a great time playing all the gsmes. Bowling, rock climbing, bumper cars, v r games and many more. Great pizza and drinks other food too.

Very fun time! The bowling alley has lots of room and curtains to block you from the lanes next to you, perfect for groups. We had a wonderful time with the all access pass. This pass included unlimited bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, climbing wall, and VR. The climbing wall and VR we're down while we were there but we made the best of it. The food and drinks were great. We ordered the happy hour specials and off the menu. The pizza was very large and filled up the group easily!

Son is terminally ill and asked for an experience his family could remember him by. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to his needs. Played Lazer Tag, Create a Monster bowling game. Sisters climbed the rock wall. Drove bumper cars and had a virtual reality experience. Son, even with his disability had lots of fun. Thank you, Altitude 1291 Staff and Management.

Nice place for some family fun. Food is just OK.

I had an amazing time here! The food was good and the staff was very friendly. One staff that really stood out to us was Shiryn. She showed us around and even told us how everything work since it was our first time here. Highly recommended for a fun night out!

I had a fantastic experience at the prize counter, all thanks to Zach! He was friendly, helpful, and really made the process enjoyable. I appreciate his patience and making my visit memorable. Highly recommend!

I visited Altitude 1291 for the first time with my children, at the front desk no one explained that the all access pass does not come with play cards. After I purchased the all day passes I asked did we get play cards and I was told they are sold separately. I then purchased play cards and ask for a refund on the all access pass after noticing the all access experiences were not worth the price. They offered me a refund on a play card and refused to refund my money to my bank card. I was told I could purch

We had a great experience and will absolutely be back!! Shiryn was so friendly and helpful!! She gave me tips on how to bowl better and I was able to beat my son thanks to her!! Even though he's only 6, a win is a win!

This place is so fun. Me and a friend went on karaoke night and had a blast singing and playing games. The manager Shiryn was so helpful and the drinks she made for us were ON POINT. I recommend this place to everyone young and old.

We are a little older but still love to have fun date night. We have been going here for a couple of years. We ALWAYS have a great time. The food is good, the drinks are good, and the games are fun. The new dart game are just a kick in the pants1 we love the variety of games. Mike and his staff always are respectful and polite and ready to help. As with any other business these days, they're occasionally short handed, but, you'll see the Mgr working elbow to elbow with his folks to better facilitate

The bowling was fun they had added games to their menu for quick matches. Got the triple nachos, and the artichoke dip was really good. 8/10 will be coming back

My 16 year old son bought a day pass special online from their website for $38 dollars.and it double charged him. When we talked to the manager he said he couldn't refund his account that the owner would send a check in the mail , so we left all our information and we never heard from them or received the check in mail . A special that should have been $38 dollars cost him $80 . Also the pass said it included go carts which they no longer have . Would not go back or recommend this place

My family goes to karoke here every week on Wednesdays. They have great service and loads of fun. I hope that this place stays around forever!!!!!

I was there for my friends sister's birthday. The food was overpriced. All I got was a lemonade and it was $4. The games require a game card. You can't just put a quarter in or buy tokens anywhere. It isn't somewhere i would return to, but our group had fun

Frustrated Birthday Party. The facility itself is quite new, modern and clean, but the service is bad when we had a birthday party there. The host disappeared for more than 20 minutes to use restroom when all the kids were waiting for her to hand out the play cards she held. Then the play cards were loaded wrong and the kids could not play any attraction. They had to waiting for another 10-15 minutes till the issue was partially fixed . Some of the parents and kids got frustrated and left early. The host a

Fun, easy to navigate, but a bit small compared to other modern arcade places. It also has bowling and laser tag, which we have yet to try the laser tag but bowling is what it is-bowling. They have decent food too. It's always busy so that's great! They still have the bumper cars and rock wall I believe

So we love going to this place and me and my son always have a great time until today, we were trying to redeem our dc tickets from the machine and it wasn't working , kept reading error. So we asked for help not a big deal you wouldn't think but the guy couldn't figure it out so he went to get the manager. She then walks up and you can already tell she wasn't friendly at all and she points to the machine and says did you read how it's suppose to go in ? I said I can read and also your employee tried as wel

This place was an absolute blast and the staff there was friendly! Highly recommend this place for a big group looking to make fun memories!

Had a awesome time! Shiryn is great ?? she makes the best drinks!

We really enjoy this place. Fun games. Clean and the food was REALLY GOOD. Best ranch. Got the appetizer trio and YUMMY. Also they have FREE BOWLING for kid's during the summer.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. It's obvious the staff is overworked and possibly underpaid because it's evident in how they treat the customers. Well, from my experience only the Black customers. The bartender Dana was happy and very nice to the Caucasian patrons. Everyone else got dust, attitudes, overcharged, and in some cases simply ignored. We spent close to $450 bringing our entire family out for spring break and it was only to be left feeling less than and treated poorly. I will NEVER

Went this afternoon, Christmas day!! The Manager let all of his employees off, opened and ran it with his wife and two kids. They got extremely busy and while people may have had to wait for some things...they handled it like champs!! They truly were there to give people options today. We all had Christmas earlier this weekend with our families and wanted something fun to do. Thank you so much for a great time! You rocked it! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

The manager Shiryn is always quick to help when needed and knowledgeable on all aspects of the job!

3rd time I've been, 1st 2 times weren't to bad, but not good enough to return (got free cards from someone only reason we went back) But now there's very few games which is kinda an issue seeing as it's an arcade. The selection is terrible it's claw machines/coin pushing game for 80 pct of it. Air hockey table never works right. Had to get refunds on our card 3 different times (it's a pain and waste time I think they figure most won't worry about it) do to games messing up. The game shop selection is extrem

Such a fun place! The staff is amazing!! Bunny, Chris, and the management was first class!!! Made our experience unforgettable. You guys are the best. Excellent Food and Drinks.

I liked it. Not as many games as the other places but, it was fun. I didn't get to try the food yet but it smelled great.

Surprised at the options. Bowling, laser tag, VR gaming, full bar for the adults. Other games too. A gem of a place for the family in Midwest City. Support our local family spots or they will close. Clean and fresh environment

I had a lot of fun. It was my nephew?s birthday party. Will be back in the future

This place is too expensive. They start the timer for bowling before you start bowling. We went and got drinks before we started bowling and there was already 8 minutes off our hour timer. We got the triple dipper and the queso and salsa is gross, the spinach dip is good though. But queso and spinach dip wasn't warm either. They charged me $1.00+ tax buffalo dip. And the bowling lanes are trash, they haven't polished them in a long long time.

I saved some "gator bucks" I had purchased a few years back. My 5yr old godson was looking forward to going. The family that owned "Andy's" owns Altitude. I fail to understand why they are unable to honor these gift cards. The person I spoke to thinks it's okay..."it's a different LLC". He made no attempt to offer help/or a different coupon. Very sad business practices! ?? 7/24/24

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here, and everything was great. The staff was nice and well prepared, we had two people helping run the party and things went very smoothly. The food was good, the games were great, and my daughter had a fantastic birthday. Her sister is already asking to have her next birthday here too. Thanks!

I loved my experience here the time before last. However last weekend when I attended it wasn't a good experience at all. This was my cousins first time going and I feel like we wasted our money going and nothing was explained to them. We played laser tag and the attendant made us watch the safety video twice but neither times explained how the game was supposed to go or even asked if this was our first time playing. My cousins were confused and weren't understanding why they couldn't shoot or how to shoot.

Boyfriend and I went to bowl on a week night and this was the only place local that was available. I had no idea it was even there. We had a great time. Staff was friendly and they checked on us a couple of times at our lane. We had a great time. Will definitely be back!

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?
