Me and my son and parents had an awesome time at Helen Fun Factory! My son enjoyed the arcade, laser tag and go karts! We got the package where you get three go kart rides, 1 train ride and laser tag! My son loved it and we will definitely be back!!! The employees are great!

Our first time visiting Helen Fun Factory the last week of December and we had the best time. Plenty of things to do including arcade, indoor go-karts for adults and smaller kids, train rides, bouncy houses, roller skating, and laser tag. We found this place online while looking for something to do on a bad weather day with the kids.... I'm really glad we found it. As a kid from the 90s, it was great to see an arcade with laser tag, bounce houses, arcade games, air hockey, and a rollee skating rink under one roof. What a great time! My husband and I were in Helen for Oktoberfest and wanted to do something other than wander up and down the strip and eat? and drink, lol. The new ownership is really making this place an indoor gem in Helen! I got to talk to the owner and he's got big plans for the space. The haunted house may be the scariest one in Georgia. There is a very cute "tiny town" replica of Main Street Helen inside for a kids' ride next to the adult go carts. The staff is very friendly and the owner is hands on. Don't waste your money here! The entire place was still under renovation. The bounce houses were kind of lack luster, with only a couple things to do for 15 dollars. When we were heading to the laser tag we went through several hallways that reeked of mildew and water stains and I even bruised my knee pretty bad on the sad wood cut-outs that they called ?hiding places?. It has potential to be a fun place. The staff needs a serious personality upgrade as everyone acts as if we were an imposition or bother. I asked the manager why everyone here acts like they hate their life and she said "it's just everything keeps going wrong". Let me start by saying if you're nostalgic about the 80s and 90s then this is the place for you! If you're expecting something new and pretentious, stay away unless you can have an open mind and enjoy what's being provided. With that said, we love this place! Found the Alpine fun factory while visiting Helen, And have zero complaints. The staff was very nice and helpful, the entire venue was spacious and the go karts were A LOT of fun!! The pricing seemed fair to me, especially for a tourist town. We utilized the go kart track, arcade & laser tag and we're satisfied with all!! Whenever I return to Helen we will definitely be going back to the fun factory, thanks for the hospitality and memories made!!

They no longer have the bounce area or laser tag,half of the arcade games did not work and staff looked less than enthused to be at work. Not the most welcoming for tourists.

Alpine Fun Factory has a ticket arcade, go karts, a bounce house area and a skating rink. The prices are reasonable and the place is large enough where you don't feel cramped. They have free on site parking (which is rare in Helen). The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing, helpful staff! Awesome for all my kids ages 1-10. Highly recommend! Nostalgic, warm atmosphere, plenty to do and all day to return for a play break.

This place is the most worst skating rink I have ever been to. The rink is cement floor that's been painted and the roller rink has cracks all in it. The is no skate guard out on the rink. They don't have the beginners roller Walker things. No concession stand. No strob lights. Plus it cost to much. $20 dollars a person. For nothing. I won't be going back. A roller rink is supposed to be a waxed hardwood floor, not a painted cement floor with cracks all over it. Someone is going to get seriously hurt

We had a great time. There is entertainment for every age group. Go-carts were great. Laser tag was a BLAST. I wish they had the ability to video the laser tag matches so we could have a DVD for memories. Printed results of who won and kill stats would also be nice. We did have a blast and hope to come back soon.

So much fun! Go carts, skating, and laser tag is what we did. The prices are affordable and you are guaranteed to find something for everyone. Friendly staff that actually make your day the absolute best. Family owned establishment and they all are super nice and helpful. We had a blast!

This place is super weird and way over priced. The Lazer tag is fun but that was about it. I strongly regretted going and felt like I waisted my money. I think the vision is there but it's going to take a lot of work (and adjusting the prices) to bring that vision into fruition.

Super awesome place! I took my baby here to do the bounce house area last week and he LOVED it. It was big area of jumpy thing and a nice arcade too. Excellent value, wonderful and helpful owners. Over all and amazing experience. We can't wait to go back soon :) very highly recommend for kids

The carts are electric and kept stopping. The ride is 7 minutes but it's broken up between laps that are slowed down due to other carts stopping. When we told them it wasn't fun for that reason they told us to stay in the car next time. We have looked forward to this place each time we visit Helen, but we won't be back.

Brought my kiddos here Saturday and we all had a blast and the older lady at the skate rink was also very kind as well. I work in Helen and will definitely be hitting up this place on my days off. My kids really enjoyed the arcade games too. Next time we will ride the go carts.

Our son loved the Go Karts, arcade could use an uplift, and you don't need to plan on staying too long (ie. Dave & Busters, or Chuckie Cheese). Staff was very nice, and thorough. Was the perfect place to bring our son on a rainy day. Perhaps they should consider food service of some kind?

Bounce room is only open 2 day a week and this isnt mentioned on the web page. The employees were super friendly though. Just not a place for younger kids if the bounce room isn't open, May have had a different view if or grand boys were older.

Very hot inside, no A/C at all. Had to walk thru the building then outside and into another building where there were construction everywhere, just to get to the skating and bouncy part ,could easily get hurt if you have small children. The smell in the skating building is horrific! The skating floor was cracked and very hard to skate on. Do not recommend. Bathroom had insulation sticking out of the walls and the duct work is all over the place. Horrible experience

Kids loved the laser tag and carts. Staff was super nice. They are adding new activities soon which will make the Fun Factory the place to go when visiting Helen.

I visited on 5-29-24 with son, 16 and 6 yr old grandkids. Both enjoyed it. Indoor go karts are electric but go at a very good speed. 6 yr old got to operate a jeep solo, staff girl instructor/attendant was very patient and caring. This was grand daughters first time doing this. Go karts were $25 for 7 mins seemed short but was enjoyable besides PAPA would have gotten to dissy if longer. Do recommend along with their arcade area, priced like others.

These people do NOT care for their gorillas properly. The dogs look like they haven't been fed in weeks. A man took my daughter's cotton candy. Zookeeper Eddie did not give us a refund. A horrible zoo that should be shut down.

We came to Helen from Tennessee for vacation and decided to stop here and let the kids skate and play. They had a great time. They are renovating but everything is open. Sherry was awesome! She played whatever music my kids wanted to listen to, talked to us and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend bringing your family here for a fun time.

There is alot here! Some parts being renovated but lots to do otherwise. Bounce house, race cars at various speeds for different ages, token video games with prize tickets, roller skating(!), and party room. We have done birthdays in the bounce house the past 2 years. The kids love it. You have to monitor the kids yourself if they are little just in case.

I bring my toddler here all the time. He loves the arcade games. Shooting basket balls or rolling balls, he loves it. The owner and the staff have been nothing but nice to us. A lot of cracking jokes and laughing. If there's an issue with a machine, they fix it and make it right. If you're looking for a wonderful place to take your family , I highly suggest the Alpine Fun Factory in Helen, Ga. Bring cash and buy tokens for tons of fun playing a huge variety of games. The owner and staff were professional and quick to solve any problems that you may incur. I witnessed a staff member being harassed by a customer and Nakara kept her cool; and not once did she return any angry words but remained professional. This place is amazing!! I heard it was under new management, and it shows because it seems like they're renovating and updating a lot of things. They have something for every person in my family to enjoy, no matter what age. Bouncy houses, arcade games, roller blading, go karts. I love this place. Planning a trip from now for the summer with my family.

My husband and I meant to skate for an hour and leave, but we ended up staying until closing. They have so many things to do...your family can be entertained the entire day. It is also very affordable. Once you get your skating bracelet, you can come and go the entire day without paying again. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners - very pleasant people, wanting to make sure that we enjoyed the activities to the fullest. We'll be back.

Our experience began with the change machine not working, followed by a machine taking my coins, which was followed by a game that didn't give tickets. Once we learned what does and doesn't work, we had a good time. We had $25 worth of tokens and our kids had a good time, so I consider it a win. The lady at the counter was very sweet. I had the most fun at this place I've almost been around the whole world and I had the most fun here. Plus were staying in Helen for a week and were totally gonna hang out there all the time I'm in love with the go-karts I never wanna stop riding them!!! And the claw machines are good they are fun me and my family got a lot of stuffed animals out when we were there. It's so ridiculous of how much I love and enjoy this place!!!!!

This place is filled with positive energy. Families are enjoying each other. There's something fun for everyone. Still at work in progress, there's obviously work to be done. But many of the places are available, supervised, clean, and set up for fun.

We went here on a rainy day. My 13 yr old really enjoyed the go kart and my 11 yr old and I loved the skating rink. The arcade games are plentiful and well priced. All of the workers I interacted with were very friendly. Yes the place needs some updating but it did not stop us from having fun!

The laser tag was amazing. Best, most realistic, and state of the art guns I have ever used. The operator was awesome and we had a great time. Also, the fastest go-kart I have been on inside! The prices were a bit high but I guess that's what's expected in this area. A must do in Helen!

I took my 2 granddaughters here. 3 & 1.5 years old. They had a great time. This is a great addition to Helen. The owner is continuing to add new things. It is great for families, Birthday party's, etc. You won't be disappointed.

Had a blast, but it is being remodeled. For the price, it was a great time and adults and kids alike had fun. We did the bounce zone which was fun for all of us. Even the 3 year old was on every blow up. The older kids and teenagers had a blast at laser tag. It was just a bit run down. Still it was fun and affordable.

We tried to take the kids skating. What a waste of time, and money. The skating and bounce houses are in a separate building. You walk through a maze of rundown rooms and to get there. When entering the building it was an over powering smell of mold. The floors where saturated with water from the rain. The skates were so disgusting. Go karts are a lot of fun but the kids really enjoy the skating and bounce zone. We just recently had an 80's themed birthday party and Scotty was in charge of making sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely wonderful! We went on the train by the Two Wheel Tavern. It was the perfect price and perfect for children of all ages (even adult children). Fun for ages 0-99! It was the perfect price for a perfect train ride. The train plays music and has a whistle that blows. The owners are friendly and even took pictures for us. The train ride was not too long or too short. It was just right! We received a discount because we had 5 people. We will be back!

Visiting from Fulton county GA. We had a blast skating, arcade games, and yes go karts!!!! This place reminds me of Metrolanes without the lanes lol. Super friendly staff huge location. If your in the area please stop by and say what's up to Scottie and his staff. I can't wait to see the changes to this place in a year or two. Keep it up the community needs Alpine Fun Center.

The pool tables were "open" but we were told we'd have to play in the dark due to the lights not being hooked up. When we left because what we came to do wasn't available, the owner came outside and yelled at us across the parking lot about did we pay and he would have our vehicle towed. Pay for what services? Also, we had walked there from town. Great behavior and service.

We loved this place!!! My family went to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday and we had so much fun. They have arcades, inflatables and go karts. We only had time for the go karts, as we were doing other activities in town, but we had so much fun on them! My husband and I got the 45mph karts and the kids were in the 25-ish mph karts. My family and I visited for the first time this weekend on our trip to Helen. We had the best time! This place has everything! Our family gets together near Helen GA between Christmas and New Years. Each time we always come here for the go karts. Every time has been a blast for us. I brought my daughter and my grandchildren to this place!! I was very apprehensive at first but it turned out to be the very best experience ever!! We had the most awesome time!! Took both of my nephews (9 & 5 ) a few weeks ago. They loved it and so did I! My family Absolutely loved this place. The go carts was the biggest hit. The skating rink is awesome, & there is alot of Arcades games & good prizes. Water dripping from the ceiling, no ac. Had to of been at least 90 degrees in there with minimum airflow. Everything is overpriced. A worker told us they had 2 heat strokes in the last week. This is a DANGEROUS place. We took my 6 month old baby with my niece. It was terrifying. We were all dripping sweat. Employees were unprofessional. WAY overpriced! A lot of the games in the game room weren't working. To get to the bounce area, you have to go outside, across the parking lot and into the next parking lot. You enter a large building, and are instantly hit with an awful stench. You walk through several rooms and hallways on a soaking wet carpet, and you realize that is where part of the stink is coming from. It was my first time going and I had so much fun I'm definitely going back. The place seems to be in the process of being remodeled but that's no biggie. Everything is basically $20 and up per person to do anything they offer. The go carts are $23 a person for 8 minutes. It can expensive when you are in a large group.. None of the place is air conditioned except skating rink room. Only thing positive to say is when a quarter machine took our money they were sweet and quick to fix the issue for us. Horrible service, very dirty place, and run by low class. They kept moving my family back in line when we were waiting for go karts, and we wanted a refund. The girl at the register told us it would take 1 business day. We went back the next day after no refund and the male at the register basically insulted and cussed out my husband. Do not go here. Also, the owner was the one who offered cash back in return then refused to give it. They're also continuing to argue with me over leaving an honest review. Go

Only one functioning double go-kart had us waiting twenty minutes to take a spin, but they were nice about it. I like that they let you know when you've got one lap left instead of just making you stop. My kids enjoyed the arcade games.

Arcade games were awesome. I love that the second arcade area near the back is old fashioned tokens and not a card. Takes me back to my childhood.
