Reviews Summary

Overall, reviews are mixed but lean positive, with many praising fun activities like go-karts, mini-golf, and arcades, especially for families. Staff friendliness varies—some are polite, others indifferent or rude. Cleanliness is inconsistent, with complaints about broken games, unmaintained facilities, and overpriced concessions. High costs and poor upkeep frustrate some, while others find value in packages or specials. Mini-golf and go-karts stand out, but arcade issues and staffing shortages dampen experiences. Best for casual outings with managed expectations.

Surprise visit for my daughter. The bumper boats were slow, but fun. The go-karts are always a fun activity. The man at the front desk honored our coupon from the other closed location for my daughters birthday free pick 3 card, so that was nice.

Amazing! Family friendly, for all ages! Some 30 min lines but over all worth it!

I took my grandkids here and I have to say if I didn't have a Groupon for the four of us I would have been really bummed with paying $22.95 a person online. The miniature golf course is fun although it has some rough patches, the employees are just there, they don't really seem outgoing or friendly except for the man at the beginning where you pay. The rock climbing no one had anything to say and they made my granddaughter do the toughest part because the two climbers couldn't be next to each other, it woul

We had a great day playing with our kids. We went during the week so it was slow which meant we had zero lines. It was over 100 degrees and we went early. We got the pass for five activities. Our family loves racing on the go karts and my husband always wins. I asked the guy if he could hold him back to give the kids a chance to win. Our daughter won and it was awesome to see how happy she was. The only downside was the bumper boats only had four boats so we couldn't all go together. We spent $200 for the d

The manager on duty was rude. There was hardly anyone in line for the go karts. She wouldn't let me use my free tickets because there was a school coming. It was one ride and the schools hadn't arrived yet. I called the district manager and she never returned my call. The east side was so much better. Yesterday the bathrooms smelled so bad the mini golf course greenery was falling apart the water in most area were not cleaned it was full of leaves and smelled like stagnant water. The manager has a twin I re

Great place for the whole family. The Inside is clean and tidy and most of the employees are friendly! Would highly recommend coming here and checking out the mini golf, I personally think it's the best in Wichita!

Very expensive and only 3 rides for almost $60. Not including game play. Games were out of order and definitely not worth it. Do not recommend for the price.

Games and mini golf were really fun. The only thing that really sucks about this place is the prize shop. The items are cheap bulk buys from Amazon, but the ticket prices are set way too high for it to even be worth an exchange. Also, there are no refills on drinks? I just assume the business is struggling if they have to do stuff like that.

My kids and I really enjoy coming here the westside has a better arcade for sure and the go carts go pretty fast here, also had laser tag and rock wall, golf driving range and a batting cage!! The east location had there track down for repairs the day we came. But there carnival rides worked and a better miniature golf course for sure provided lots of shade! All in all they both have good things and was a great time would recommend either one. My kids and I loved both places I rate it 5 stars!

Good place to bring kids fun environment and a great place to hold a birthday party. Games are at times lack good upkeep and can stay broken or damaged but overall there is still plenty to do from Lazer tag, rock climbing, batting cages, arcade games mini golf, go carts, boats, and a driving range. The facilities are kept clean and the food isn't tremendously overpriced.

Fun atmosphere. Go-kart staff must have been new. Had a hard time getting people through in a timely manner but were really polite kids.

We were disappointed and won't be going back. The lights weren't on and people were using their flashlights to play and see. Plus the mosquitoes were horrible. We could only play 4 holes before we had had enough. The course was very rough and in desperate need of help.

Great place to take your kids. We had a blast! They have go-kart track, mini golf, laser tag, driving range, rock climbing, and a big arcade area with food and drinks. This was our first time there but we plan on going back. Definitely recommend. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Mini Golf is NOT wheel chair accessible here. I'm currently on a knee scooter, so I can't rock climb or play laser tag. I at least wanted to walk through the course to be with my husband and kids as they played, but no. There's stairs to get to the course, and once you're in there, the walkways have rocks and stuff in the way. It really made for a miserable time. So unless you have 2 fully functioning legs, don't waste your money

It's a cool place. Great place for kids but the adults don't have a place for them when they are waiting for them. There two tables and 8 chairs but that's it.

Great place to have a family gathering! We were there visiting from out of town with my teen son, and her two boys along with our husbands and everyone enjoyed the time.

Went there 4/8-2025 and walked in behind a group of black younger adults and the go carts were closed and they walked out. I started mini golfing and they were waiting outside for a ride and a manager came out side very aggressive with his hands up yelling for them to leave and they told him they were waiting for a ride and he kept yelling I immediately knew he was being very racist one of the men even said it's because I'm black and once there ride showed up he finally calmed down. I just think that's very

fun place to go....most arcade games cost 3 tokens, each token is a quarter. almost every game malfunctioned while we were there, and there was only 1 game tech to service them all....kind of annoying. the staff were polite however, and replaced all tokens and tickets.

Sunday early afternoon / 01:00-03:30 PM visit. We came here for a birthday party scheduled event. Our host arrived and the facility did not show a scheduled birthday and mentioned the manager didn't put it on the schedule. They staff set up the birthday party event and left. We never saw anyone come after that. They didn't provide the host with everything included in the party. We had terrible service even when hundreds of dollars were spent, but we did try to make the best of it. Multiple machines took our

Customer service is utter trash. Go for the arcades, but don't expect the workers to be pleasant for the attractions or available. We waited and waited and literally no one showed up, and when they did, they literally acted like we didn't exist.

We had a lot of fun! The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The ONLY issue we encountered was that we purchased a wristband for the kiddie karts, when we went out there there wasn't anyone working them. They told us who we needed to find... and it was the guy who sold us the wristband! Lol. I figured he could've put it together that if we bought them we would need to use them! Lol. But all-in-all, not a big deal and we had a great experience.

If it was 2015 this place would be amazing. However it's 9 years after that and let's see what's changed. Prices have doubled, games are the similar and even more broken. Batting Cages are in complete disrepair, laser tag has fewer vests and the snack bars prices are insane. No wonder why they say no outdoor food or drink outside. The place is worse than the state fair in prices. Go elsewhere until prices go down or quality goes up. Bring your muffins elsewhere guys until prices go down for attractions. V

None of the token machines worked so we had to buy our tokens at the front where they charge tax. The arcade games themselves were beat up and busted, about 5-6 of them weren't working and stole your coins. Our balls got stuck several times on the mini golf course. This place just ain?t what it used to be. It's like walking through ancient ruins of what used to be. You're better off going to Dave and Busters. Might be more expensive but at least there is someone on duty over the age of 18 at any given time.

Fun place to spend time with your family or friends. Friendly staff. Video game machines are constantly breaking down, running out of tickets or not working properly. With much patience, the staff will usually resolve the issue. Updated: Machines still break consistently. They have upgraded the machines to a game card system instead of tokens. The bumper boats were fun.

We had a really good time. Everyone was very nice!

This was a fun place for my son, but the staff was rude and unfriendly. Mostly young kids working here, but you could tell they definitely don't like their jobs. This made the experience kind of a downer in some aspects. In one of the photos is the prize my son won.

The girls & boys had a EXCITING TIME riding the go-carts, playing mini golf and playing games inside the building.

Went to batting cages. Two of them would not work. Staff not very helpful. Games didn't all work and took too many tickets for one turn.

We've had good experiences there. Today was a different story. My daughter?s go cart broke down several times and she was shorted several laps and not given the opportunity to make it up. But they did give her extra credits for the arcade after I brought it up inside. My big issue is that they had a group of people who were rowdy and bumping us with the go carts at a level that was very unsafe. They bumped my daughter several times as well. I was worried that they might slam into her while her cart was brok

Good times with the Wichita Thunder team and staff. We road the go-karts and had some fun in the private room celebrating the end of the year. Would definitely go back to enjoy the other events and attractions. I haven't seen Tyler for a while and he always made this place amazing. I hope Tyler is still managing the place. The staff was friendly. Cheers

Went to play mini golf. Reasonably priced and we played both sides, 36 holes. Nice and shady course but not very well maintained. A few of the holes had patched Astro turf right by the hole which made it a little frustrating. Bricks along the holes were missing or knocked out of place. Service inside was good. They were short staffed so one young lady was doing a lot of multi tasking but she was very friendly and helpful.

You are correct. Google popped this up instead of the place I thought it was. Sorry for the review. I'll go put it where it belongs. I upped your star rating to 5 though I was not there. I had entered this review into wrong location. And a 2 star review wasn't fair.

Came for a birthday on a Friday night, none of the workers knew how to discount the cards since we had a birthday party, therefore it was their loss because we aren't paying full price. Checked out the concessions prices are insane 12.99 for a burger combo meal, lots of the games were out of service. Birthday mug and group picture were also out of stock. Think elsewhere for a birthday party. I can see why this place was a ghost town. Outdated, overpriced & helpless workers.

Took my boys to the go-karts they had a blast my boys are 10 and 12 and they drove like a pro you get six laps for$8 or you can buy the family pack for 20,00 you get three rides my boys had a lot of fun

Go carts go different speeds. We went twice, first time was awesome, second time disappointing because the go cart was so slow. We also did laser tag and my laser gun only worked half the time. This place seems pretty old with old equipment.

1/2 games on Thursdays... thank goodness because half of them didn't work. Two adults, $15 each, we found three or four games worth a darn. Pretty disappointing that the games were either out of commission, or we found out they weren't working only after we had swiped our cards. Wish this old relic would reinvest in the arcade for the West side people.

Wife and kids went for $35.00 3hr spring break special. Everyone had fun

In town for a ball game, came here to have some fun. We had a great time.

We've visited this facility for many many years and are happy to have this business for westside. It's sad though because it is always dead. Like it's exciting to go to an arcade and lots of people and excitement. The kids love it as do I but it's better with it being busier and seeing the happy people playing.

I like how many rides this place has. A bunch of amenities such as an arcade, laser tag, rock-climbing wall, put put, driving range and more! The go-karts are a lot of fun too. They offer pretty good rates and some nice specials around the holidays.

I love this place! Very fun. The bowling is the best!

Took the grandkids to ride the go carts! They lived every second and want to go back!

Overall, it was a nice place to take children for hours of enjoyment. The arcade had numerous machines that were either down or would eat your credits without getting to play. Found plenty to play and spend the afternoon.

If you are trying to decide between all star and the alley for how to spend your money, this review should be all you have to read. Here you get a racetrack with gas carts that goes around a actual real race track. 9/10 only improvement I could suggest is an unlimited rides pass for people outside of a party. Also, clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Go-Karts are soooo much fun. Love this place in the summer time. Well cared for and tons to do

Went to this place with my family and we were waiting for the go karts for at least 30 minutes and the line wasn't moving. I then noticed why, a bunch of kids kept repeatedly cutting the line. When I told the staff members running the ride, they laughed in my face and walked away without saying a thing. It made me upset so I went to find someone else and I eventually did. We ended up leaving because we just didn't want to deal with it. Please do better people..

Clean. Ok staffed. Lots to do. We paid extra for unlimited 3 hrs. Put put is kinda basic. But it was fun.

Call me old fashioned because I will never get used to a game that takes 10+ tokens. And machines that only give you tickets. I guess $10 for 20 min of running around an overstimulating place worked for my 7 yr old grandson, but it's not for me. I even forgot to take pictures of him. ?????

Def a fun place for the kiddos and golf for adults/kids and lots of arcade games. Not a big place but keeps them entertained. Recommend

Staff is really unfriendly! Not enough staff working. I had to go in several times to the main building to have staff paged to come work the attractions. Some staff is working multiple attractions. They hardly speak and are not interactive with the kids. When kids are on the rides/ go carts. Some Staff are playing on their phones the entire time. We had Gabby at the end (at Laser Tag) and she was an absolute sweetheart. Need more of her! Kids had fun Website is hard to understand pricing! Called during busin

This place charged to much for broke down right. 35 for a wristband and can't ride all the rides. The gocarts broke down while we where on it. Ticket booth broke down so not we are stuck all the tickets. Who ever owns it sucks at maintenance.

It was fun, but there was quite a few machines out of order, and not as many machines as used to be.

Alexa was fantastic! Great spot for birthdays. Everything was included in the package and even the high schoolers had fun!

Bumper boats are bummer boats. They are supposed to spray water. We paid $50 for five kids to ride them ($10/each). They didn't spray water and were impossible to steer.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. A ton of broken arcade games and staff who don't care one bit about the customers. We repeatedly had to deal with one staff member in particular leaving his attraction and never coming back. He was up at the front literally standing and talking. We started to call him "hair boy" because he did have great hair. We just wished that he cared about his job as much as he does about his hair. I used to love coming here and was excited to share it with

Was dropping a kiddo off with a party. Easy to find the party. Boom

Much cleaner than usual, nobody there as it was a Monday on a school night. A few games didnt dispense tickets but employees seemed to be more on top of things.

My kids and I really enjoy coming here the westside has a better arcade for sure and the go carts are faster here, but the east location had carnival rides and a better miniature golf course provided lots of shade! All in all they both have good things and was a great time would recommend either one. I rate it 5 stars

Came on Father?s Day to let the kids ride the boats with their dad?s and grandpa. We were told it was closed. When asked what the hours were they said usually 1-8pm. We arrived just before 7:30. It was fairly busy as it was Fathers Day and families were spending time together. They were unapologetic and did not care we had 5 crying children.

Our plans fell through for the day, so we took our teenage daughter to help fill time. Like teenagers, they complained all the way there. They found they actually had a blast. Moms for the win

Took my daughter there this last weekend. Machines are old, the putt putt turf is heavily worn and stained, water features were not working, weeds everywhere, kid behind the ticket/prize counter had an attitude and over priced for what you get. Place was so much better back in the day. They have really let this place go. They need to start investing back into the business or sell it to someone that cares. West Wichita needs a place like this that's in better shape than this dump.

We enjoyed the mini golf. The fountain drinks were too high priced, so we went elsewhere. But we will definitely come back again for another round of mini golf.

The staff was friendly for the most part, however, we were constantly having to find someone to run the attractions. i.e. the rock wall, laser tag and bumper boats. We purchased a wristband that allowed us unlimited access for 3 hours to all those and the go carts. It seemed a bit silly that we had to wait for someone to come out and run the bumper boats and she was ushering us in after about 5 minutes, when we were the only ones there with wrist bands for unlimited use. It seemed as if she just didn't wa

Well maintained entertainment center. Our family often goes miniature golfing or go carting when we're all together for reunions during the summer months. I rarely play the arcade games, but there's a wide variety and gaining tickets is the best part of a visit for some of my nieces and nephews.

Games are half broken in the arcade. Didn't do anything else due to the cold weather, but there are far better places for the kids to play games. Definitely way below average experience there. Was refunded credits back, but the 5 staff chit-chatting around the ticket desk didn't seem bothered by the amount of credits the broken machines were chewing up. You might do ok at the driving range or go carts, but stay away from the arcade.

Staff was attentive and the games were operating well. My son enjoyed playing and running around. I would reccomend it to friends and family.

Mini golf was super fun. Went with my adult daughter and her BF. We played the course on the left. Some of the tee boxes were very worn out and 2 were completely loose. It was still super fun and I even managed to get a hole in one??

My son had a great time, so did I. My only complaint is that it seemed like some of the team members were kind of lazy. My son needed help with sraps on the go cart and they seemed as though they couldn't be bothered, same with Lazer tag. There seemed to be more concern with talking with other co-workers than attending to customer needs. But hey, they're all kids so what do you expect.

It's decent... the mini golf course is pretty much garbage, which was our only goal. It was very poorly maintained with branches and leaves everywhere and it was falling apart. Almost hard to believe they charge 10 dollars for it. The employees don't care about anything, which is understandable since they're just high school kids. Don't have high expectations, and you'll be fine.

ONLY GO HERE FOR GO KARTS OR MINI GOLF.Staff were friendly and helpful. More than half of there arcade machines were out of order but if you swiped your card it still took your credits and then flashed out of order. The arcade was a joke borderline ripoff.

Love going here with my son. He has a lot of fun every time we go and so do I.

Not just for kids. We enjoy coming here. We're newly retired and like fun, local things to do. Like mini golf on a nice day. The arcade is fun too. Staff has always been friendly when we've been there. Go & enjoy.

Not enough staff and the staff who are here didn't want to help run any of the attractions whatsoever. Wasted 2 hours and only got to play mini golf with our wristbands. Very upsetting for the kiddos.

My cousin and I had a great time. We took part of the choose 5 and I was more than excited about it. The package is affordable and pretty cool. We chose to ride the bumper boats and had a fantastic time. An employee joined in on the fun and my cousin and I shot the employee with water. They of course shot us back, it was a hot afternoon and was a highlight of our day. I got the employee first after asking if we could shoot them. This was the best experience I have had in a long time since moving to Wichita

The mini golf is nice and the go carts are fun. It was a little understaffed during our visit.

Even on a very warm Saturday, we enjoyed taking our Granddaughters to All-Star Adventures. There were a variety of entertaining rides and the grounds were clean and well maintained. While there seemed to be a shortage of workers operating the rides, those that were there were friendly, polite and generally attentive and responsible. We enjoyed the charming miniature golf course with lots of water and ample shade. We were happy and tired when we left and felt that we had received our money's worth. I suggest

I was surprised by the arcade. I figured with the name "All star sports" that it would just be batting cages, go carts, things like that but they had a nice size arcade with modern machines/games. Unfortunately about 4 of the machines that we tried to play were broken in some way (ate tokens, didn't give tickets etc) but the staff was very quick to address problems. The staff was also very polite and attentive to guests. Definitely worth the visit

Half the machines were out of order, amount of tickets required for the most ridiculous little cheap toys was insane, bathrooms were not maintained and I got kids ice cream cones and although the lady was sweet she did not wash her hands threw on a pair of gloves and began to serve me with loose long hair and the first cone she handed me came with one long hair not on it but in it as my daughter pointed out, she found it when taking her first bite. Spent over $ 200 for a very poor experience. Was not happy.

This is definitely a place to check out if you're looking to have a little fun. They have plenty of arcade games to choose from and other activities you could do. I will say not all the batting cages worked when I went and the mini golf course is basically just the same hole over and over again but definitely still a cool place to check out.

We have had several good times here! The batting cages are not in the best shape and ended up not working at all our last trip there a few months ago. They did give us a full refund with no problem. Lots of fun stuff for kids and adults.

I would not recommend going here. We played miniature golf. The place is very run down. Holes in the turf, bricks that's are broken, extremely rude staff!!!

This is a great place if your going just to go-kart or play golf. Alot of the game machines don't work, and the laser tag jackets are all broken. They had 3 working jackets out of about 25. And there were 4 of us so it wasn't a good experience. For the amount of money they make they should really consider fixing the games and laser tag jackets to keep people coming.

I've attended 2 birthday parties at this business for both boys and girls ages 5-10. The staff was very accommodating. We used the party room. We had pizza, cake and ice cream. The kids received lots of tokens to play games. The bumper boats and go carts was a big hit for both the kids and adults.

It doesn't pretend to be fancier than it is and I appreciate that. Good fun place but nothing fancy. It has a perfectly adequate driving range that is usually pretty open. There is mini-golf, and it's exactly what you'd expect from mini golf. There is a very standard issue arcade. And they have a pretty good go-cart track, but try to avoid getting cart #6 because it's slow as molasses.

Will return but pricy and most games took several tickets. Food was lack luster- more cardboard box than little Caesars and twice price. Kid gocarts were a hit! Loved you could watch little one on whole track. Would've loved more shade availability though

I would have given a five star, but several of the games were not working and the tables in the cafe area were not clean at all. The one I was sitting at was sticky. They need to maintain their cafe area better. We had fun with the machines that were working, but I would have liked to see more working.

We love the Family Nights on Fridays! You get 100 tokens, 4 drinks, and a large pizza for under 25.00. I have to say, the pizzas are huge and pretty good. It's overall a good value, and I've always got leftovers to take home. It beats Chuck E Cheese any day! Staff is friendly, and helpful. The areas are clean, and there's security on staff. I would recommend this place highly!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
