All Star Bowling & Entertainment - Draper

Call this a bias review because we came here when it opened on a Monday but this a great bowling alley! I will definitely be coming back. For me and my wife we paid just over $30 for an hour. Seems like a lot but we ended playing 2 full games in 30 minutes at a good pace. It was dead and empty obviously but it was also clean, modern, cozy and really fun! They had lots of option from game modes, shoes, bowling balls and lots of seating! I definitely would go back with friends and family to split a large game

First time here and we had a lot of fun. They have bowling, mini golf (9 holes), bumper cars, escape room, and lazer tag, a huge arcade, and a couple of good food options. If you order food while bowling a robot will bring it to you. We really enjoyed everything we did. You do have to book the escape room ahead of time. We'll have to do that next time we are in town. So glad this place was suggested to us.

There is a godzilla virtual reality game and we have so much fun shooting godzilla. The bowling was a blast my twin 8 year olds absolutely love the bowling and the robot that delivers the pizza they just want to follow it around.

This place was amazing. Clean, well staffed, well spread out so it doesn't feel so overwhelming. We did the arcade games which was a great deal! We also did bowling with our 4 kids and they had an absolute blast. Up to date facility that has state of the art interactive lanes. Well priced ?one of the highlights of our staycations for sure!

The cat robots are so fire! The workers have always been kind of rude and snappy every time I've been. But you only have to talk to them for like a minute then you're good!

Yesterday my 13 year old sister along with my other siblings and father went bowling and during our time there my sister (who is more masculine or androgynous presenting) was yelled at by a drunk woman in the bathroom for being a "pervert", (the woman assumed she was a boy) and after explaining the situation she was still berated and humiliated in the bathroom. It made her feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

Had a blast at the 9 hole Mini Golf. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun cheap date or family night out. No groups larger than 4 to a game. Only $5.50 per person on weekdays. Try it out, it's worth it!

While on a tour of lasertag centers in several states in the USA, I also visited this site. The arena is equipped with 24 Laserforce Gen8 vests and several base and beacon targets. Unfortunately, memberships are not supported here, so I could not log in with my account, which was actually the main reason for my visit. However, the prices are very fair and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked a birthday party at the Draper location for our son and it was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend. They planned everything for us and helped kept the party moving and on time. They provided all the food, balloons, tablecloths, etc. All we had to do was show up. The facility was clean, the party hostess was easy to work with and the price was comparable to other places we looked at.

Very nice place! Lots of games, bowling, laser tag, bar with bowling alley. Food is ok, not really worth the price and you have to beg for silverware, and condiments. Paid for 1 hour of bowling and the game shut down we didn't even play all the frames. Stupidest thing I have ever seen. Every time I've been, they've been understaffed, which makes their high prices even harder to justify. There is also always some issue that takes 10 to 15 minutes of the paid 60 minute bowling time to resolve. The last time I scheduled a birthday party event here they canceled it due to a lack of staff and only bothered telling me after we had arrived for the event leaving me literally no time to come up with an alternative plan. We had the best time at All Star bowling. We brought 17-2 years old and there was so much for everyone to do. Remmy was so kind and helpful while we were deciding what package was going to work the best for all of us, she especially won over my littlest one. We will definitely be back!

This was an okay experience for a bowling ?? alley to get a drink you have to jump thru hoops their shoes are very worn out and uncomfortable. We paid $200 for 2 hours of bowling for 9 people ouch ?? not worth the price especially when the lanes kept jamming the staff at the desk to pay were uncomfortable and not professional. We will pass on this place next outing.

Fun well kept bowling alley with arcade, pool tables, and more. There is an adult area (Pins and Ales) separate from the bowling and kids' activities. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. It was a nice family experience. We ordered snacks, chips and salsa, fries, tater tots, and soda. It was all good, but a little pricey for what we got, We had to keep ordering more because the portions were a little small.

We went specifically for bowling, although there are soooo many things to do here. Will update the review when we come back. Arcade: We had a 45-minute wait for a lane, so we played a bit. We had our work holiday party here. Everone loved it! The service was excellent. We didn't have to worry about the food being refreshed or any of the amenities. The atmosphere was perfect! It is always clean. Thank you for making our holiday party effortless for us!

All Star bowling lanes are one of the best bowling alleys in Salt Lake and Utah county! The price for bowling is per lane and shoe rental instead of by the person which makes it much cheaper for a group outing! The lanes are lit up with neon colors and the setting area are couches and very comfortable. The food and beer is priced great aswell. When ordered it is delivered to your bowling lane by robot!!

Not want to leave reviews, especially if they're bad but this is a little bit ridiculous. The shoes are super super super nasty. Look at the stains. They left on my socks super frustrating, especially when the socks are brand. Food is really gross, lanes We're having a hard time keeping track of the score. Pins would fall over a random points. Seriously a fun place. I didn't expect much coming here for the first time. These guys made an awesome first impression very quickly. The arcade games are all the latest and greatest games. The adult area stinks in the literal sense. Needs some air ventilation and deodorizer. I walked right out of there. Arcade machines are often broke. You lose your money a lot. They understand and return it. But it is a great place. The laser tag was super fun and not too dark where you get lost.

Fun place for the kids and family. A couple of attractions were unavailable so that was a bummer. We ate and played in the arcade mostly. The food was fine (pizza and nachos) and if you're out bowling, a robot will come bring your food which is pretty cool! Would be cool to have some discounts or specials, the arcade and the attractions get to be pretty expensive.

There is something for everyone here and you could spend hours having all sorts of fun. But it's a bit pricey. Especially on a Sunday when ist not crowded at all. But our grandson turned 6 today and he had a blast. He even beat all of us in bowling.

Finally another good bowling alley! The all star lanes in west jordan is so busy we gave up on going there years ago. Today was aa Saturday afternoon and we only had a half hour wait and their video games and other games (basketball, etc.) are really high quality. They even have a big VR game.

Want the whole place to yourself? Go in the afternoon during the weekday. This place was super clean and a fun time!

The staff were very friendly and helped make our professional development day for our school very enjoyable.

My supervisor treated our shift to a day of fun here and we had a blast. We played 2 games and the lanes are extremely nice. The arcade is fun as well. The food was good but a little pricey. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I was impressed at how much we were able to play and do for all ages. We were celebrating my niece's birthday as a family. We had from age 2 to almost 80 and we all had a lot of fun!

Very dirty everywhere you go in here. Restrooms dirty and no toilette paper or paper towels in the family bathroom on a Thursday at lunch time. Arcades are incredibly overpriced. Food is awful.

This place is so understaffed, they hired a cat robot that delivers your food to you.

Great place for everyone of all ages to enjoy themselves. The bar area is especially amazing. Very clean, fast and friendly. Entertainment, music, food and drinks all great. I'll definitely be going back again soon.

Almost half the games are not in working order. The laser tag equipment kept having a fault and stopped working for my son. The golf area had not been vacuumed ever it appeared and was a total mess. Either this place is going down and they are not investing in upkeep or change of management is required to turn this place around. It's sad to see a fun place fall so far.

Had a great time bowling, playing games, and mini golf with some work friends, but this place needs some serious mgmt help. ALL OF THE HAND SANITIZER DISPENSERS WERE EMPTY. Eaten food was left on tables for an hour+ and they only had size 8 and 11.5 bowling shoes. Overall great memories made, but the basics could be better. Several of the arcade games had the balls missing and there's no way to know until you already wasted your money on them. So between that and all the ones that were out of order, there wasn't that great of a selection of games to play. As for the bowling, the ball return kept getting stuck and the only way to get the balls was to risk your hand by reaching into the machine. Customer service over the phone is simply not good. Who ever I spoke with was not interested in being helpful. On two different calls, after not being particularly helpful, he simply said "Thank you calling" and hung up the phone. The conversation had not even ended yet. While I understand there may be some system limitations the employees complete indifference and poor attitude we very of putting. Poor Customer Service. Curious to see how the actual visit goes.

Great place for the family, this was our first visit and my kids had a great time! One of my girls got a hole in one on the mini golf and my other won 4 prizes from the big claw machine (2 at once which was very exciting), and we all had a great time in the bumper cars! Came here with the kids mostly to ride the bumper cars. Were told after they took my money that they were ?short staffed? and were not running the bumper cars. Staff were rude and snippy, numerous arcade games didn't work, would take your money and then not function. The staff didn't care.

It was a fun facility with bowling, mini golf, and bumper cars (from what I could see). We were there on half off bowling night, so that was nice. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I'd go again for sure.

I've always driven further to this location because it's nicer. But to the lady with missing teeth at the bowling counter, I don't appreciate you being so rude to my kids. She told my kids to get out of the building because my daughter had a water bottle with her. She is a kid. She was so rude to them. They asked if they could keep the water bottle at the counter and she told them to leave. They also had already walked past the front desk where a guy was and he said nothing to them.

Had our company party here. Diverse activity options, good venue. Food is adequate, we always just have the pizza pasta buffet. I think I happened to go through the line when everything needed to be refilled or replaced, so I wasn't super impressed. But they brought out more after I went through the line.

Brought my son here on a Sunday. It was obviously pretty slow, and we never had to wait for anything. If you want to play laser tag on a Sunday, you should probably make sure you bring enough people to play on your own. We didn't run into any broken arcade games, and the arcade version of axe throwing was fun. Even the food was pretty good. Only thing I found myself missing was the corn hole game they have at their other location, but otherwise everything was great!

My family and I went here today (Sunday) and was helped by the wonderful, Remi, who seemed to be one of the very few staff that were working then. She was very helpful and kind throughout our time together. Taking one star off because there needs to be more staff (maybe just on Sundays?). We couldn't do the mini golf because there was no staff to help us, and Remi was helping other families, which was understandable. Thank you again Remi! I hope your manager sees this cause you deserve a recognition!

I would say it was very fun! A good experience and a very clean place. But when it comes to bowling there's a couple of things wrong.. like AC! It's very hot when you're bowling. And the lanes have no contraction. But the arcade is cool too!! I will rate this place 9/10 and the robots give you your food!

Had my son?s birthday at All Star and our party host was amazing! Her name was Kinley and she was not only very sweet to the kids but was very attentive. While other workers in the place were either on their phones or joking around and not paying attention to customers, Kinley made sure our son?s birthday was fun and memorable! My friends and I went to go bowling on New Years, but it was to long of a wait. So we just played arcade, and it was a blast.

We came with a big group and some of us wanted to watch the Jazz game cause it was their first game of the season. I approached the front desk and they informed me that only the owner can change the channels and employees don't have access ??????? The owner was not there so everyone in the building had to watch closing credits to a baseball game that already ended. It was on every tv in the building. What a joke? we will go to fat cats next time? disappointed

Usually come to Draper but went to West Jordan once the came back to Draper?? West Jordan was better service and vibe. Go to West Jordan.

We took the grand kids to play laser tag. One of the guns quit working but they exchanged the equipment and started our session over. Many games to choose from, VR, Escape room, laser tag, bowling and food - in which a robot delivers your food!!

The food was fabulous! We had this sandwich that was the best one any of us had ever had in our lives! It was a little expensive for this part of the country, but the bowling was a lot of fun and the shoes were newer so they did not have that smell to them. Plus they have an arcade with tons of games which were a blast. I would give it five stars but I took 1 off for the extra cost involved.

Order appetizers 1st, drinks then meal. Drinks took 20 mins then food came out well some of it our friends took another 30 min and then it came out cold ... Finished our meal and had to remind them of our appetizers to which she replied I'm so sorry I forgot all about them . Not a great experience at all for a low key Saturday night was at about 40% of capacity for their night club.

We love All Star! My wife and I bring my two teenagers every so often, and have for years. We usually drop $150 each time. Not because the games are expensive, we just love coming here. We do miss Pacman though. Some of the bumper cars were struggling, but most of the games were intact. Looks like they've been doing a little remodeling since the last time we were here. Kids love the new mini games you can play as part of the bowling experience. Lost their minds seeing a robot delivering our snacks. We have come here for years and it looks like they are trying very hard to keep things maintained and fresh.

Came here today for a fun family day and the dude named Alex at the front desk who handles the lanes was terrible. He's rude and looks/acts like he hates his life. We even tried to talk to someone else on your staff regarding him and he said the same thing about this dude. An okay venue. The value would be increased if they would add bowling and the arcade/games in the price. As is, the package included mini golf, laser tag and bumper cars.
