Customer Reviews

We came every year for my daughter birthday and we also introduced this place to friends and family because their arcade games were fare and you can win but this year I spent 410.00 dollar and I won 2 smallest plushies that worth 5 dollar for both of them! Last year I brought my daughter and her friend as well and I charged their cards 100$ each and the won many things even though all togethers they were like half of the price we paid and yes we understand the store have to make profit and we were happy an

My 6 year old son and I have so much fun here and it's so much less money than most arcades. There are carnival games here as well that have an arcade twist to them. PLUS the staff are incredibly nice. They are very kind and make everyone feel welcome.

Such a great place to take the kiddos to! The staff here is all awesome and knows exactly how to encourage a fun time while still making safety a priority. Trust me, your kids will absolutely love playing here? I know I certainly do!

As a StepmaniaX player here, the experience is very nice every visit. On Saturday?s the 2 main staff I see is this younger dude with glasses and this other bigger dude with glasses and they're extremely cool and nice. They even asked if they wanted to bring any of my belongings to the back in case. They always check to see if anyone needs help with anything and overall are great employees. Btw the stepmaniaX machine is pretty nice here. It's $1.50 for 2 songs and it is well maintained. The staff asked me t

No DDR, but has Initial D Ver 3 and 8, and has Maximum Tune 5. Really good for a mall arcade.

This arcade is a great spot to bring family. Has a great selection of games to play. In my opinion this is geared more towards families that would like to enjoy a game time without any substances around the kids.

Nicely remodeled in the third floor. Owner is nice and games are good. Cards make everything so much easier to play

It's on the upper level of the mall right next to Burlington. They have everything from arcade games to basketball to bowling (in a type of arcade format). They have pinball machines and air hockey, too (my personal fave). You buy a card, and load it up with the amount you wish to spend. They charge you $1 for the card, so even though I put $30 on it, which entitles the purchaser to an additional $5 credit, they charged me $1 for the card, and only loaded $29, which gypped me out of the additional $5 promis

very expensive and the person who works there is very rude and disrespected my sister very seriously and made her cry I do not want to know anything else about this place and God judge them they treat you as if you were their slave they are also racist and insulted me for being black The lady who works there and disrespected me is blonde and is an older lady is very bad

My boyfriend and i lovee this place!! The staff is genuinely friendly and eager to help and make it as fun as possible! The games are great and its fairly priced! If you want to have a good time and not spend a ton of money id suggest this arcade!

My kids LOVED it here! They were beaming when we left, excited about the toys they'd won for playing. The service was SOOO friendly and helpful and upbeat (shoutiut to Atticus!) We couldn't have had a more fulfilling end to our trip to the mall!

Always love coming here! Lots of games to win tickets on, super friendly and helpful staff, and I have so much more fun here than Round1! They even have play-til-you-win crane games! They are my go-to arcade and people of all ages will enjoy their time here!

Had a great time here with the kids. They loved it! We bought them $10 dollar cards to start with and they lasted longer than they thought I would. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning

They don't like seeing you win. When you start winning jackpots the staff starts to claim the machine is broken. They will deactivate your card and not refund your money back!

Big nice make over. Don't like the fact that every game is 75 cents(3 tokens) and you have to buy there card. Would have been better if it was 2 tokens that way you can play twice for a dollar, they might as well should've made it $1 a game other wise this place would have gotten 5 stars from me.

Has some great games but due to the card setup some of their features adont work properly. Specifically the Maximum Tune games. There is a BanaPass kiosk but there's a sign on it to "purchase card at game". Problem is that the game takes 1.50 per swipe , so per "coin". So the game thinks it's only 25 cents a play. Now to purchase a card, in game, is 4 coins. See where I'm headed with this? That's four swipes at $1.50 per. $6 dollars for a card? That's absolutely NOT RIGHT. There is no one to tell about thi

Would be 5 stars but the staff are obnoxiously aggressive about helping you load money on your game card. It's impossible to just go and play games without someone trying to show you how to swipe a credit card on a very simple machine.

Some dude named Atticus helped us & he was so friendly! People need to hire more workers like him. He made our day. The owners are very friendly, patient & approachable as well.

The place is fun, but the people who run it are not nice. I went there one day and I had saved up a bunch of coins at home from a different visit and I was using those to play at the arcade and the guy just walked up, took my coins (even the ones I bought that day) and walked away. I refused to let him have it, but he didn't let me keep my own coins

I was here about 2 days ago, sadly to say I wasn't surprised with the overall experience going there. Most of the machines were broken. At the end, I managed up to save and claim a small superman keychain, overhearing the employee talking to a child which looked about 4-5 years old. The child asked how to open a plastic packaging he couldnt open and for help on opening it. The employee simply said "With your hands" and Ignored the poor kid. I looked at my friend next to me as she was giving me the same star

I love this place. I was so happy that they didn't close this place after the whole remodeling thing they have going on in Burbank Mall. I come here almost every weekend with my boys. :) great staff and very reasonably priced :)

Just got kicked out for having children. In an arcade. I explained we were just waiting for my husband to come back from the bathroom to play. There weren't even any other customers, we weren't in anyone's way. Apparently that wasn't good enough. That old lady could use some customer service training.

Great place with kind staff and great chances to win many tickets. We won enough for 2 stuffed animals using just the claw machine and a few games.

Very chill spot with a mix of retro and new arcade games. The selection is small, but it's quality. Family owned and operated, and the staff is helpful and kind. Great place to pass the afternoon!

It was fun kinda expensive to play some games. But i guess thats how it is, nice variety of games popular for teens it was a first time visit spent like 20 dollars for 2 hour's of fun. Yes i would recommend.

Alot of fun games, and the lady who helped us pick a prize was very nice . Definitely recommended

A lovely little arcade at the top of the mall. Small selection of games, but it's a fantastic selection, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgable. 10/10, will come again.

There are many fun games to play (including air hockey) but the use of Token Cards and set values to each game will bankrupt you faster than the old coin method ($5 for a claw machine is crazy expensive and risky--might as well hit Vegas).

Heads up - doesn't open at 10 like the hours listed say. At least on 6/17/19 it didn't. 11 open. Other than that, fun little place, especially with it's location in the mall, to kill some time.

A great place to hang out with friends and have a good time playing arcade games. Selections are a bit small but still fun to have an arcade area to play games at when few are still around

We came to the burbank mall and put $20 in the token machien and only games you could use the rest with a card this is basicly stealing i dont reccomend you to come here.

The kids an I had an amazing time at this amusement ,The staff was so friendly &helpful .

It's soooo much fun there, plus the employees are kind. Definitely will be going there more often.

I can never go in there without this one old man grinding up against me asking if I know how to swipe a card.

The worker was so kind and helpful to me.I couldn't ask for a better employee.

Such a fun place for kids and parents too!!! The staff are sooooo accommodating and helpful!!! We are having a blast!!!!!!!!!

THERE ONCE UPON A TIME WAS A BIGGER ONE AT PANORAMA CITY. IDK WHY I GOT TAKEN DOWN . NOW ITS A PETCO. ... GOOD TIMES.

This place is fun. Some games are more ticket generous than others.

Staff was helpful. Plenty of games. Air hockey was very enjoyable to use.

employees and owner r so rude, I dont recommend :)

They have House of the Dead 1 & 2. I don't know what else was there, didn't look. They have like a card system thing like other arcades. 5/5 for House of the Dead(s).

Fun and amazing place to be. All kinds of games to play and enjoy. parking available in mall.

Really fun place to go to everything is really convenient to use with the card system

Great place to spend time with the kids. Nice and courteous staff.

Cool little arcade you can hit up while you're on your way to the movies.

Event though is a small arcade, it's clean and still have fun with the family.

They need initial D and beatmania. Other than that it's still a good arcade

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
