AirMaxx Trampoline Park & Warrior Course

The staff are so helpful and quick to answer questions. While hosting a birthday party there is a bit chaotic, the staff make it so effortless. All I need to do is track down kids. Highly recommend!

My daughter dislocated her knee while we were there and after emergency services showed up the staff kept my son(whose birthday it was which is why we were there) entertained. Video games slushy etc. They truly were amazing. And not there fault at all!

Don't waste your money! Customer service is horrible no refunds staff yelled at my kids but said nothing to other kids doing the same thing my kids were the only biracial kids there we were followed around one of my kids had got holes in his socks went to replace them they had a attitude about it told him don't come back for new ones as if it was his fault the place is run down trampoline need to be updated for the price is crazy where's the money going to??

The trampolines are mostly stretched out and there are just plain trampolines, one small foam pit and a small jungle gym. It isn't worth close to what they charge. I mistakenly paid for 90 minutes, but my 7 year olds were bored after 45 minutes. After having been to a couple Sky Zones, this was a big disappointment.

We had an okay time. Personally, I felt like it was not worth what we paid for the 5 of us for the 3 kids to jump, the SOCKS!! and if you wanted to buy food or anything... don't expect it to be an inexpensive day trip. I'd never been there and thought they had more things to do, but it was basic. The cool obstacle course they had, had to be reserved and paid extra for. But, my 8 year old had a decent time.

Today I brought my daughter here to burn off some steam. It was our first time. The young man there was really pleasant and I appreciated how he enforced the rules for another family there who destroyed the foam balls and tried to keep it there for him to clean after them. He essentially said whatever mess you made, you have to clean it! The ice cream variety was cool and it's a nice vibe. Love the Bieber songs. The prices are decent too.

It was good place but one of the kids went in my square and I fell on my back hard and it hurt for 7 weeks but still overall fun the hurricane simulator crazy and I would say this is the best trampoline park

We always have the BEST time here! The staff is super amazing, helpful, and kind. They all seem to love their jobs. The facility is also nice and I appreciate all the picnic tables too. We've brought the kids and friends for birthdays as well and it's always time and money well spent!

This place was so much fun for the kids and myself. They have snacks and an area for little kids and a separate area for big kids. They also have arcade games if you like that and and interactive one that projects onto the floor. Grip socks are needed so bring your own if you don't want to purchase some from there.

The variety of activities for the kids are great. The party rooms are comfortably, so if you invite family that don't want to participate in tge jumping there is a quite place for them to hang out. The racks they have available were a great idea so if you get there early you have a place to put things until the room is open.

My son had a blast there. The prices don't feel crazy high in today's world for the parent's kids and their wallets to have fun! The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because they don't allow the employees to sit ever. I know it can look bad, but I would rather have my employees in a better mood and not complaining about their feet hurting when there is times when it wouldn't hurt anyone if they could sit at times.

We love bringing the while family! There is jumping, video games, VR, a hurricane machine and lots of snack options. Price is a little steep at $13.95 per hour but you can get discounted certificates on the Value Connection and the Shop & Save.

I'm so disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars. We attended a birthday party today and found out that they no longer give birthday parties a room for the full time. Nope, you get maybe 45 minutes in the room, and you get to stand around with your cake, presents, guests, belongings, and decorations (because the rooms are fairly bare) on a tiered cart where everyone coming and going can access it. All because this company decided to overbook birthday parties - we were told there were 23 parties today. Wh

Great place to wear your kids out!! Lots of room to jump, even a small sectioned off place for little kids to jump. If you bring your own socks, you'll need to bring some with the grippy pads on the bottom!

$57.00 for 3 kids to bounce for an hour. Tgey were spent after 40 minutes. A bit dusty, but kids didn't care. It was busy but not over crouded. There is a place for 5 and under to bounce. Safe in that way. Foam pit is always a hit but don't dive in. Lots of kids flipping around. Dodgeball area too.

My Son always has a great time at AirMaxx. Whether it is to celebrate a birthday party or just go get some exercise, he always seems to have blast.

Exceptionally polite staff (all young men), knowledgeable and helpful. Every guest interaction was positive despite how busy they were. 3rd visit and will be back again!

Awesome place, had so much fun with my little cousins. Staff was always making sure the kids had fun, and full of energy. The VR is a great addition the kids love it. Juan at the front desk was super helpful and great with the kids. Will be back!!!!!

Smaller park compared to others in the past but kids liked it and there were half off coupons available. The only issue was that is was freezing cold in there. I get thats fine for those being active but us adults sitting makes it miserable lol. Adding a tv and liquor options would be nice for adults too haha

My kiddo always has the best time here playing dodgeball and jumping on the trampolines! The facility is always clean, there's lots of games to play, foam pit, jungle gym to climb, a free virtual reality game with a projector from the ceiling, and the staff has always been awesome to work with! Great place to take your kiddos and let them run their energy out! I've done birthday parties for my son here twice now, and it's pretty great. Pizza, cupcakes, and two hours of jump time for 10 kids for a flat fee and they take care of everything. Love it here!

The Ninja's United gym is great for kids and families! We had our 6 year old's birthday party there and the kids had a blast! Our son attends the weekly classes and each night they work on new skills and obstacles. They continuously change up the course so there is always something different to try. The coaches are excellent with the kids - very patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

AirMaxx Trampoline Park and Warrior Course is a favorite in the Greater St. Cloud area. My kids always have a blast, and as a mom, I love that they are also engaged and active. AirMaxx is the perfect spot to burn some energy quickly, spend a rainy afternoon, or throw an awesome birthday bash. I highly recommend AirMaxx!

I had my son's birthday party here. It was busy, but the kiddos all had a blast and the workers there are always ready to help. We make lots of return visits over the year now. Worth every penny!

My kids had alot of fun, it was not very busy but I feel compelled to say the bathrooms smelled like strong urine.

It was very crowded, dirty, garbage all over the trampolines. We will not be returning again. Kids were leaving food and wrappers all over the trampoline.

My daughter loves Airmaxx. We have not yet tried the warrior corse. The prices are great as are the staff. They are very interactive with my little one. It is a favorite place of ours to go after school and burn off extra energy.

My son loves it here. It's a great way for parents to interact with their kiddos and get their energy out. Foam pit, dodgeball area, few arcade games, a small indoor play area, and multiple jumping areas. It's perfect.

What a fun place! My kids had a blast! It is a little smaller then some of the other ones we have been to, but still a lot of fun to be had.

We rent our bouncy houses on a yearly basis here for the past 3 years. They have been great with communication and delivery of the bouncy house. Our kids also love bouncing inside their park

This place is great! We had 30 cub scouts ranging in age from 7-12 years old, and they all had a blast on the obstacles in the St. Cloud location. I highly recommend it, and we will be back!

We used AirMaxx this year for our annual party and the people at AirMaxx were quick to respond and very helpful! They arrived on time and the bounce house was in great shape. The kids had so much fun! They arrived right on time to pick up the bounce house at the end and everyone we dealt with was very friendly. We will definitely use them again next year!

My Granddaughter enjoy AirMaxx quite a bit! Every time they come to my house they ask if they can go. They started going at thee age 8 and still now at the age of 13 still ask to go.

I take students to AirMaxx every year and it is always a favorite! Super easy going atmosphere, perfect for any age. My high school students love getting to play dodgeball with younger kids and always leave smiling from ear to ear.

Visited in April 2024. Trampolines were fine, but the ventilation was TERRIBLE. It immediately smelled like sweat upon walking in and that smell never left. The fans are not efficient enough to keep the place cool.

Kids love the foam pit, climbing and bouncing. Great workout for parents too. The icy drinks are delicious.

Clean, and activly cleaned. Staff seemed to like what they did and it was a great fun time. Fair price for a good bit of indoor activity. Kind of out of the way for the Metro area but will return for sure. Great time

We took the grandkids here when we were visiting for a short vacation. The kids had a blast. The staff was very friendly.

If anyone is considering coming here for an event I would pick a different spot. We had the party room for an hour and they were very pushy trying to get us out 20 mins early. Very rude people. Definitely can find better??

Wish we lived closer we would be there daily but it's about time we get back! Kids get a crazy workout and they have stuff for all skill levels of jumper or player. If you aren't doing your next party or get together you should rethink your strategy and just treat yourself to arcade, obstacle course and trampolines galore

It's a fun place but the prices were high for what you get, staff doesn't actually care about the rules or say anything if they're broken. And when I mentioned that I had multiple of my items stolen while there (including a 10$ play card that was stolen from my jacket, while we were sitting with our stuff) the worker just goes "oh wow" and LAUGHS. Spent almost 70$ here today just to have stuff stolen from me and my daughter only got 20 minutes of jump time of the 2 hours we paid for because nobody cared tha

We brought our 1.5 year old midday midweek for our 1st visit. I wish I knew his name but he must have been the manager or owner .. or possibly a super dedicated employee - but he was awesome!! Said he didn't have anywhere to be so he was staying past his scheduled shift so the little tots could play in what is usually a big kid section. He went around and visited with each of the families. Bought 6 kids in for the glow party. What a wonderful experience! The staff were fun, engaging, and HELPFUL. While AirMaxx may be smaller than SkyZone, the service and overall experience was a thousand times better. The warrior course looks amazing. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending AirMaxx to everyone.

We came here on a weekday during St Cloud's spring break. I was really concerned it was going to be crazy busy but it was actually not! Just right I would say. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, plenty of space for kids to run around. Lots of fun prize arcade games and a good selection of drinks and snacks. Would recommend!

Always have a blast with our toddlers. Staff goes above and beyond. One day we went, there happened to be a middle school field trip happening. The staff asked the big kids to stay out of one area so the littles could play safely. It was so thoughtful and appreciated.

We did my nieces 8th birthday here and it was really nice! You get the party room for an hour, but jump time for longer. They provide a cart for you the whole time to store things on and their team is incredibly helpful no matter how busy they are. It was a great experience for her and her friends. As a chaperone, it was fun to see them all have so much fun.

Came here with some friends for a birthday party. Walked in and immediately smelled so bad.. smelled like FEET!! Horrible. We decided to play dodge ball the whole time since it was the most entertaining thing to do. Workers DIDNT do there job and played dodgeball. The workers weren't playing fair. Few arguments had started. A kid got hit in the face by a dodgeball I think a worker had threw. Workers threw the balls really aggressively. Dodgeball got pretty heated. Would probably watch your kids in the dodge

Great staff and the kids loved being there! We booked a birthday party and then had to reschedule due to weather. They were understanding and I did not have to pay a penalty for rescheduling last minute. Maybe having some more drink options for birthday parties would be nice and trying to add some "pizzazz" to the birthday package. Maybe a game that staff could play with kids or a fun birthday song? It just felt a little detached, but, overall, a great experience!

Last weekend, my kids joined their cousin for a birthday party here. Ah-mazing venue and program for that! There were five boys ages 6-8 and two girls age 10. From the time we arrived (early) until we left, the staff here was the perfect combination of strict and fun. I took my son and some of his friends here for his 13th birthday. We had a GREAT time! The boys did the ninja course and the staff did a great job of engaging and challenging them. The free play jump time was a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!

Great for kids to jump and release their built up energy... Will warn you though... if you aren't ready for it, when you step into this place it smells like a high school locker room. Woooo! Funky!

My kids Love to go here. We did have a group of boys that went to the Saturday teen night. Had a blast, the pizza wasn't great but it was a lot of fun. We drive an hr to go, but they love it so why not?
