It's a fantastic place to take your kids especially for birthday parties but expensive. That's why I gave it four stars (for the price) instead of 5. The people there were all very helpful and my kids had a blast. It has many things it offers besides video games. Trampolines and laser tag I believe the mini golf too. And yes mini prizes for your points that you get from playing the video games. The bathrooms were amazingly clean also!
Very clean! A bit pricey but with Groupon coupon affordable! You'll have to buy grip socks there. My 11 and 9 year old were pretty spent after 30 mins so an hour was more than enough for jumping! They loved the arcade too! There is a Starbucks in the same building among many other things!!
Tip: If you've ever been to a trampoline park, bring the socks you purchased. Otherwise you'll need to buy their socks, which cost $3 a pair. You can also save time by signing their waiver on the website in advance of arrival. Jump sessions start every half hour. But you can join one already in session, if desired. They have been running a Groupon, so check there to save some cash. During some sessions they'll turn off the lights and allow you to play under black lights. My daughters love that. Check the
Super fun place for the kids to play, recently took my daughter there for a birthday party and they had a blast. The unlimited game play card for an hour was only $15, you don't get tickets but totally worth it if you just want to play a bunch of games. I found like 3-4 broken arcade games but I told staff and they fixed all of them right away. They also have cosmic bingo and laser tag which I love!
Fun for all ages. I jumped along with my 5 year old and 1 year old ?? They have arcade games and mini golf also.
Great place for a kids birthday party. Lots of fun stuff for all ages of kids. Plenty of rooms available for rent, although the "party" part of it felt a little rushed. Food could have been a slight uptick better then frozen pizzas, but then again, it probably works best for most kids. Overall, the kids had a blast.
They were great! Staff was helpful. The kids had a great time doing laser tag, miniature golf, bowling, and arcade games. We used a groupon for my son?s birthday party. Bought pizzas through restaurant there.
Me and my children had an awesome experience. The facility is well maintained and clean compared to other facilities of its type. I had never been to this facility before and the staff was readily available to discuss packages and pricing that could best fit my needs. As a parent that is not able to jump on the trampolines, the park offered a layout that I was easily able to observe my children without participating. My son is already planning his own birthday party at Airmaxx. We will definitely be back!
FUN place for all ages. Attended a gathering here on a Saturday night. Was with a group of people ages 5 to 60 years old... everyone enjoyed themselves! Trampolines, games, mini golf, mini bowling, and laser tag!! The venue gets fairly busy but wasnt overly crowded. The staff was always pleasant and helpful! We had a great time and will definitely be back!
I had an (adult) birthday party here with 19 people, and it was absolutely fantastic. Everyone had a great time, the staff was amazing and took care of everything and I can't recommend it enough! There was a lot of communication throughout the entire process, and they were so flexible around everything. Special shout-out to Will and Angel- EXCELLENT customer service!
People are very knowledgeable and respectable. They watch your children closely while you relax in one of the most amazing massage chairs. Managers are very friendly. I would bring my kids again. They had a blast.
Amazing time for the whole family. Fairly priced for what you get! Unlimited Friday and Saturday Packages are great for kids! Plus parents can sit across the hall and watch the game and have a few drinks. Not to mention there is a Starbucks just outside! Trampolines are longer and give you the ability to do flips. Dodgeballs are smaller and easier to throw. Staff is wonderful and seem to enjoy working here!
My son and his friends have enjoyed many hours in this fun environment! The flat rate weekend nights with pizza and drinks were his favorite and he always looked forward to going! Highly recommend!
This is a great place if you have little kids as the trampolines are designed to not produce a lot of height to prevent injury. If you're a tumbler like I am this is not the best trampoline park for you. The foam pit is not filled to capacity so if you're flipping hard it's not really ideal. However the manager was nice and gave me a refund without hassle minutes after we decided it wasn't the right place for us!!
This was nothing but a big disappointment! Spent $80 (Groupon Rate $120 for normal rate) for 7 kids to play for an hour in the "Nexus" area. Laser Tag, mini golf, mini bowling & arcade games. You spend more time going back to the front desk to get a club, digging your stuck ball out of the pins, and listening to the directions for laser tag. No play time for the money spent! Then they closed early! Because of spring break they opened at 10 instead of 3:30 so they close at 6 instead of 8. Where would I get
It was super fun. Went with my Aunt and some siblings, only issue was the janky laser tag equipment and even then it was still just a great time. Was only here for an hour and only talked to two different employees. Both very polite.
Our group ranged in ages from 10 to 14. We had coupons and if we didn't it would not have been worth it at all. As far as value it is average. For the most part most of the staff were young kids and very polite. They are completely understaffed. We saw scuffles and kids playing very aggressively. Need to monitor kids behavior in the facility much better! When I reported two kids fighting with another (putting one in a headlock and the other punching him) they looked at the boys and walked away as one
Really a fun place for a kids party! Laser tag, trampoline area, and arcade games. Restaurant set up is kinda different...limited menu and seating not inside of kids area. Staff is not very knowledgeable about what they have,so do your own homework and check groupon. Frozen yogurt bar is great, but pricey ??
I have two boys 10 and 14 love to go to this park. They are past the age to want to go to the playground. As with most kids, they have a lot of energy to be spent, and they need to get off the electronics, so this is a perfect place to gets some good exercise. They come home and are too tired to fight with each. It's a big win for all of us!
Absolutely the best! As a dad who was put in charge of the planning I couldn't have pick a better place. From the planning to the cutting of the best cake Ive 'had in years. My son and his friends had a blast playing dodge ball and lazer tag, the staff took care of all of them and best of all no clean up for me! Thanks AirMaxx
Took my 2.5 and a 4.5 year olds here during toddler time. They had a ton of fun on the trampolines. We (the grownups) had a wonderful time as well. Place is clean; seems new. Can't comment on the arcades or laser-tag as they were off during toddler time.
I've brought my kids here several times, and they always have a lot of fun. We buy Groupons or take advantage of their deal days which make it really affordable and allow us to jump more often!
I had my sons bday party the staff was fine but what we got for the amount of money was terrible I would never go here again. Also I was told laser tag was included and it was not! Very disappointed the pizza was cardboard with cheese on it and undercooked!
Clean, staff were friendly and patient with my kiddos. Not much diversity in the trampolines. 4 courts, 3 the same, and one foam pit area. It wasn't super busy when we were there but when we had our turn in the "nexus" area I was a bit bummed by the lack of instruction on how to use the bowling alley for more than one player. Also because the arcade games are unlimited there is nothing stopping someone from playing the riding motorcycle game 4 times in a row... The laser tag was ok. They even let me 3 year
Terrible. They only have three different jumping rooms. One with balls (to throw), one with no balls, and one with styrofoam. The sales person messed up on the order. When I returned the manager wanted to charge me ala carte prices which was the whole reason i purchased the family pack. Then i told her i would be back, I mainly wanted to get the children so we could leave and be refunded for our unused services. The manager then came searching for me like a common criminal. Never coming back.
Wow! I went to a pay-it-yourself birthday party for an adult who loves lasertag. Over our two hours we played 6+ games. Only the first two were standard lasertag. The other games were all special: Juggernaut, zombies, capture the flag, and others. Wow! We also had fun playing arcade games. What a fun time! The group was 16+ adults. It was on a Saturday night from 5-7pm. There were only two times that the lasertag room was used by other groups (grade schoolers in groups).
My family had met my best friend and were vacationing in the Twin City area. We took the kids to AirMaxx, and this was a good way to spend an afternoon burning off some energy. It was a bit crowded, and there was a group of late tween/early teens that had a game of dodgeball going, and would not allow the younger kids to participate which was kind of a bummer. Not much staff around to offer assistance with issues. Otherwise, a good afternoon.
We traveled to the cities just for this for my 11 year old son's birthday. I also brought my 1 and 3 year old. I was very disappointed. They only had two tramp areas open one was packed and the other had gymnastic girls practicing. So my two little ones couldn't enjoy it. When I asked if they could open one for toddlers they said they couldn't and to go where the gymnastic girls are and when I said the girls wouldn't allow the little ones to go in there she did tell the girls to let the little kids to jump.
The place has good attractions , the staff is good, food was not so good, the vendor who provide food is not reliable. We booked our event on sunday and they told us that we can order additional food and drinks for adults and extra guest but on the event day the Food vendor was closed ! ! so our guests were disappointed so as we, couldn't order more pizzas.
If you are looking for a fun trampoline park for young kids and good customer service then look elsewhere. My 4 year old was bored. She is use to going to Rockin Jump in Eagan which we love and recommend. Airmaxx was small and didn't offer anything special for younger kids. Rockin jump offers obstacle courses and a little kid climbing area as well. The only reason we went here was because we received a gift card which they gave us a hassle when redeeming. This trampoline park is in a building with a l
My family had a great time. Plenty of time to bounce around. It's a little spendy for even 3 people, our package was about $60. We were bummed that adults can't jump in the ball pit too! We would visit again sometime.
We had a fun time but I thought the pricing structure to be a bit odd... we bought a "deal" on Groupon but they we could have jumped twice as long for 2 dollars more...found out once we arrived. Not really a deal. Also the rules, or lack thereof mean safety seems to fall to the side. The trampolines seemed divided into lanes so my son and I took one... little kids would jump into it and they'd get dangerously close to colliding. All could think was, "This is an accident waiting to happen." The only time saf
Purchased a groupon. 2 can jump for an hour for $18. You will pay tax charges at the Airmaxx front desk because groupon does not charge taxes. Either way it is not much. Airmaxx will not allow water bottles from home but they will not offer you any food or beverages at additional if you do not choose a package that includes those perks already. Next if you do get thirsty or hungry a restaurant next to Airmaxx is an option if you really need it. Water fountain was used plenty by my kids. All in all. Was a
We had a lousy experience with our 6 year old's birthday party there. We were given a party coordinator who's job was to coordinate the party, help wrangle the kids, and play games with them. This guy did none of those things. My wife and I had to do most of the wrangling and policing of the kids at the party. Even the other staff members who's job it was to police the trampoline areas were doing nothing but flirting with each other. There were supposed to be staff watching the foam pit area, and all they
This place is not nearly as clean or well run as other jump parks. It was very poorly staffed. "Coaches" were sitting on the floor talking and not watching children. The front desk staff was terrible as well. I will spend the extra few bucks and go to SkyZone from here on out. Should have stuck with them to begin with. Very disappointed. My kiddos left early upon their own wishes...yeah that has never happened at any other jump park!
Trampolines, Lazer tag, Glow-in-the-dark mini golf, dodgeball, and arcade. Basically any kid or teen will love it here. Been going here for years. Great for birthdays. Employees do a great job supervising and making sure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend.
My kids had a great time jumping and buring off energy. It was a Tuesday night towards the end of the school year so it was pretty empty. My kids love the foam jumping pit and had a great time on the tramps too. It does get a little spendy but games are half price on Thursdays.
Where to start...I purchased tickets online for my daughter's birthday party weeks in advance. An hour before we were supposed to be there someone from Airmaxx called and said I was only able to purchase tickets for that time due to a computer error as they had new summer hours. We had to find an alternative place for her party at the very last minute. *Thanks Zero Gravity!* I am still waiting for my refund. Go elsewhere!!!!!
Went on a Monday!! Awesome Food and very reasonable pricing!! Kids had a blast on Trampolines, mini golf and all the games. Such a cute little bowling alley.
They live up to they're name of trampoline park for sure and have a great laser tag arena that has a pretty lengthy game of about 10 minutes as well as a pretty big arcade. They also have a mini golf course that isn't really that good. I would definitely recommend this place for mainly for it's trampoline and laser tag arena.
Staff worked very hard and performed above our expectations. Safety was maintained, the schedule was followed, and the kids had a great time. Highly recommend for young kids birthday parties.
AirMaxx was very dirty. This place needs to be quarantined and cleaned ASAP. The staff checking us in was extremely slow, unorganized, and did not know pricing. Once inside the trampoline park things were ok at best besides how dirty the place was. Staff inside the park were rude and unwilling to help with anything. I would save your money and check out a different trampoline park around the area.
Trampoline not worth it. Not much for options. When it comes to the different kinds of trampoline fun. Zero gravity better than air maxxx and sky zone. Sorry. Just more fun things for the kids to do. More arcade games and other things at this place then trampoline.
Not worth the price for a 11 year old party with 9 others kids !!! $13 for a frozen pizza...Herded the kids too mini golf then Laser tag..Trampolines were so full the kids had trouble going on them..Party room is a joke. The COACH (kid running the party) had no clue of what too do...Was there with my kid long ago..now grandkids...never again
Fun for the kids if you get the half price deal on Groupon. Otherwise SkyZone and Rock and Jock have way more to do and a much more attentive staff. The dodgeball was monitored by a teenager whoctalked to his cowprker the whole time instead of managing the game. So people just stayed in the game even if they were tagged, not fun for the kids who actually want to play a game.
If your planning to come here for a birthday HOLD ON! Hope your not planning on bringing in a cake or cupcake for the kids. No food or drinks that isnt purchased in the building. Of course they dont sell cup cakes or anything so your not having it here. The reason I'm giving the 2 stars is because its clean and the trampolines are fun. I dont get how it's a place for kids but you cant even have a bday party .
I wish I could give this place zero stars!!! First, it's the smallest trampoline park I've ever SEEN! Second, children over 15 and adults are not permitted in the extremely tiny foam pit. So, if you have a teenager all they can do is jump. No obstacles or sports areas. Furthermore, it's very difficult for toddlers to maneuver the pit but parents can't jump with them. Third, it's be great if they enforced some type of dress code! Adrianna should not be permitted to work in a child centric environment wearing
Bad trampoline quality. You feel as if you are packed in like sardines when you jump. The foam pit when you jump in real release a cloud of dust that gets in your mouth and eyes which sucks for the next 10 mins. Other then that the staff are chill. The pizza is mediocre (they used to have papa johns now they make it, it's not that good) the beverage you get comes in the smallest cup so you get near to none. To be honest check out sky zone. It has a basketball hoop and much more jump space. Although no laser
We signed up our kids 11 and 13 for a monthly pass and they can't stop talking about how great it is!!! This is going to give them a lot of fun over the summer months and get them away from screen time.
Kids (8-12) have a great time. $ can add up if doing video games, etc. so it's best to set some expectations ahead of time. I like having the restaurant right next door.
Nice clean place, but the reason for the 3 stars, is because I bought a game card and spent more to get the bonus credits but the bonus credits only work for games that don't give tickets. It didn't say anything about that when I bought it.
This place is great! I actually took my husband and we don't even have kids! What a great way to have our inner child come out!! It was a blast:-)
I decided to take my children and niece to AirMaxx. Everything was good until I noticed my daughters shoes were missing. I do not hold AirMaxx responsible however, when we confronted the manager he was not very understanding. When I presented some ideas regarding lost shoes and how to prevent loosing them, he immediately shut down my ideas. When I asked if he would apologize for being unable to find the missing shoes, he stated in a very immature manner that he had when he clearly has not. In conclusion I w
Good price. Clean place. Staff is very young, but kind. I enjoy taking my kids here to get some energy out quickly. We go often.
Mini golf was cheesy. Laser tag was fun. Overall, a Fun place to kill a couple of hours for adults. Over priced so use groupons and 30mins is enough time on the trampoline!
I really dig the swim lanes. My daughter had a great time and said she liked it better than SkyZone. I told her that I liked SkyZone better tthough. I found it pretty difficult to jump between lanes! The padding is pretty dense and rather wide between the lanes. When you try and jump over the padded divider and dont make it to the other side (remember it's wide!) The landing is kind of abrupt and doesn't feel great.
Need your kids to sleep like little rocks? Bring 'em here and they'll bounce themselves to exhaustion! 4 stars for making me feel old and broken, but man those kids were wiped out and I got peace and quiet I haven't known for years.
This is a great place to take the whole family. Kids love the jumping, laser tag and arcade games. Meanwhile, adults can grab a drink at the restaurant right next to Airmaxx in the same building.
Good and safe jumping place. I was not very happy when the GROUPON deals were cut , where the 1-hr jump was reduced to 1/2 hour and one-time.use!!! Airmaxx should look into an annual membership (Single or Household) much like SkyZone offers - This ala-carte pricing and lack of good GROUPON deals will likely turn a lot of existing customers away
My twin girls love this place. They celebrated their birthday here last year with few friends. We even got a free coupon for one person.
The manager is extremely nice and so are the staff, I had a problem with my party and he fixed it and made it enjoyable for my baby girls experience. Will definitely be coming back.
My kids have so much fun every time we go. The staff is very interactive and make sure everyone has fun!
Kids were bored with the trampolines after 15 minutes not many trampolines. Menu is hard to understand but you are paying separate fees for each thing you do. Should have 1 fee for all activities.
Loved the variety of attractions here! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend for kids and adults of all ages!
If you are looking for a trampoline park, go to SkyZone, if you are looking for an arcade, go to Chuck E. Cheese's, if you are looking for laser tag, go to Brunswick, but this is not the place for it. Under staffed, over priced (skyzone is cheaper), small (1/4 the size of skyzone), and dodgeball is not operated, dodgeballs just sit there.
My kids always have a blast here. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant in the building has good food.
A little pricey but the kids love it. It's great exercise for them. Nice selection of games outside the trampoline area.
We all had a great time then went next door and had some great pizza. Didn't think I would like the Trampoline park but it was a lot of fun.
My kids and I loved the freedom to jump and enjoyed ourselves greatly. It's great excercise and a super celebrate Birthday's or to go on a group outing.
Quite fun for an adult despite so many little kids running around. I hopped in on some dodgeball and had a blast. You can get quite a good workout in as well.
Very pricy for what it is. Odd layout and the arcade is pretty lame. Just go to Dave and Busters if you want a good arcade experience.
My son attended a birthday party here and had a great time. The staff was very attentive and the party ran really smoothly.
We are at AirMaxx every Friday night and we have a blast. The staff are always so nice and helpful to us. Especially manager Tanja. Thank you Airmaxx!
We used the Groupon package deal which is a very good value. The facility is clean and well run and my kids love going there.
Much smaller than expected, not a great place for teenagers since there is a limited amount of stuff to do. If I did not purchase a Groupon I would not have gone or paid their price.
Great guest service! Fun place for the kids and was not too crazy busy for us on Friday night at 7:15.
Very fun lots to do. I was so lost cuz I had no clue the place was inside the building ?? glad I found it my kids and I had a blast. ??
It was a great day to just play and unwind at end of the week. The prices were great and customer service was awesome...which I would gladly go again!
Bringing middle school students on a field trip to a music festival and then finishing the day at Air Maxx was an excellent choice!! The students really enjoyed it!!!
We had a birthday party for our 8 year old at Airmaxx. The party host was terrible and the cost was way overpriced. We won't be going back.
This is a very fun place that provides great entertainment and food for kids and teens you can also book birthday parties and do special events for groups
Great place for all ages! My children and their friends always have a fun memorable time.
10/10 Trampoline park! Jade is always right in there and makes our stay enjoyable! Would recommend to all ages!!
I planned my son?s birthday party there and they made sure I didn't need anything. The party planning was less stressful.
By far one of my favorite places to bring friends and family. It is a safe and fun environment for all ages.
Super fun place for kids of all ages. Prices are appropriate for activities offered. Great rainy day option.
I recently had a birthday party at Airmaxx. The staff was so helpful! What I expected to be a stressful day turned out enjoyable!
Super nice person checked us in!The kids had a lot of fun!We like the Edina location and we will be back!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
