Adventure Park

Adventure Park

Reviews Summary

Adventure Park offers a mix of fun experiences, especially for families, with highlights like go-karts, bumper boats, and the indoor ninja zone. Many praise the friendly staff and enjoyable activities, though some note inconsistencies—attractions may be closed on weekdays, and policies (like pass restrictions or birthday party hosting) can frustrate. While most reviews are positive (5-star), a few 1-star complaints cite poor management, high costs, or unmet expectations. Mini-golf and some outdoor activities could use updates. Overall, it’s a popular spot for kids, but quality varies depending on timing and staff interactions.

We had my granddaughter?s 7th birthday party here. All of her friends and their parents had a lot of fun. It was cold and misty outside but that didn't stop anyone. We even received complimentary laser maze passes due to the weather. No outside food or drinks are allowed except for cake. Rooms are small. Staff were very friendly ESPECIALLY THE SECURITY GUY!! We loved him. I haven't ever been here before but we will definitely be back. Note to self.. Make sure you open presents and eat cake first because the

Took Kids for Spring Break! Staff was all very friendly and helpful! Kids loved go karts and bumper boars but the mini golf is mainly just greens and the hole. Could use a little updating to make it fun for kids. (They said it was boring) Kids loved the indoor ninja zone. They were disappointed that the climbing things outside weren't open too. (Apparently it's only a weekend thing??) still a pretty fun time for all!

Took my daughter and a friend from out of town with his grandmother -- had the best time! Fun for kids and adults alike. The food was great (we had pizza and wings). The mini golf was fun, ninja zone was excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. Was the highlight of the little boy's trip for sure!

We had a blast for my daughter?s 7th birthday party! The girl that got us set up in our room was wonderful! In fact all of the staff was wonderful. The kids will be talking about this for a long time! My kids are both already planning their birthdays for next year there! ??

Super fun place! Came for 2 hours but could have stayed way longer if we didn't have somewhere to be. We'll do the all day pass next time so we can take advantage of all the options. *Note* The ropes course is only open on Saturdays and they're short staffed, so some of the options/activities weren't available.

Such a blast! ?? There are many activities to fill the 2 hours! Epic tower with rope bridges is great to conquer your fear of heights. There are water bumper boats with squirters, two mini golf courses, go karts, a rock climbing wall, a rope climbing wall, arcade games inside and a ninja area that's more deceivingly difficult than the pictures make it out to be. Bring a friend and a sun hat! They sell food and snacks inside and have recycle containers outside. Maintained very well! They have one and two hou

My daughter, my six year old granddaughter and I attended the tea party this month. We really enjoyed it. The room was nicely decorated and there was an area for photos. We had cute teacups to drink from and the desserts were good! I hope they offer this next year so we can dress up and enjoy tea time!

What an amazing fun place for kiddos and family!!! I love the environment and the feel of the atmosphere! We are from Amarillo and? We took a trip for my son?s birthday and our kiddos favorite was the go-karts! I love the staff because they allow us to have fun and they encourage the fun even more! Such a fun place to get away!!

Amazing staff, Awsome environment, great food, pizza is A+, my son had a blast on the go karts, his favorite!

Had a really good time here. I am old school and prefer to pay cash and the owner was so very nice and worked with me to get me and my family in, since they prefer to use card only. We will certainly be back, great customer service all around. To top it off they give a really good Veterans Discount. Thank you Adventure Park for a really fun time!

Dinner with Santa was a hit !!! We enjoyed the train ride , and making s?mores!!!! Plus we stayed and played games ! A great time was had and we are ready for Christmas !!!!

Clean and fun for all ages! We did a 16th birthday party there without pre scheduling since teens are horrible about RSVP'ING, we didn't know who would show. Since we weren't in a party room, they wouldn't allow us to bring our cupcakes or gifts in to the facility. We were also now unable to purchase a pitcher of soda either. Instead we were charged $3 per bottled/ un-refillable beverage and didn't see a drinking fountain anywhere. We watched them deny someone bringing in a baby bottle with a bottled water

I went as part of ELAH group (non-profit) who won 2 hours free at the park. I had a good time. I even got to sit on Santa's lap.

I recently visited Adventure Park and had an absolutely amazing time! From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was joyous, filled with excitement and smiles. The rides were incredible?thrilling, fun, and perfectly suited for all ages. I especially loved the Adventure Towers, which provided such a unique experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt welcome especially staff members Dedric and Joel. The park was incredibly clean, and the food was so amazing. I'm excited to r

We celebrated our staff by booking a couple of hours here and it was perfect! The Adventure Park team was very helpful in getting us checked in and really made our experience the best it could be. We would highly recommend this place for large group celebrations. Great job and thanks!

We went to "Dinner with Santa" and added ice skating to our plans. Oh my goodness, we had a fantastic time from the moment we entered the park! Kevin was helpful, staff at the cafe made our order smooth and easy. We had fun interacting with Santa and the Grinch, and riding the train was awesome. The beautiful views and all the lights throughout the park created a magical atmosphere. On top of that, Ice skating was a wonderful experience in West Texas! We truly enjoyed the festive ambiance.

Our 8th grade class trip was an excellent experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming and took care to ensure our kids had a great time. I appreciate the ease of planning, booking, and having a school event there.

Love this place! So much to do! The arcade is super reasonable ?? and the outdoor bar is so chill ?? I could have stayed all day! Update. STILL THE BEST HANGOUT! So fun!!!

This way such a fun place to go for my girlfriend's birthday. It's around Valentine's Day and in small talk we mentioned that it was for her birthday. The owners gave her a single rose and a lock for us to sign and put on their fence. The new Karts were FAST. Be careful and go at your pace, we had the track to ourselves and had a blast. The arcade was really fun too. Spent about $200 and have great memories of her birthday that we'll have forever. We'll be back more than once!

We attended for my sons 7th birthday, while the children were entertained with "all the things" once dropped off in our party room, there was no more attention from the staff (other than dropping off the pizza we ordered). Felt unattended to, no checks for anything we may need (i.e., extra wrist bands for extra children) in fact, I had to step away from the party room, stand in a long line to purchase extra bands for the extra kids delay time to sing happy birthday and open presents. No apologies from the

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. If you let them know it's your birthday they really do make you feel special! We were greeted by very kind and amazing employees who made the go kart experience fun and comfortable! The arcade was also exciting and we both had a great time!

Great place to take the family. We went on a Monday afternoon and didn't have to wait for any rides. The staff were also super nice and helpful.

Mini golf is a lazy afterthought, nothing is open except weekends but they'll charge you full price ($40+ per person dead minimum)regardless, collect an dd amount of personal data, people don't manage their kids. Not a place for adults, it won't be a good date. Probably don't take the kids here either. What little staff they had was nice enough though.

This is a great place for family fun! We spent most of the time playing putt putt golf and a good time on the go carts. The boys got on the jungle gym and tried the rock wall. There was overcast so it helped with the hot sun. The buckets of beer were a good price and were nice and cold.

My family and i love going to adventure park for the events they hold or just to go let the kids burn some energy and we've never had a problem there before until we went yesterday on Easter of all days and had the worst experience ever in the many times we've gone there. The lady who i assume is a manager wearing a grey and purple collard shirt was so disrespectful to me when i had told her that we were sent to the wrong age group for the Easter hunt, because my child is under 5 and she got one single egg

We had an amazing time the food choices are limited, but the pizza was delicious! It's a must-try, the nachos we're great as well and we enjoyed the games. The experience was awesome! So glad they brought the mini golf course back, along with the bumper boats and go carts. The netted playground in the center is pretty incredible! This is definitely a great place to bring your family!

Today was my first time going, and I'm going to give my honest opinion. As far as the park itself, it was nice and fun, it was pretty clean for thr most part the water boats were a bit dirty from previous rain, a nice spraying would do justice. The indoor arcade is nice, the Go-Karts were fun, a bit of a wait, but need to make sure no one is allowed to cut in line, it was some teens that cut in front of us to be with one of their mother and it kicked us back hafting to wait 2 more races, should put a sign

What an amazing place in Lubbock! We had fun all day! It was great and there are many things to do ... Best arcade ... Really cool miniature golf and climbing center. The go carts where super fun ... Same track that's always been there ( if your familiar with putt putt ... Great atmosphere !!

Food was awesome. Pepperoni Pizza was on point! Enjoyed the atmosphere and the safety for everyone was perfect. Definitely recommend for a day/evening of good food and family fun!

Thanks SO MUCH to the Adventure Park team for helping Brandon & Clark celebrate their 75th Anniversay on April 1st! The B&C family had a great time will all the activities. They pretty much let us have the run of the park. The food was great, the attractions were plentiful, and the customer service was top notch. We had a group of about 200 people and the park was more than enough for our family. We look forward to our next gathering with Adventure Park!!

11 yo boy had a great time. 2 adults kept up pretty good in 105 degree temperature. Recommend.

Staff was friendly and patient with the youngest of our group. Thankful they helped make the day fun! Facilities were clean and well-maintained. Nice variety of activities

We purchased 5 passes through Groupon for Adventure Park. The first time we tried to use the passes, a representative said it was not within the dates honored and we would have to come back at a later date. The second time we tried to use the passes, just before the passes expired, a representative for Adventure Park said they were not honoring the Groupon passes and we would have to go through Groupon to try and get a refund. We were told that they would try and do something with Groupon again in June,

I had my son?s 7th birthday over at Adventure Park this past weekend and WE had a blast! Even the adults had fun. The atmosphere was fun and inviting and the staff were incredible. It was very clean and the amount of games indoors was great! The kids loved the ninja zone and basically spent the entire time there! The rooms were a good size and clean and it was great having a window to look outside. It's too bad the weather was rainy and cold and I know the Adventure Towers would?ve been a blast as well. I 1

Adventure Park is a must visit when coming to Lubbock. A place where kids won't notice time pass by so quickly and would still not want to go home after hours of playing here. Favorite part is the go kart and mini golf game! I can see myself coming back here per kiddos request by Summer time. Water and food not allowed as you must purchase them inside.

This place was awesome! We went on a Wednesday during the day, when school was in session. There was no one here and it was nice to have the place to yourself. The Go Carts are Fast. The Bumper Boats were are personal favorite. The views from the Towers were stunning it was great to see a town that you love from such great heights also it was fun and challenging with the many different bridges. Mini Golf was good. I would encourage the team to add a few more challenges to the corse in due time for example m

My 7 yo and myself had an awesome time ..Lots to do Great place for kids definitely worth trying

We had our company 75th anniversary event here for around 200 people, and everyone had an absolute BLAST! Kai and Cindy helped us plan everything and were extremely accommodating to our questions and concerns as this was a huge deal for the company. The highlight for me was Kadyn, the on site manager for our event. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, immediately introduced himself to us, and completely put our minds at ease about running the event that night. He went above and beyond to make our night special t

This place is amazing so far, with activities for everyone. We purchased tickets for the pre-opening and honestly it was really nice it was to over crowded. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. Maybe, it just because they are new or they are doing a really good keeping up with their cleaning duties. We ordered food from their small cafe. My kids had gotten the nachos and they did not like them what so ever. The other foods we had gotten were the spicy wings, hot dogs and fries and they were absolutel

Okay well at least after reading the reviews I'm not the only one. My daughter's club had an event here involving "ice skating". It was horrible, I am actually a pretty decent skater in fact I used to spend time on the ice with the cotton kings hockey team when they were here. With that being said. Their postage stamp rink is PLASTIC (to the owner: don't give me the synthetic ice crap that you give others because I know synthetic ice.) not to mention no where do they advertise or mention "synthetic" it's wh

It was expensive, crowded, mini-golf was in bad shape, wait times too long, food overpriced, it for us was a waist of $200. We only played mini-golf before our alotted time of 2 hours ran out. If we are ever in Lubbock, TX, again, we won't be going here.

Do not waste your $ on a birthday party here! $350 for 10 kids and if more kids show they charge you full price ($33) per extra kid. You have NO host so you can't enjoy watching your kids birthday party because you are running back and forth purchasing extra bands, sodas, etc because they literally do nothing for you. They do nothing special for the birthday kid, at least at main event they do so many extras for the birthday kid (like go out of their way for the bday kid) and give you a full time host so yo

Paid $1 for a tiny cup of ranch, the mozzarella sticks only had 5 and for the price they are they should?ve been more, the cheese fries super tiny and didn't have much cheese, pizza was burnt and to be honest it was not as good.. I wouldn't recommend this place, won't bring my kids over again!!!!!!

We were in Lubbock for a cheer comp, and wanted to do something fun with the kids. This place was so cute and the Christmas package was awesome for the price. One staff member in particular made the evening much sweeter, Kevin at the ice rink. Thank you for your kind heart and patience! My kids had a great time. So did we!

My father in law took my step kids here TWICE this summer! The kids absolutely loved it the first time, so the whole family went the second time. Adventure Park has no end to the fun things your family can do, be it wall/rock climbing, zip lining, go-karts or just watching your friends and family have fun. Ticket prices are decent (they have certain days where they discount - check their website!) and the staff is awesome. We look forward to going again in the very near future!

Made our first road trip out of DFW after lockdown and chose to stop in Lubbock because, why not? When looking for something for our kids to do, we found Adventure Park was open and decided to give it a try. 7 hours later (!!) we all agree we'll gladly make the trip again to spend another day or two at this small but fun park. Indoors activities: arcade and laser maze (not re-opened yet due to ongoing COVID restrictions), climbing wall, VR game, and spinning bumper cars. Snack bar had great selection of ve

Dedrick was extremely friendly and helpful! He showed us all of the daily deals and was super informed with all the activities! Definitely was the best front desk experience I've ever had!

Edit* I'm giving it another star bc the party manager Anne did reach out to try and make it right. Though it's not the same as having family and friends able to come, he is able to spend a weekend having fun with a few friends. They offered him go cart ride and laser tag, that has a time limit on it to use, it was a very nice gesture to do. We had my son?s birthday party there with his friends yesterday (Sat the 24th ) we have been to adventure park before this and had a blast as a family. So I figured he

The kids enjoyed their time here, HOWEVER, they DON?T accept CASH. that's a deal breaker for me. US currency should be accepted everywhere. I won't support a cashless business.

We had a great time. Took our 4 year old and she was able to do most of the activities. Her favorites were the Bumper Boats and the Go Karts. Spent five hours to make sure we got our monies worth. Our little girl already wants to go back.

Fun! Literally spent the entire day at the adventure park going from one thing to another. I wouldn't definitely recommend a trip here.

Every vehicle you can possibly need parts from and the staff is bright and friendly and very helpful. The notification service is the best... sign up today!!!

We just left the adventure park and - like always - we are SO impressed. The staff is so kind and especially the patient guy working behind the prize counter. The arcade area is always so clean and spotless. I like the size with small children - easy to keep eyes on them. Music is kid appropriate and just the entire facility is very well run. Very happy to have this spot in lubbock for a fun time with kids

We had a great time riding Go-Karts, doing the water boats, and climbing the tower. We had to wait in line but it wasn't too long of a wait.

Very nice place Outside playground in back in the woods on a trail ?? Swan boat with peddle boats on a big pond Gold panning Zip lines Lots of play outside

It is a good amusement park to come with children, excellent attention from the staff here, just one detail and that is that on weekdays there are attractions that are closed and charge the same price as if they were all working as is the case. of the weekends.

This is a great place to take family. The game room is small but they have some really cool other attractions. The game are fairly cheap to play. Most of what I saw was $0.50 - $1.00 and there were some that were $2.00. Overall I would go back just for the other attractions other than the gameroom.

Brought the kids for some fun. Zipline is only open on Saturdays weather permitting. The Lazer maze is real small. The arcade games area is also small. They have two mini golf areas. The rockwall climb is a challenge as well as the rope climbing. The water buggies are fun with the family shooting water at each other. And the go-karts are also fun.

Great place for kids and family fun! The only slight problem I had was one of the employees seemed a bit irritated at everyone and just ruined the experience but other than her it was great

Go karts and rock climbing were our favorites. Can't give 5 stars because the nature trail want a solid trail. We did go in the winter

Went for a special event put on by Adventure Park. Was met at the door with rude comments from the owner. During the event, was moved to a corner behind the rest of the crowd because the owner did not like the flow of where we were sitting. Throughout the event multiple rude comments were made by the owner and it almost felt as though we were a bother. The event had to rely on support staff, which thank goodness were wonderful and understanding. They accomidated guest and were helpful all while managin

Such a great little adventure park. Excitement can be found from driving bumper boats with water cannons or racing go-carts with some tight hairpin turns to a choice of two miniature golf courses set to test your skills level. There's also a three-story wooden tower ropes course, nature trail, and a zip line adventure on site. The indoors arena hosts a small rock wall and a ninja obstacle course with a large foam pit. Several arcades of varying skill line the inside from skee-ball up to a full-body immersiv

Great people worked hand in hand with Mercedes-Benz of Lubbock to help us have a great team event! Highly recommended!

All day pass was great so the kids can ride and play as they wanted. Love the outdoor covered area. Nice for adults to sit. Very clean park and restrooms. Definitely will be back!!

Not a fan of the games, but we loved racing the go karts and boats.

We had a great time rode the go-carts and did rope climbing sure was an adventure even for the oldies but goodies crowd

Took my daughter and a friend to the park a couple days ago, it was so much fun! Every employee made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to make it a great experience. Even got to meet the owners! They have a nice dog friendly walking trail. They have a great playground for the little on the walking trail. They have team building ropes courses, a zip line a climbing tower, go karts, water boats, golf, a bar, games, a ninja training zone? and so much more! Get here! I think I am going to buy the s

Had my daughter?s 17th birthday party last Saturday and we had an awesome time. She really loves the go karts of course lol. Everybody was super nice and willing to help with our questions. Did the 2 hour wristbands and had a blast. Only thing we wished were open was the zip-lines. Other than that we had an awesome time and now planning on returning for the 50mph go karts

We had a blast! It wasn't very crowded today. We have a differently abled daughter, and everyone was very nice and patient with her. Enjoyed the music also.

It's a fun place for the whole family. Lots of attractions, putt putt, gokarts, bumper boats, rock wall and many more things.

This used to be a fun and worth the money afternoon fun place but now it's time limited and half the items are not open like the rope climb or the crew is working on a car so you stand in line 30+ minutes to get to ride the race cars. I never complained or had an issue when it was a price for the day and go but when staff reasons burn your time and a parent who pays the bill has to pay a spectator charge it's not right. We use to play some and eat at the pizza bar and play more now just play and go becau

We went this past Friday and had a decent time. There was a chubby 40ish yrs old Hispanic lady with a snooty attitude that killed our vibe. She's probably a manager. God I hope not? We lost $15 on the crane games. ? The machine acknowledged payment but would not respond? We reported to the front counter and they said they can't do anything about it. only the arcade games can be refunded. SMH?.really guys? Up on the tower some of those boards were damaged. nuts and bolts need to be retightened up. It did no

We have been so blessed to be able to have our monthly meetings at Adventure Park Lubbock. The staff is amazing, the meeting room is outstanding, and the food is amazing as well. Being a non-profit organization has enabled us to be part of the special events as well. Thank you Adventure Park!!!!!

We had a great time at adventure park. The wait time for the speed way (carts) is long. The ride last about 10 minutes. Overall, it's a nice place to take the family. Check their website for sales/specials. Pay in advance and sign waiver.

It's dangerous! They don't have staff watching the people playing. Edited: Let me explain further since the owner replied incorrectly that they have staff at every attraction. My daughter was on the Ninja Course (that in the past has had an attendant and in fact, did not on the day the incident occurred). She was doing the zip line and was literally HUNG from the rope on which she was swinging from. They have every attraction so shut down that I could not (as a general admissions wrist band holder) get into

We had a wonderful visit during Spring Break! Our epileptic son (age 11) climbed the tower to the top, played 1 of the 2 mini golf games, rode with me in the go carts twice, and drove a boat by himself! We had an amazing time and the staff were incredibly friendly. We spent $122 for the 3 2-hour fun passes online! It was exactly what we needed!

Myself and my family went to Adventure Park this past Thursday. We had a 2 hour Fun Pass, what a perfect day. We were able to do Go-karts, Bumper Boats, and Rope Course outside, then inside Games and Food with Drinks. A Great place to take the Family, any day of the Week. The Employees were very polite and ready to help with anything.

Lots of fun on the Go Carts but pricey.

It was a great time my grandson turn 3 today wasn't sure if it fit his age or not but it did great time employees Where very friendly..

My family and I recently visited Grandparents in Lubbock and they took us to Lubbock Adventure Park. We have four kids, ages 9,7,6, and 4 and there was something for all of them to enjoy! We all rode the go karts multiple times and my kids had a blast spraying each other in the bumper boats. There's also a maze of ropes/bridges with a full 360 view of Lubbock if you go all the way to the top! The mini golf was a great way to end the visit off, but there also is an arcade inside for those who need to coo

Had a great time, golf was fun, carts were ok, some were a bit slower than others!

This is the best place to take your family and have a great time and feel safe. Loved it ??

This is an awesome place to take your kiddos! I was extremely pleased with the pricing and how affordable it was for five people! Great food, drinks, and fun for all ages!

We used to love this place but when we went to use the free Ninja zone passes from the library, they wouldn't accept more than one pass per family, unlike previous years. We had to pay for the other kids (even though they had earned their own individual passes from the summer reading program) for us to use a pass. They said we could come back another time to use the other passes individually?but no thanks ($$$). Very poor communication and zero advertising about the change in policy.

STUPID expensive. They advertise "ice skating" but it's a tiny patch of white plastic! False advertisement! They also make you pay $5 on top of the activity fee for rental skates. If I could put no stars I would. Shameful.

Awful experience. I paid full price to enjoy all of the attractions and after I paid and got there, half of the rides and attractions were closed. When I asked if I could be compensated some of the price or full refund all they said was no refunds. I came all the way from Denver to see my in-laws and wasted $150. But we went to Main Event after and it was great

Faith was working the prizes booth and then the Ninja Zone. She was so sweet, friendly, encouraging, and helpful to all the kids, including this big kid!! She encouraged me go for it and jump in the foam pit. I survived! Lol!

I would like to say, me and my family, had booked a "fun" time here, and I say it's the worst experience I have had in a long time. I paid full price online for $200 for only two hours of everything. Just to find out half of every attraction was closed, on top of that the managers were rude did not want to refund us or explain to us why we couldn't get out money back, on top of that when you bust your butt over 90 hours a week just to give your family a enjoyed experience, it's heat breaking I will not com

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?
