We purchased a Groupon and the staff worked with us for a last minute booking. Our son celebrated his birthday with Gel Blasters and VR escape room. Teenage boy in Heaven. Being in an old mill added to the ambience and the staff took care of us during our entire time there. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience. As a person accustomed to cheaters, bad staff, and cranky players, I was impressed to see that wasn't an issue here. This was the first time i a while I had some genuine fun with airsoft. Staff was attentive and friendly (and sometimes funny, Ella) and players were amazing to shoot alongside. Game modes were unique and exiting. (also playing in the dark is awesome!) Will be coming back, and you gained a returning customer!

Took my kids to do gel blasters at advanced action sports. Reasonable pricing and great place! We had a blast playing for 3 hours! It's a huge arena to play in and the gel blasters are a great safe alternative for younger kids, mine are 10 and 12. Minimum age is 8 I believe. Will absolutely return to play again. Super friendly staff both over the phone and in person. Have been twice for the VR experience. First one was Ninjas, very interactive, good amount and degree of challenges for first timers while also allowing each of us to be involved in the solutions and for our team to solve each level. Second experience was Space Station, - the simulation was appealing. Unfortunately had so many interruptions to the experience due to glitches with equipment, and in the end staff credited our experience.

I've been there a couple times for the VR experience and it's awesome. Either with friends or kids, it was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The VR escape room and arcade are immersive and entertaining. Looking forward to going back again soon. If you haven't tried it, go for it, you won't be disappointed.

I've been going to this place for the last year or so and the refs are extremely fun and nice. my first time here i didnt know what would happen but it ended up to be a great time abd ive been here multiply times for both parties and public games. i?m pretty sure this one ref doesnt like me but the place is still really fun and i would definitely recommend coming here.

I've been coming here almost every weekend for a few months and I have to say it's been such a great experience. Most of the players that come through are great, there's rarely issue. The staff is super friendly and helpful, Issac and Ray are always such a help with any issues and questions, they'll help with any gun problems or malfunctions, or answer any questions you have about the guns and accessories on display. We went with a group of 5 on a Friday night recently and played a ?Friday the 13th? type game mode in the spirit of Halloween. The staff member who played Jason was so enthusiastic and excited about everything it was contagious. He made the entire night fun for everyone there, even though it was a smaller group of players. We attended a Gel Blaster party here. I will start with the positives; the kids had a blast and really enjoyed the gel blasters. We were a private party which allowed us a private room and only our group in the arena for gel blasters. Things that need improving: 1. The room was very crowded and not enough chairs for everyone in our party which lead to a bunch of people milling around outside the room away from the party. I've been going to the cqb building in west Warwick and my experience has been amazing the staff are amazing and very helpful and make me want to come back. They're always asking if you're having fun and checking on their players. I really wanna point out the manager Isaac he's helped me a lot with getting into the sport, picking guns and face protection and overall a huge help I could come there just to say what's up to him definitely a big part in me purchasing a membership along with the great community.

We brought a group of adults & teenagers and had a blast. I thought I was only going to watch, but I got talked into playing and I'm so glad I did. I can wait to go back and try all the rest of the VR escape rooms. The ones we did were entertaining & challenging, but there's about 10 more. What a fun, safe place to bring the family (and all their friends)!

For what it's worth, I reached out to the owner right after the disaster of an event I hosted in West Warwick. And two days later, I haven't been contacted by the owner, John. Planned a group event for 15 kids and the owner suggested doing a private group party, which was $500. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early so the kids could be briefed and start promptly at 12:30. We ended up having 13 players. While we waited for the kids to have their first round start, I was handed the menu for Famous Pizza.

Came for a 1:30pm nerf bday party today in west Warwick. It was the most disorganized party I've ever been to and feel terrible for the hosts. Isiah behind the counter was inattentive and clueless. The ?referee? was on his phone when a couple of us parents went out into the arena to check on the kids. Never again.

I've been playing here since it opened and I have to say I love the simple field layout, the staff are usually great, and the pricing is awesome compared to other fields I've played at. My only complaint has always been the copious amounts of friendly fire. The neon armbands they have don't really do a great job at helping players identify themselves to their team when most games are played in low light conditions. Had an absolute blast here. I was a first time player and from the moment I got into the parking lot the other people were so kind and welcoming. really not the place for expirenced players. you can't shoot people more then once without getting yelled at. the owner is very strange and try?s to boast and intimidate players, he said he would call the cops and press charges if we kept ?overshooting? people. he was rude and shouldn't be running an airsoft feild. the other employees were great and were just doing their jobs so i can't be mad for anything they did. not a great setup for indoor but it's all they have to work with so it's whatevea. final tho

I always have a great time coming here. The staff is very helpful, fun, fair, and friendly. The field is great it has some great cqb portions and room for long range engagements aswell. Lastly the community of people I always run into here is terrific just a truly family friendly + fun environment every time.

Didn't know this place even existed until this weekend. What a gem! There is literally so much here to keep any group entertained, literally for hours. This was my first time here, and it is great! Everyone here was super nice and one guy in particular (I forget his name) was amazing and fixed my gun stock for free! The price here is cheap compared to other places. ~25 bucks for a full day compared to 30 bucks for 4 hours. Everything in the store is also a good price. I went on the opening day and had a great experience. Owners are great, make sure that you are having a great time. They are also always open to hear people's opinions on things at the field that could be changed. The gun selection that they have is good for all types of players. I went here for my first ever airsoft match and the place had some newer players, some milsim players, and some experienced casual players, but not a single one was toxic. They all called there shots and played incredibly honorably and for fun. The owners are extremely nice and care genuinly for the community of there players and not just for money, and they constantly talk to and joke with the players. The prices are also incredibly good for gear and the unlimited playing pass and I can't wait to go again.

We did the VR escape room for Father's Day and it was awesome. We had monsters, flaming arrows, puzzles; waaaaayyyy better than a traditional escape room. This place may become a regular pit stop for the family on road trips.

Just had my first private party airsoft event at this location. It was an absolute blast. I purchased the gold airsoft private package. 2.5 hours of private gameplay. All gear included, Gun and mask. I had 15 guys show up and it was action packed!!! Love this field layout Good size and lots of routes to run and the rental guns ran perfectly fine. As for the staff, I love these guys. They are all extremely knowledgeable and very friendly to all. Any questions or concerns they are right there to help you.

Attended the opening day January 1st and I must say I enjoyed it a lot. Good vibe, good location, zero drama. The design of the field could use a couple changes but other than that an around great days out with the boys. I will definitely be going again soon

Friendly staff (Jack?s a baller) and perfect field layout. Only indoor field I've been to with an option for up close engagements and long range shootouts. Joule requirements are low enough to allow point blank shots so no cringe safety kills needed. Players are friendly and mixed variety of skill and playstyle to keep things interesting. Good field.

Advanced Action Sports has two locations. One in Webster MA, and this new one in West Warwick RI. It is a large, dynamic playing field that is very balanced. That is unusual for indoor fields, because they are restricted by four walls. But this facility has it all. A fully stocked retail store, a large staging area with party rooms and function space, and of course an massive indoor playing field. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed!

Drove 2 hours to play SuperBowl Sunday, and had an absolutely amazing experience! Field staff are super nice and Ian is great to talk to. The Field itself is solid and plays out really well for the games. Got a little carried away running due to how much fun I had and smashed my knee; soon as it heals I want to go back with more friends. I highly recommend playing airsoft here for good cqb. Map is terrible way to open and is only corners for the most part there's like 4 windows in the entire map. Safety video is way to long and they have way too many rules. They banned a certain type of shotgun because a sprinkler broke. BattlegroundZ on a Wednesday is better than this and having to pay extra for air is ridiculous. My 12yr old son went to play. His gun was broke. He sat for 2 hours watching his friends play. Ian was so helpful. He tried to fix his gun. He even assisted with the call to the place he bought his gun, to tell them what part was needed. He then got my son a gun from his new stock and let him borrow it. He was so happy he could finally play with his friends.

Worst refs by far. Banned for life after 3 games for no reason that the refs could provide. I have all my footage but no one cared to watch it or hear our side. If you aren't a regular there (idk why you would be) you will get harassed by refs. L field, L refs, L refs, and L refs. If you are looking for a fun time to go play airsoft, this ain?t it dog. 5 stories up in a run down mill that smells like ref sweat. i told someone to call their hit and the ref kicked me out of the game for that. I've been going to one airsoft place for a good year now. So my first time going here I didn't really know what to expect. But I was blown away by the prices and the outstandingly friendly staff. Map is huge and offers a lot of cover but is all plywood walls with no towers or buildings but the size and cover makes up for it. For $30 ($25 if you pay online) you get 8 hours of fun. Please give this place a try if you're looking for a new place to play airsoft.

Amazing field, staff are very friendly and the field is a good size for a CQB field. The only downside to this field is a few flights of stairs but you get your cardio in for the day. Had a great time even with my HPA regulator breaking in which I used my backup mp5 which was perfect for the closer engagements. We went to do the VR for my Husbands Birthday & lets just say it was AMAZING! It was our first time doing this in a group of 4 & We had so much fun! I spoke with the owner of this place just before leaving during a Saturday session, he asked what I like and don't like and I'll say here what I said to him. Him as well as all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the field setup is very different than a ?typical? field but it's very fun. But be aware it is very close quarters and you're gonna leave with holes you weren't born with but that's part of airsoft. Store is small with an okay selection, and the staging area is plenty big enough. The actual arena isn't that great, unfortunately. Think of a 3-lane call of duty map, without many alternative paths to go. Left, right, or center and minimal cover. I'll come back in a few months and see if the layout has changed.

For day one this field is amazing. Whether you like wide open Lanes or close cqb engagement this field delivers. Accompanied by a great selection in the pro shop from bbs to guns to anything miscellaneous you may or may not need, they have it. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or concerns that may come up. This is Rhode island's best up and coming airsoft field. This is the best cqb field in New England along with extreme airsoft. The only thing extreme has beat here is the store but I imagine that this will grow as it is just a new field. My husband, son and daughter-in-law tried the Virtual Reality, VR, Escape Room. What a BLAST!! The room was so realistic. I almost forgot where I was in the hour. I HIGHLY recommend trying this with your family and friends. We will surely go back to try the other 5 Escape Room experiences.

Been to this field twice really fun and competitive, great environment with friendly people, one of my favorite indoor places now, map layout is more open in the middle with close quarters throughout the sides, movable cover for objective play, I think if you cut some windows out could make for more interesting angles, other then that great place definitely going back

I've been going to the Webster location and always missed being able to play when outdoor wear wouldn't permit but now I have this location allowing for not just indoor play but an entirely new experience with the same friendly staff and friendly atmosphere can't wait to hit the field!!!

The field plays great with plenty of high speed games and no minimum engagement which I love. All of the staff and other players are also extremely kind.

Workers are nice, prices are fair, you may have to walk up 5 flights of stairs but it is worth it

Me and my group of 3 others went here and usually we have a great time but today we were getting complaints about over shooting and not calling our hits 2 of our men weren't even in the game but they still got punished with a warning of being banned over all bad experience we will not be visiting again
