Went in to purchase a Bluetooth vibrator for date night with my girl, manager showed me the shelf of what was suppose to be what I was looking for, picked one that looked good, writing on box was German so to be sure I clarified with the manager again that it was FOR SURE a Bluetooth vibrator up at the counter, so I bought it, wasn't cheap. I've always had a good friendly experience in there. They are helpful with finding what me and my wife are looking for. We don't hang out there just shop and leave. But they always have been pleasant.

Stopped in midday to get outta the heat, owner was nice enough to me, thanked me for not wrecking his gate, over the road truck driver here. Place was clean, bathroom was nice, crowd was small though.

I was going to come in after ending a phone call but before I was able to end the call a male with glasses which I beleive was one of the owners sat at my car window and said I have to leave if I wasn't coming in right that second. It was 10:15 am they just opened and I had received a phone call while pulling in. Owner has a city-wide reputation for being a very non-friendly person. Rude, temperamental, and generally obnoxious. He does however hire some nice people and if you are there when they are working you will have a good experience. Tragically because of the owner's personality his good employees don't last long. I have shopped here many times now and am beyond thrilled with the majority of my purchases and experience!! My "first time", the girl behind the counter was extremely helpful, engaging in conversation, helping to make me feel more comfortable in my shopping experience! First time and last time coming to this place. The tall gentleman with glasses was so rude. So I entered the arcade portion of this place, I realized that I didn't have o es for the machine, so I went up front for change. Got my change and decided to look around before heading back into the arcade. To my surprise, I was told that I couldn't do that. I asked what was the point of having all this if you couldn't enjoy both sections of the place. He got loud, so I just had to leave. Never again.

My cousin Joey went in, told me about his experience. Said the staff were extremely helpful. He needed a plastic repair kit, which staff were easily able to point him in the right direction. Additionally, they had to order him specialty items due to everything being oversized for him, but staff were extremely discreet and respectful. Would highly recommend.

I've been hesitating to go in because of all the bad reviews,I called beforehand to see if they had the toy I wanted and the owner was very friendly over the phone,I go in and he's super helpful while being silly making jokes. A good selection of items to browse, but overly priced for what was shown. Owner made us feel rather uncomfortable by making comments about I how we could use certain items on each other.

Decent shopping experience however fairly overpriced compared to other stores in person and online. Many toys have a massive markup compared to ordering from the toys website.

I'd add to the chorus of "the owner is rude" comments. He may chime in with, "I've been in business xx years", but so what. He's rude. Note that there are more negative than positive reviews. That's rare.

Owner and staff are incredibly rude. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the harassment you get plus their products are way too expensive.

Guy that works there is super creepy and was making some really awkwardly forward comments to my s.o. definitely won't be going back. Nothing worse then someone being super creepy behind this kind of counter.
