Came here for a 10:15 am showing on Sunday. Should have been a red flag when literally the only employee in the entire place was a confused looking girl behind a concession stand. Walk straight into the theater without anybody taking my ticket. Sit down. 20 minutes after the movie is supposed to start, nothing has happened. I finally walk out to find the only other lone employee and get told that the projector is down. Let's be honest buddy, what's actually going on is there's literally nobody working here,

The bathrooms here have not been cleaned in weeks. Feces on the toilet. Broken stall doors. Broken toilet paper dispensers. Clogged sinks. Tissues everywhere. Food station filthy. All trash cans overflowing. Floors littered with popcorn, straws and other debris. Do not come here; it's disgusting.

I enjoyed watching a movie here on a discount Tuesday and that their concessions aren't too pricy! Yay for an affordable hot dog! However, the lid on my cup was leaky if you didn't drink from it vertically and dripped on my shirt, along with the restroom stalls being messy and toiket roll holder being broken. Absolutely terrible. The arcade had 14 games that were either off or malfunctioning. For example, the connect four screen didn't work. It was off, so you had to remember where you threw your basketball in at. The King Kong Player 1 side was disabled and the player 2 side wouldn't register your movements so it was unplayable. The need for speed game had a broken wheel so you couldn't steer properly. The air hockey table was missing a handle. The skeetball only had 2 balls to play with and the prize machine h

its a small cinema connected to the mall. Has a small arcade and bowling lanes. Seats are comfortable, they dont blast the air conditioner, seat are heated, and theaters are spacious. My new go to spot for movie

It's a shame that this theater is in a nice location but staff/security do not have control over children running into theaters and screaming profanities while the movie is going. Completely ruins my movie watching experience. Let alone my sense of safety.

The ACX theaters are all newly remodeled and super clean. They have the most amazingly comfortable heated seats! I used to go to iPIC there, and the place got dirty and run-down. They now have a great bar and you can order killer food from the Backlot restaurant next door.

Came here once and will never return. The place was filthy: sticky spots on the recliners and floors, trash and left over food all over the seats, long wait times for food.

Found out 70% of arcade games broken after buying game card. Kids loitering all over the games so really couldn't play anyway. Ordered the same pizza we had 3 months ago and it's completely different. Much worse. Wouldn't give us plates to eat pizza in theater. Teenagers running in and out of theaters have full blown loud conversations. One of our ticketed seats was broken in the fully reclined position. The theater was dirty. Our seats has sticky spots on them. The carpet was full of popcorn in almost every aisle. The bathrooms were the worst. Several stalls had broken toilet paper dispensers. The toilets were visibly dirty. The sinks had dirty rings in them along with broken paper towel dispensers.

Should not be open yet what a joke. Currently watching Oppenheimer with the lights fully on because the one working staff member can't figure it out while the 7 other staff members are bowling. Place is maybe 75% complete at best

The first time I came here was great. Mid-day on a Wednesday. I came again that Friday in hopes of showing someone else the movie I had enjoyed so much (Wicked). It was packed and the entire time there was a rowdy kid that was climbing over the chairs and jumping on them. The manager gave me ticket stubs to use for another time, but I just wish they had managed the crowd during the movie a little better. The movie viewing experience was incredible! The chairs were very comfortable! I also love how CLEAN this theater is. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. My only dig is the popcorn was stale and the salt in the shaker was regular salt with large crystals that just bounce off my popcorn. They also don't have the soft drink mixing machines that are at all the large chains. I would still give this location a 4/5 and this is my new favorite theater to visit in Milwaukee. Coke Zero and Diet Coke were both out of syrup. Half of the arcade games were shut off or broken. Apparently if you buy your tickets online you have to get them printed at the concessions stand, which Ive never experienced anywhere else. I went to the movie theater in Bayshore and had a great time. The seats were awesome! There's even a bar where you can get a drink and bring it into the movie.

We were really excited to try out ACX for dinner and the new Bad Boys film. I didn't read the reviews before coming. The server kept forgetting to pick up drinks at the bar. Worst theater ever. Disgustingly dirty, hot, and very poorly managed. Avoid this location at all cost and go to a better run theater. Here's my last experience here. I took my wife to see Alien Romulus opening night. First, they didn't have a barcode scanner at the podium and directed me to the front to scan. A group of friends and I went bowling and it was awesome - good food and partially comped for a minor issue. I went again but to the theater instead and it was gross. The entire place smelled awful and was very dirty and unorganized. It was also insanely hot in the theater and as someone who anticipates cold movie theaters since that's the norm I was dressed in sweats. It has a ton of potential but disappointed.

I ordered pizza from the concessions and it was absolutely DISGUSTING! I took one bite and it made me gag. The popcorn was stale and cold. Seats are very comfortable , and the atmosphere is safe & close to my house. However, a group of us patronize this establishment often, usually every other week. The hallways leading into the cinema are usually not very clean & I was disappointed when we went to see One Love & no poster was being advertised because they didn't get any. Unacceptable

We went to see inside out 2 buying tickets were ok but the lady running the snacks did not know what she was doing. She almost did not give my dad his soda and then almost give him the wrong size and I had to remind her it was a large. The soda machine was out of ice so I had to tell them to get more. The bathroom were also dirty will not be coming back.

I took 41 student to ACX theatre where we enjoyed the Bob Marley movie. The staff there was exceptional and very patience my students. Especially Juan, Jonathan, and Kai. They made sure our experience was everything and the food prices were reasonable and the food was really good and fresh. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

My husband and son went here to watch Deadpool and Wolverine! They enjoyed the movie of course, but they were sweating the whole time because they either don't have air conditioning there or it was off. It's still summer so I'm not sure why it would be off but they still had a good time. ??

Such cozy and comfy recliner seating with generously spaced apart rows, and each seat has its own regulated seat warmer with 3 levels. The warming function is limited to the lumbar spine region, but it is still something of a relieving feature. Bonus Tip: I was in Auditorium 2 and the F row (3rd from the rear) is the right distance away from the screen for the best immersion, and seat 5 is the centrally located seat across from the screen. So F5 is the seat for your best experience.

Great theatre now that they have worked out all the kinks. Very clean theater and atrium, comfortable seats (they have a heater in them!) all for a comparable price to other large theatres in the area ($~12 for an evening show). We didn't try the bowling, but the lanes looked well waxed, and the price was decent. You rent a lane by the hour, and if you have a lot of people or play multiple games, it is cheaper than per person, per game alleys. Highly recommend

The reviews aren't wrong. There are are more than a few rough areas to smooth out. First and most utterly unforgivable is NO AIR CONDITIONING. The very basic pillar of summer theatre going is not sweating to death of flimsy fake leather recliners and there is no just no air moving at all. Spring break! The place is huge and new and mostly empty. We bowled today. I really liked being spaced out so my kids' bowling style didn't impact those around us. Paige was really helpful and attentive, even helped me search out my daughter's left behind sweater.

My husband and I have really enjoyed having this new entertainment option in the neighborhood. Yes, staff is still in training and they are working out a few things. But we are loving the new luxury heated seating and Backlot's pizza is fantastic. We will become regulars for sure.

We really looked forward to getting a theater back at Bayshore but will never be going back. We have been there twice now and both times there were large rowdy groups that clearly had not paid to be there. They were in our seats and had flashlights. They were talking out loud and not even watching the movie. When we expressed our concerns to "ticket takers" they were met with, "oh ok" and nothing was done. Too bad because it would be as simple as making sure people have tickets.

I usually dont write reviews unless I really need to. So here it goes, I took my 2 girls for the arcade, it worked out great as we were looking for something fun to do. However, when redeeming prizes we didn't get what we selected as there's candies mixed in. I don't think it's fair. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Super extravagant, took my daughter to see Barbie! Which was a great movie, then headed towards the arcade of course! It also features a restaurant, bowling and a bar! This is perfect for a family night, date night or casual outing with friends! Totally inexpensive, brought tickets online, took a few seconds to check in than we were headed into the theatre and Shawn was amazing, he made our experience 10x better! Complete disaster. Employees are smoking weed in the back instead of working. We ordered couple of pizzas ?? for the movie and never got them for little over two hours. At the end of the movie we went out to ask for a refund for the food we never received, supervisor lady never apologized and looked inconvenienced trying to get a refund. Definitely still in the soft open phase. Some kiosks are still not working and everything is just a little unorganized. Seats are great. Screen quality isn't great. Hopefully once they fix some of the early operational issues it'll be a great asset to the Bayshore experience.

I was able to both eat at Backlot and watch a movie at ACX. The pizza at Backlot was terrific! Honestly some of the best pizza I ever had. Staff was very friendly. The movie experience was also quite great. Comfortable seats and heated too! Great sound and excellent display. All around an awesome time at ACX! Looking forward to many more visits.

Went to see limited two day release film and this was the closest thing near me. Movie was supposed to play at 7. Nothing is playing on the screen. 20 minutes later, an emplyee tells us theres an issue with the projector and are in the middle of fixing it. Itll be about 20/30 minutes to sort it out. They mention they can refund us and give us a pass along that the movie has a showing the next day. Im patient so I waited, an hour passed without even realizing it. Nothing. I go out and ask the same employee.

My family decided at the last minute to come here and we are all so glad that we did...from the service, the food , the employees and the overall atmosphere this is a great place. ACX has an amazing movie theater with luxurious leather power reclining seats. Their theater's surround sound was also top of the line making for a great movie going experience!

Showed up for our movie after purchasing online and got some snacks. The popcorn machine wasn't making any fresh popcorn. The popcorn they had was bagged up in the machine with no light on. Was here to see Oppenheimer today. Which was a great movie, but the problem was the experience. There was only one staff member working tonight (since all the other employees were slacking off), and couldn't figure out how to turn off the lights that were on for 60% of the movie. This theater was rushed to be open, and it definitely is not ready to be open to the public yet, still needs a lot of work.

My wife and I saw a movie and were apprehensive based on reviews. The renovations were great and the service was excellent front to back including concessions. It is great to have the theater open and showing first run movies.

ACX hosted our family function and were excellent hosts. Everyone had a great time and I really appreciated the entire staff and their commitment to providing us with the most professional service! I especially appreciated Anton and his professionalism.

Me & my son were just at the ACX Cinema on July 26th of 2024 to purchase movie tickets & one of the Mexican employees that had on a crop top & joggers no uniform like the other employees Rudely interrupted the girl that was helping me & started arguing & being very Disrespectful with me the manager came which he seems to be Peutor Rican I think his name is Ricardo he takes side with his employe & starts getting loud disrespectful & arguing with me then put us out this place is Racist I will Never go back

The food was amazing, the staff was amazing and this was the perfect place for a private family bowling party. I would recommend you cater your party. The staff again was amazing!!! We will be coming back again!!!!! 5-star

First time here, arrived at 10:49am for an 11am movie, told theater was not open until 11, went to Target and returned 5 mins later there are people other people all over theater and still before 11. Not sure why I was turned away, but won't be back.

Sound quality was good. Theater was packed and no ventilation. I could NOT sit in a hot theater comfortably and enjoy. I called from inside the theater to complain 3 times! Popcorn was salty and hard!

While I'll admit the soft launch was a bit rough when I went to see Oppenheimer a while back, I went back recently and thoroughly enjoyed the place. I'm just waiting for when their bowling alley opens up!

Attended Meg 2 on 8/10. Pretty sure the sound system was improperly installed as there was a nasty speaker buzz that persisted throughout the film (Theater 4). Would have left the movie?but it was just Meg 2.

We we're treated so nice at ACX CINEMA BAYSHORE!! The service was excellent!!!The theatre was clean and so were the restrooms!! This is our new go movie spot.
