??? 3.5 Stars (but I'm feeling generous today, so let's round up) Not gone lie?I pulled up expecting a huge arena with all-day free play. Something like American Ninja Warrior meets Dave & Buster?s. We had an amazing time at Active Arena! It's clean, well-organized, and packed with activities for all ages. The kids loved it, and we enjoyed joining in too. Friendly staff and a safe, energetic atmosphere made it a perfect family outing. We'll definitely be back!

This place is so fun. We had a group of 6 ranging from 5-52 and we all had fun! It's a great place to be very active with air conditioning ?? Also, one of the games was being upgraded and the owner was so kind to offer us to come back the next day and play as long as we wanted on it. Great service, kind staff and fun games

We had a great time. My kids are older (18 and 13) and this was a great time for everyone. Jaiden Bryanna and Star are very polite and informative employees. They answered every question we had and Jaiden even gave my son tips and tricks to help him enjoy all the games as much as possible. We loved it and think it's appropriately priced.

Logan and all employees were great! I wish it wasn't as packed as it was, kids were cutting kind of felt chaotic at times but overall a great time. The baseball game was our favorite!

I had an amazing experience at Active Arena! The facility is top-notch with great equipment, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Fairuz. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This place was a blast. My best friend and I went come here looking for some competitive fun. Reminded us of high school when we use to compete with each other in sports. Logan and the team did a great job of making us feel welcomed and made sure we had a great time. Highly recommend! You won't regret it!

Had a birthday party here and the staff was amazing! It is busy on the weekends but if you can manage having a party during the week - you practically can have the place to yourself! This was so much fun for kids and adults. The party was for 8 & 9 yr old kids and there was plenty for everyone to do. I can see this place as a date night, family night, or even just hang out alone and play. This place isn't an actual arena so you dont have to worry about getting lost in it.

This is a clean and well maintained family oriented place. The activities can be played by kids 5-99. You can play as many games, and as many times as you want within the 75 min alloted. It is great fun! Better than an arcade!

Little more expensive for what is offered in my opinion. There were a few games that were a lot of fun, and then some games that didn't work right. Was sad the VR game had an age requirement of 13+, so my son couldn't play. We drove an hour out of our way to come here, after already driving for 2.5 hours, and was a little disappointed. Probably won't come back, but it was a cool experience for me and my son. Brittany was awesome! Everyone else was nice and helpful as well.

Staff was kind and amazing. Fairux made our experience unforgettable- she was great with the kids. They had a blast! So many fun activities to try, they were playing up until the very last minute. We definitely will be back again!

This was one of the funnest experiences my wife and I have had in a long time. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The prices are reasonable and this is great for kids and adults alike. A fun experience ! Can easily spend 1-2 hours. A general admission ticket covers 100 points and you can use them to play a variety of simulated games which takes 15-30 points per game. Better to go as a pair or as a group to make most out of it. The parasailing, ice skating and basketball was great. The simulated games are also fun like step up, tennis, baseball and so on. Such a great spot for some family friendly fun! You can virtually play just about any sport here! From soccer, to tennis, to VR paragliding and skiing, there is definitely something for everyone. The owners and everyone who works here is so nice, helpful, and they cheer you on! We can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was nice and helpful. The equipment actually works and we are sure to visit again when in Dallas. It's also super affordable.

We had a blast! If you want to be cool inside go there! it was affordable!! the owners are super welcoming!! We spent about hour and half there! As parent I had just as much fun playing! Enjoy!

It was SO boring ?? I wouldn't return even if it were free. The advertising is a total catfish situation. It looks fun. It actually feels somewhat like going to the video game museum down the road, except that it's interactive. The tech is outdated and glitches at best. It's more fun to go to Activate in Southlake if you want to break a sweat or challenge yourself.

Mikaela was absolutely awesome! She helped my special needs son very well in the basketball cage. And on anything else he was participated in.

I had high hopes, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. While the space is clean and the staff was friendly, I was surprised by the limited number of games and activities available. Some games didn't work properly (parasailing was glitchy and ping pong was off). For all the hype, I expected a wider variety of options to keep us entertained for longer. It has potential, but I hope they expand the offerings soon to better match expectations.

Took a break and decided to play with Brittany at Active Arena. Actually had a blast playing basketball, robo goalie and all the other mini games. We managed to get a full play session out of every game. It was tiring but we'll worth the fun. It truly is a nice place to unwind and get active. You should go and give a shot !! I definitely recommend bot boxer for a real work out !!!

I took my kids to Active Arena for the first time recently and they absolutely loved it! The place is clean and each activity gives a different vibe! You definitely have to stop at the basketball setup if TJ is there- he played a game with my son and then was able to turn around and give my 6-year-old daughter some basketball tips so she can try and keep up with her big brother! They're already begging to go back. Highly recommend!

Loved the T ball, wish it was more than 5 balls. Great experience, be prepared to sweat. If you older than 26 be prepared for that back to hurt ???? Ayham is the best make sure you see him!

I am so disappointed at how my family and I were just treated. We arrived as walk ins around 6:45pm and the staff told us they were really crowded. She told us to walk around to see if we wanted to start our play time now based off the lines at each individual game. We walked around and most games didn't have more than 2 people waiting. We went for Valentines Day, it was amazing. The customer Service was top notch. We had clear instructions and help whenever we needed it. Makayla was great and very welcoming, and we were helped by another lady who's name I did not catch (sadly, she was amazing), but she had blonde hair and was a fantastic addition to our experiences

Active Arena was awesome! We took our son there in January to celebrate his 9th birthday along with some of his friends. They had an awesome time, and the employees there were very helpful and friendly. I think by far most of the kids favorite game was the Soccer net with the goalie. That was probably my favorite thing there too, but the basketball game is pretty awesome too! The only negative, was that the Simulator for the paraglider is only for certain ages. The concept is cool, but not well run/organized, 3-4 games weren't working properly and one was shut down completely. We had a time slot and that ment nothing, we didn't get to do all the games because time slots weren't monitored. Definitely would not recommend as a date night for the weekend, I have hopes during the week would be better. I kind of felt like it was a waste of time especially because we didn't even get to do half the games.

Great location. Fantastically fun games with little to no wait for each room. Really great and unique experience, it felt like playing a video game in real life (leader board and all). Staff was very helpful and lively (shout out to Nadia). Would go again, highly recommend.

This is a very cool concept, but many of the options are not built for smaller kids. My son is 10 and really struggled to effectively do the soccer, basketball, boxing and baseball games. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility was kept very clean. Music was nice but not obnoxiously loud. This place would probably be best for young adults or families with teenage children.

Myself and other parents that came to my son's birthday party said they didn't know about Active Arena in Frisco. Itvwas easy to find and the kids had a lot of fun. I never saw the space to host a party online before arriving but the staff made it easy upon arrival. They made sure the space was clean, offered to carry anything in and made sure to let me know they were available for anything if needed. It is an open space so you are still a part of the viewing area of all sports. The price is about the price

The games are fun if you are able to play them. Unfortunately they don't limit the number of people in the place so you will wait in line for every game for 15-20+ mins and you only have 1 hr 15 mins to play games. I would only go back during a time that wasn't busy. Otherwise it isn't worth the cost. It was $100 for 3 people and 2 of us played 4 games 1 of us only got to play 2 games. Not worth the cost for that. You pay to stand in line during a busy time.

Not worth the money, go somewhere else! This place is nothing like what is advertised. Most of the screens didn't work while my group was there. This is the adult equivalent to chuckie cheese. Also we went later in the evening and there where still kids running around destroying things. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Not sure how a party or other events are managed, but when we went we couldn't enjoy everything. It was too many people. For this to be timed, they need to manage it better. 4 of the games were not working properly. Paying for 1-hour and 15mins of play and waiting in line for 30 plus mins of your time is unacceptable!

It's not worth the money, this is mostly for little kids. It was extremely packed so we could barely do stuff and we got it at 7:45pm for our 1hr and 15min and they kicked us out at 8:45 and did not let us finish until 9pm bc they shut everything down. Will not be coming back

We took field trip of 40 academy students and they had a blast on para gliding boxing shooting soccer tennis ice skating many more games all based on AI. Kids will enjoy this venue and I hope the games mature enough to add more creative for action packed fun. Thank you staff for making it happen. We will be back again soon
