My friends and I heard rave reviews about this place on TikTok, so we made sure we stop by before we left Houston. When we walked in, the staff was extremely nice and helpful as they explained the games and the rules to us. You're given wristbands that monitor your scoreboard and how much time you have left based on the package you purchased. Each room has a different style of games that gets you up and activ

Fun for the whole family, it's very fast paced and will have you sweating. The price is good considering it's a whole hour. You get one hour to enter whichever activity room you want, about 8 rooms? Once you scan into a room, whoever is inside will finish their game and then have to exit for the next group. Restrooms and water fountains are accessible while you play.

Collin was super helpful and made getting a walk in reservation super easy. I would 100% recommend coming in and having him help you! The facility is also really nice and the games are super fun, even if you just have two people. Will be coming back next time I'm in town!

This is the most fun we've had in a while. You pay for a certain amount of time and get to play all the games. There are 10-12 rooms and each room has a different set of games. They are all interactive, some require more physical effort than others. There is a point tracking system where you can earn rewards like keychains, water bottles, etc which is very cool. Great outing for a family or date night! I've been multiple times with family, friends, and husband and we all love it! The customer service is amazing and you never have to wait too long to get your game time in! Plus it's definitely and alternative for getting your daily workout in. I will be back for sure!

This place is amazing. Each individual game room requires maximum 5 players as a team. You can learn how to play the game from the screen before you enter, you will have a lot of running and jumping. It's $30 for an 75 minutes session, and the time starts counting when you walk in(not by each game), so if you want to play all of the games, you have to non-stop running around. I really wanted to like this place but it fell short of us enjoying the gaming experience. We came on a Saturday evening to the last time slot 11pm and according to the email we were supposed to arrive 15 minutes early which we did and were told to sit down and wait. No one came up and asked us if we've been here before if we knew what to do nothing so we just sat there for 15-20 minutes until a young lady with the red braids finally helped us out and told us how to sign in and create a player profile. We went a couple of times to activate and had a good experience. This time we hosted a birthday party since our kids enjoyed it. The first thing is that when you want to book a party it's all through the email, there no person to talk to, I asked them if I can book it through the phone they said that they do all of it through email, even in person they tell you go to a link to request a party and someone will contact you. This should?ve been the first sign for me to not book it at activate. Miscommunication

Such a fun place to go to with friends!!! There are many different game rooms each with different games modes, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. Your game progress is saved to your user account so you can pick up on how level the next time you go instead of starting over. It's like a video game but in real life. Brought my kids with some friends this afternoon! Activate was fantastic! Kids had a great time ages 8-11! I loved it too and can't wait to go back on a date night or for a girls night. They space the reservations well so although there was other groups there it was easy to get into the game rooms and play the whole time without waiting.

I think it would be a 5 star experience if the time only went down while you were playing the games, I thought it was unfair for the time to go down while you are waiting for a game. This is a new high intensity interactive arcade for young kids and adults. You can form groups up to 5 and compete in multiple games with different levels. Each player will get a wrist that keeps track of your points. There are water fountains and restrooms nearby. You will definitely sweat so dress appropriately. Lockers are provided to store any valuable belongings. It does get really packed so be aware of the time you pick.

First time here and it was a blast! We made a reservation online which was an easy process. When we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful to check us in and patiently explained the process. We were a group of 5 which is the max number of people allowed to play in the same game and everyone had so much fun. Definitely coming back!!

We recently visited the Woodlands location and this time was for my son's birthday at the Katy location. It seemed like this one was overbooked as we played much less compared to the previous experience. There was a one group line ahead of us regardless of game instead of just waiting at the door for the group ahead.

I went today for the first time, I didn't play but the kids I took today did but me not knowing and wasn't informed on the blue bracelet and what to do with it during and after, as I was leaving one of the lady?s asked me what I did with the bracelet and I said I threw it in the trash and she had a whole attitude and rolled her eyes even before about the whole locker thing instead of raising her voice at me she could have guided me what I was supposed to do. Walked into Activate and stood in line. The two employees at the check in desk were already helping people. A couple walks in and stands by the door and the employee Mark takes them before me. I speak up and mention I am in line and he states there are supposedly two lines, which wasn't the case when I arrived to the line.
