I had my son's 10th birthday party here!! Koda was the best hostess!! She was so helpful and attentive. She helped set up party decorations, got the food ready and explained everything to me. She was so good with all the kids. They had so much fun!!

I had my daughters birthday party here! Our host Alyssa was very helpful and kind! She took care of everything! I highly recommend action jacks! Our host really strived to make my daughters birthday unforgettable! The staff here are wonderful!

1.I ordered food for my 5 kids and myself, nothing crazy. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our food. My kids said there food was ok, but I ordered the boneless wings... These little pieces were the size of popcorn chicken/chicken nuggets, and when I bit into them they had no taste and we're real tough to bite into. Ice cream was good. Kids had fun for the most part. Not a great selection of arcade games. If the had a bigger selection of arcade games,it would have been more enjoyable for my kids.

Alyssa was incredible and very personable! She leveled up our experience for my daughter?s 10th birthday and even participated in laser tag and gel blaster game! She was on top of everything! Thank you!

Absolutely loved going to my nieces birthday party at Action Jacks!! Koda was so great with the kids, helped with all the party needs and was so awesome. I would definitely recommend any type of event here!

Kids had a blast while the husband and I sit and relaxed.. it was soooo nice!! According to the staff, they were a little short staffed but we couldn't tell!! They were on top of everything!! My son and I love, love this place! Laser tag is so much fun and the pizza is pretty good too! Our guide, Carly was such a gem and even helped me toast my son and all of his teammates! I can't recommend this place enough. It's such a fun, family friendly place!

Didn't catch the girls name at the front desk but she was awesome! Very friendly and informative. We only played the arcade games and they were ok but a little worn. The grandkids loved it!

We had our daughter?s birthday party here this year and everyone had a blast! We were a party of 15 and our hostess was very sweet, very helpful and did a wonderful job at staggering the food, fun and games. The food was pretty good we ordered pizzas and the chicken strips platter! I am sure we will be back!

We had our daughter?s 8th birthday and it was an amazing time!!! As soon as we arrived, Alyssa introduced herself as our host, she was attentive, the kids LOVED her, and so helpful! I hardly had to do anything other than set up my decorations that I brought. Thank you for making this one of the easiest birthday parties!!!

Attended a birthday party for my friend. Alyssa was very helpful and attentive the entire time!! She was absolutely incredible and a great person to work with today! Foster and Kya were amazing guides for our first time experience here at Action Jacks! They also played games such as laser tag and mini gel blasters! We appreciate their time with us all!

I've taken my son twice and he had a great time both times we were there! The staff is great! We had a prize hang up in the machine and they were nice enough to open it and give it to us with no issues. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give ten stars ! I booked a party for my nephews 11th birthday and it was amazing! Taylor (the young lady in the picture attached with my nephew ) was amazing ! I knew it said we would have a host, but this girl went above and beyond for us! She took pictures, served us our cake, treated the kids like they were her family and did it with a smile the entire time! If you book a party ask for Taylor I promise she makes sure the adults can enjoy the party too stress free!

Super fantastic place for the whole family, and a unique and creative date idea. Our server Kylie was highly attentive and friendly! Food was fresh and delicious.

We always have the best time here! Koda, our party host was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive to our party and played with our group of kiddos to help our younger win at lazer tag! What a fun night for our 6 year old!!

Large arcade with fun games. Food menu looks really good - did not have time to eat because we were playing all the games. Large dining area with clean restrooms. They have Laser Tag and Paintball as well. A fun place in Conway for the arcade adventure with food and drink options! Staff was really friendly!

Had a lot of fun here, we rented guns and mask and pods. They were very accommodating and always making sure people didn't over exert themselves and were taking breaks. Their play areas were well maintained and varied. The staff were excellent and energetic. Would play here again!

Just wanted to thank the staff that stayed for the private party. I know it was past y?all?s usual hours and you guys were busy with all the orders but mine came out perfectly fine and my milkshake was absolutely the best! Some of the most fun i?ve ever had paintballing, staff was friendly and helped us with anything we needed. SHOUT OUT BEN he was amazing and gave us any accommodation we needed and was an amazing ref. Will be back for sure!

Blessing, Koda, Casey, and Zoe we're so helpful and accommodating for my nephew's birthday. They went above and beyond for him. We are regular patrons here and have never had an issue. But this visit and experience take the literal cake. God bless you Koda Blessing Zoe and Casey.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful anytime my son or I needed something. They go above and beyond to please their customers. Twice a staff member has jumped in to play laser tag and gel blaster when needed to make sure us and other customers had the best time ever! Lots and lots of fun!

15th birthday party for my son. We had the most amazing time. Everyone, even the adults had fun. We had the v.i.p. experience and Koda and Foster made it a memorable day.

Awesome time with the family at Action Jacks. It was my first time playing the Gel Blast and we had a great time! This place you will have to visit. They even have drinks for the adults in the back if you would like to relax and let the kids enjoy.

Wow! I've been to action jacks a few times now on unlimited laser tag nights. On fridays you can play as much laser tag as you want for 20 bucks. My family and I come and play and it's a great bonding experience. Sometimes the staff even jumps in and plays with us which makes it even more fun. They are all easy to get along with and knowledgeable about how everything works. For the younger crowd, the activities are super fun but easy to understand and for the older group, the bar and lounge is great to esca

Our server was great 5 stars food was warm ( room temp) so 3 stars. There was no wait to enter although we did have to wait a while at the front counter . Our server definitely made up for the wait.

We took our 5th graders to Action Jacks for a behavior reward. Mr. Andy was easy to work with, and the whole event went smoothly from beginning to end. The students enjoyed playing laser tag and getting a card to play unlimited green games. I would highly recommend.

Super fun time! I didn't get pictures of the axe throwing, but I highly recommend you try your hand! We ate there, and the portions were pretty decent! Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! I didn't catch the name of the long hair red head girl, but SHE NEEDS A RAISE! He was AMAZING with our son and so helpful throughout our time there. He made everything easy and offered to help unload and load our party items/gifts to and from the car. Our group had an amazing time at the outdoor paintball park in Mayflower! The staff members were all friendly and helpful and the guide we had for our games was a lot of fun! We scheduled a private session for our group of 13 and had a blast! Highly recommend!

Went paintballing and there were 2 people that brought their own guns that were fully automatic and set to higher pressure, while the people who paid to rent them were getting shot up like crazy. Not a very fun experience. When I said something about how they need to stop shooting once they hit someone I was told I would be asked to leave if I couldn't get along. I left

Action Jacks was great. We had a great time playing laser tag and escape room. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. It wasn't super busy in a Saturday around noon. So, we were able to do everything pretty quickly. Kids had a blast ages 6, 9 and 11. Will definitely return!

This is a great place to hang out and have some fun with the kids. The gel blasters are my favorite. They have a pretty good pizza too.

We had my grandson?s 10th birthday party here and it was THE BEST experience for everyone! Jacks Ultra Sports has upgraded all their attractions with many more up-to-date games and an entirely new laser tag arena! We had kids from ages 7 to big kids at age 54! Hunter was our party host and did a wonderful job helping everyone get ready to go! Highly recommend Jack?s for parties and just an all around time of family fun entertainment!

We came in for my little sister?s graduation little celebration and the staff was AMAZING!! (Should have gotten names ????) The front desk woman with the blonde hair, the bartender with the tattoos, and a special THANK YOU to the woman working the kitchen with the brown hair. They made us all feel so welcome. The place is clean and clearly loved. The Thursday 99 dollar deal gave us, a group of four, 2 hours of fun. Very worth it!

We had a great time tonight playing unlimited laser tag at Action Jacks! The whole staff was excellent but Owen, Carly and Callie were the best! They were involved and diligent, making sure everyone in the laser tag arena was playing safely which game me piece of mind letting my kids continue to play while I sat out for a drink and a snack.

Amazing experience! Very affordable! Perfect for parties of any size! My kids love this place. Staff is very professional and willing to go out of their way to make every situation better. Definitely 10/10 recommend this place for a party, weekend place to take the kids, or random date night.

We took the kids to play Lazer tag today and Brian helped us and he was really nice to the kids and took the time to show them what to do and explained everything well and answered all there questions and was very patient with 3 crazy 8 year old boys

Stopped in before we went home to SC, Top tier arcade. 5/5 staff. Kaylea was absolute toy fabulous you must come in and see her! Fun activities, great arcade games, will definitely stop by when we are in town again!

This was my first time visiting and I had a great time! We went as a group of adults and we used the arcade and did 3 rounds of laser tag. I really enjoyed the laser tag setup, especially because there were so many spots you could hide in. The equipment for the laser tag worked smoothly. All of the staff was great but I want to give a shoutout to Kaylea, she was really friendly and engaging with us and also very patient. We never felt rushed. I'm definitely interested in visiting again!

I was honestly just expecting another run of the mill arcade when we entered. We were there to just let my middle son have fun. 3 hours later my wife and I had realized that we had spent money on games we wanted to play than my son had. So many fun and unique games that I hadn't seen before! Great games for younger kids but also fun games for the parents! We cannot wait to return with all the kids and try out the laser tag, escape room and axe throwing! Highly recommend we can't wait to go back.

I brought a group of friends who had never been and we ALL had a great time. Service was amazing and the fun we had was well worth the price. I plan on going back with the family to do the escape room next time.

I'm usually all over Facebook recommending action jacks over everything else, their prices are fair and we have never had a negative experience until yesterday. We had a walk in small birthday party and I had gone in earlier that day to verify that we could bring cupcakes in and asked about water as well. I was told yes we could bring in cake or cupcakes, but no other food or drinks. Well once we got there for the party they told us we could not have any food in without a reserved party, no one else was the
