A Slice Of The 80s and Escape of the 80's

A Slice Of The 80s and Escape of the 80's

Reviews Summary

The restaurant has a fun, nostalgic atmosphere with great decor, often praised for its 80s theme and memorabilia. Food quality is inconsistent—some love the pizza, wings, and unique offerings like PB&J pizza, while others report burnt, undercooked, or poorly prepared meals. Service varies widely, with some customers enjoying friendly, fast service and others facing long waits, wrong orders, or unprofessional staff behavior. Hygiene concerns (like improper handwashing) and management issues (slow response to complaints) are recurring negatives. While many recommend it for the vibe and decent prices, others warn against returning due to food safety or quality problems.

Customer Reviews

I called and placed order to which 1/2 the menu was unavailable. Ordered 2 salads, 10 wings, and a pizza. Pizza was never made, had to come back for it 20 mins later, salads are?well look at them. I could have picked weeds from the sidewalk to make a better salad and not lay $8 a piece for them. All together $46. Pretty sad for $50. Crap service, skimpy food, and a not so great experience. This was my first time there and I'll never go back. Glad the guy who owns this restaurant owns a few more in to

STAY AWAY! Passing theu this small town on a trip, my fsmily ordered here for pick up. The customer service is horrible! Food is horrible and is not cooked properly! If you complain about the food, they refuse to fix the issue. They also have a lot of random people just hanging out. If I ever pass thru this small town again. I wouldn't eat here if it was free. Pizza dough was not cooked, had flour all over our pizza bo and was chewy,, the chicken wings were slimey and undercooked and we asked for crispy/wel

The escape / game room is GREAT! It's not huge but it's a wonderful addition to town and a fun place to take the kids for dinner and an activity. Really cool atmosphere, good enough selection of games for a 7 & 9 year old. The teen working the counter was so sweet answering our kids silly questions. Will definitely come back!

Overall a very good experience here. Wait was slightly longer than I would have anticipated but I didn't realize the sheer amount of call in and online orders ahead of me. The pizza was very good and the milkshake was fantastic as well. I would definitely eat here again, I'd just call ahead next time.

Got a Philly cheese steak sub. Couldn't eat it. Meat didn't look good and was very dry. Got onion rings that were ok. Got a milkshake that wasn't thick.

Milkshakes at 10/10 amazing. Food is pretty basic and I had some very questionable wing dings from there once so I really won't recommend those lol any fryer food is good and as I said the milkshakes!

After having issues with DoorDash, I called the restaurant for help. They were very friendly and helpful. My pizza was hot and very good, just as I ordered! Professional and friendly staff including the driver. I'll be ordering again (direct) next time I'm in Bradford. Thank you for your service after having a long day of travel plus a little frustration with DoorDash!

Saw this place online, and made a point of eating here during my visit to Bradford. Staff was very friendly, and the place was decorated by a variety of super cool 80?s posters, knick-knacks, and more. Pizza was exceptional and not unfairly priced, but the fried pickles were the best I've ever had anywhere. Not sure what they do to make them so good, but I'm a fan! Would highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat here, I'll definitely be stopping by if I'm ever in the area again.

Had the perfect cheese and pepperoni pizza tonight. Amazing flavor and cooked to perfection. The chicken wings were great too, especially with the homemade ranch and blue cheese!

My steak sub was delicious! The bread was perfect, the lettuce and tomato were super fresh and thinly sliced. And the dressing and mayonnaise ratio was great. The pizza was also awesome, with fresh veggies. It was a really nice during our vacation. The decor is fun, and there and a lot of cool stuff to look at on the wall. They even have an old Atari displayed!

80?s themed arcade and diner. Amazing sub sandwiches and home made blue cheese dip is so delicious. Thanks for having us biker folks from Ontario!

Decent amount of arcade games but only complaint was no change machine and some games were not working or didn't take bills other than that food was Good and service was also good

AMAZING food and service. This place has a ton of variety of food and wing sauces !! The ranch ?.. out of this world. Everything was cooked to perfection , wings were crispy , pizza is tasty and a spot on recipe. I brought my kids here and realized AN ARCADE !?!? We had a ton of family fun while waiting for food?? we ended with dinner and realized - Slice has ice cream . So we had dinner , fun and ice cream in one place. I'll definitely be back.

Freezing cold inside. So cold it was uncomfortable to sit and eat. Arcade games ate our money. Food was just okay, salad was horrible lettuce was brown and wilted. Won't be going back.

Fun place to eat! Friendly staff. Pizza was good, would have said great but it was a little burnt this time. Wings however were GREAT! & they had tons of options for flavors. The the mild Buffalo and BBQ bourbon were SO GOOD. Plus they were all a good size and cooked perfectly. I noticed a lot of specialty beers available but no specialty sodas. We loved the nostalgic feel but a couple games weren't working.

Very good pizza at GREAT prices. Decent selection of bottles and cans, as well. The staff were great and they are open late!

Stopped in super late on night and they were gracious enough to let us eat in! Cool place with great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The restaurant was very clean and brightly lit. The food was really good we ended up with some appetizers and calzones. Hit the spot! Thank you for making our dinner and the prices even felt like they were from the 80's!! :)

tl;dr, don't order anything if you don't want to take a chance of waiting longer than expected (+15-25 minutes) for a take out order, or don't want take the chance on having an actually good meal. The place is great on the inside, incredible aesthetic, but I have had very 50/50 shots with the service and food in the past two years or so. I used to order their pizza and sides for small hangouts with friends because it was the closest to thin "ny style" pizza. But as of late, I have strayed away from orderin

Used to get food here a lot but got uncooked chicken wings and got sick after prob won't be going again. They sent me new wings but at that point I had lost my appetite for wings should?ve just asked for a refund but regardless idk if I'll go back.

This is the coolest place to eat in Bradford by far. The decor is awesome. The food was delicious. It feels like stepping back in time. The wings were delicious I forgot to get a picture because they were so good. This is also one of the few sit down places to eat in Bradford that is open later then 9pm and isn't a bar.

The Escape The 80s escape room was a lot of fun and super challenging! My group of 4 wasn't able to complete it in time and we will definitely be challenging it again! Finished the night with some good food and games too!

We seek this place out when we're in town. The combination of awesome food and 80's nostalgia make it well worth stopping

You probably want to know about the food, however, I need to start with the theme. 80s rich is an understatement! I loved the whole thing - from the game call outs to the movie posters on the wall. There is even a small arcade attached. Regarding the food, we got a large plain pie and two orders of fries. That was enough to satisfy 4 adults, although I don't think any of us were extremely hungry. The crust was crispy and somewhat thicker than your standard thin crust and less than a thick Chicago style c

Great food and great fun. Small but perfect! Would totally recommend to all ages! I've had the pizza and a nice juicy homemade burger.

Highly recommend! Was driving by on the highway and went to the Zippo museum and stumbled across this little gem! Service was awesome and the food was excellent. Next time we drive through the area, we are definitely stopping again!

AMAZING SALAD, PIZZA, WINGS AND CALZONES. Paired with awesome tunes a game room and all the nostalgic merch around the store. Staff was friendly and equipped with great conversation and smiling faces. I love this place.

The food was absolute trash. The bottom of the pizza ?? had black stuff on it from the oven not being clean or whatever. The food was hard as a rock and it had a bad smell and taste. We spent $26 and didn't eat any of the food. Left it all on the table and walked out. The two people working there were very friendly and kind. The environment was awesome! I absolutely love all the 80s and 90s memorabilia on the walls and windows. Reminded me of my childhood. The restaurant has lots of potential but they despe

I haven't had slice since 2019 when COVID started. The pizza has gone downhill tremendously. The pizza I had last night was made from what I imagine are the cheapest ingredients you can possibly buy, topped with enough Italian seasoning to kill a man. I mean I've had pizza from the microwave taste better than this. I've even had better pizza at the bowling alley! To top things off, my order took 2 hours to get delivered. I figured out that the owners only had 3 people working on a Friday night! One deliveri

The atmosphere and decor was great . The customer service wasn't bad , very friendly people . But , the food ?? disgusting, burnt, and not Worth the cost ! Their brick oven needs cleaned very badly so it leaves gunk on the bottom of the pizza ! They won't offer you a refund but , they offer to cook you something else and all the food is bad so .... Their "boneless wings" are chicken pieces battered and fried. The chicken pieces have got to be the cheapest by the pound they can get . If the fried batter doe

Nice 80s place, the prices are great and the food was good. The attached gameroom is great, especially for kids! Says they do birthday parties and looks like a really good deal, I would check it out for anyone with kids! Also, the sub of the week- buy half, get half free is a super smart idea! They have ice cream and shakes, too! Will definitely go again sometime!

Went in to eat late last night and tori served us. She was sweet and helped us. Recommended extra sauces to go so if the wings dried out a little we would be good to go. She explained every sauce for the wings and bc of her service we will absolutely be back.. blown away atb how awesome this place was!

I had three flies in my drink. I showed the cook a d staff. They did all they could to dismiss me. Didn't even offer a refund at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. Stay away.

I've always liked the place and food. Seems a bit off currently with staff and cooking. Very nice young kids, however, I'm not sure how qualified on different levels they are to be there in the kitchen as far as efficiency, skills, and being responsible with how long food should be cooked as raw is not safe. Owner should check sobriety.

Not bad at all. You can play old games and have a slice of pizza and soda. What more could you ask for? Maybe more comfy or relaxing seating could help here. I had a bit of trouble feeling content overall but the staff made up for it with fast service and short wait time.

First visit of many today! So glad I stopped by and tried the Hawaiian pizza and wings. Frank and Ariel were fantastic as well. Love, the decorations, and the place was very clean. Can't wait to try more menu items.

I got the pizza and boneless wing deal for the pro bowl! I loved the pizza, the sauce was so good! There was a lot of choices for wing sauces and the two I chose were amazing! Especially the honey hot! Good prices too, I got a lot of food for what I paid for it! It was still hot when I got it and we enjoyed a delicious meal!

My order was made correctly and it was very good. Wings were perfectly sauced, and pizza was great as well. Fast friendly service! Thank you

Visiting the area, and this was our first stop after driving 5 hours. Employees were so welcoming and friendly. Decor of pizza shop was great. Old magazines, games, newspaper and even arcade style games. Had an Italian sub and pizza. Both were delicious. Good selection of beer as well.

I tried this place twice in one week to give a fair review. First time we ordered the pizza was cold, stale, and burnt. The sampler was missing somethings. The wings were decent but basically no sauce. Ordered again and the chicken tenders tasted like fish! Seafood should have it's own fryer. I hate fish and was was disappointed. Kids had chocolate milk. Itbarely had any chocolate to the white milk. I wouldn't waste my money here anymore! I'd rather get a pizza from little Caesars.

Friendly staff. The atmosphere was very nice. Prices on everything were affordable. The chicken tenders were amazing, definitely the best chicken tenders I've had in a long time.

Great place. Really is a slice of the 80s. Clean, good food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.

Great place and the new escape room is so much fun!

Pizza was meh, sub was good, tenders were good, milkshake good. The calzone was probably the best I've had in my life, the bread, the seasoning, it was great, but really let down by the dry chicken inside. Prices reasonable.

Found this funny more than upsetting* Craving some wings today. Leos was closed so I took a chance on these guys. Idk what happened over there, but I got the absolute worst wings I've ever purchased. gray & waaayyyyy overcooked. I mean to the point of jerky...lol. & they were mongaloid wings at that. All were mishaped and had extra joints with cracked bones. Lol! It happens though...they were only a dollar a piece, so I guess that's the quality now with food prices rising. Anywhow, 2 stars cause the emplo

This place is disgusting! They don't use gloves and touch the register without washing there hands. The one girl was picking her skin and throwing it around as she was picking her makeup off her face. Mind you she was the one making my pizza. The other girl was sweeping the floor and throwing dirt around as the other girl was making our pizza. Just overall not a good place too eat unless you want skin and dirt in your food. I asked for my money back and left. If I could give zero stars I would. JUST NASTY O

Great food, and service. Super unique PB&J pizza. They added jalapenos to it for me which was a great combination of sweet and spicy. There was also a toasted marshmallow topping. Their regular pizza, and chicken wings are also very good. Excellent place!!

Buffalo wong pizza. Shut up and order it then buy a tub or homemade ranch.

We're from out of town and it was our first time at this location. We found this place while driving thru the area. Suzie was our server. She was very pleasant and patient while we were deciding what to order. She recommended the calzones and we were super happy with it! It was buttery and delicious. Definitely a good restaurant to visit. Would come again if we ever get the chance to!

A local place with great service, fun decor to remind you of the 80's, and yummy food. The subs, wings, and pizza have all been delicious. The wings are actual decent size, not some puny things from that franchise down the street. Good deals, good food, and a fun setting.

This place is terrible. The boneless chicken wings taste like stringy boiled chicken. The pizza is lackluster. I've honestly had better frozen pizzas. I've tried this place 2 times in the past month and it's truly terrible. The staff was nice but they were extremely passive aggressive with each other and was just an over all bad experience.

Service was spectacular! Food was on point. Love coming here with my family to play the games. Will be going back to try the escape room! Heard it was alot of fun!

Driving south from Canada my family and I visited this place. What a mistake... The burger we ordered was so dry it was actually burnt. The pizza slice was not warm and tasted stale. The only thing decent was the wings - meaning we didn't throw it away like the burger and cheese pizza. What made me actually right this review was the cashiers customer service; after bringing the burnt burger to her attention she just asked, ?what do you want me to do with it?? And basically threw it away after we said we did

Good little spot I havent been to Bradford since the last international zippo convention years ago but I wish this place was there back then brought back a ton of memories food was great and fast..

Dine in or take out.Great food. cheese stakes are amazing. Order it the way you want it. And the cheese burger simply wonderful with bacon or not. Fries are good. So the food is great while you eat ,why not chug a beer that"s right they have assorted bottles of beer. The slice of the 80's is the place for quick fast good quality food.Great place.

I honestly only write reviews if service is basically insulting. Wings were bad. Order was wrong and the pizza was terrible. The pizza literally was sticking to the cardboard and seemed to be not fully cooked. May have been a off night but I will definitely not be returning which is a shame because the atmosphere is pretty great.

Great people great food Nothing but pure 80s gold

Pick up time could be 30 minutes - Delivery time an hour and a half? What are they doing with our food for that other hour? Given that my fries were luke warm I am guessing they just sat around. My father's food made him ill. There must have been something wrong with it. Then we added the tip on out online order and the delivery guy told my - very trusting- mom that he didn't have that slip but if she added it on they wouldn't charge her double.... guess what? They charged her both tips and kept them. Poor

Hubby liked the meatball calzone but I think everything was gross. My food was not made correctly, as I specified no pickles or tomatoes on my burger, it still came with it. Didn't get my drink until after I was given my food. Not worth the money ?? employees where not professional what so ever. They were yelling and heard the f bomb 1 to many times tonight. Would not go again.

I went with friends back in October and loved it. So I talked it up to my daughter, the pizza lover. We went this evening and the service was awful. They do not practice the customer is always right. We both asked for cheese pizza and revieced pepperoni. We did not complain and peeling it off which takes half the cheese. Had to go back to the counter for get our waters. I ordered buffalo fries, had to ask twice for them. Heard them talking about making them. Then the girl brought out plain fries, I said we

Boneless wings are disgusting! They took old fried chicken hacked it up and recooked it. Greasy non edible rocks. No flavor and putrid. Contacted mgr no resolve and lied. Never again ??

A really unique place to visit while you're around Bradford. I was running errands and looked up a place for lunch and stumbled across this gem. The outside is tastefully and colorfully decorated and the inside has lots of memorabilia that makes you feel like you're stepping back in time. There is a huge selection of beverages and many menu items to choose from. The food was great and came out quickly. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty. Spent some time playing the claw machine while waiting

Had my daughters birthday party here not only was it affordable, but the owner Todd and his staff, go above and beyond to make sure the kids have an amazing birthday party! Highly recommend food and service were great

We came in to eat. The only things we liked were the aesthetic and the dough was soft and fluffy on the calzone. The inside of mine had a hair in it and the insides were burnt. The sauce is very plain the inside of my boyfriends spicy Italian calzone was not spicy and the sausage did not taste right. Cute place and sweet girl working the counter but poor food

Our first experience was great. Lower priced food options. Arcade could use a dedicated attendant, but the potential is there. 10/10 will be back.

First time and last time i order here. Took Pizza 2 hours to be delivered. I called 3 times asking where my order was and was told it was on its way. Pizza was dry, cold and just like card board. I paid for it, gave driver nice tip. Opened the box and threw it in the garbage. It was nasty. gavedriver nice tip.

This pizza was comparable to Rennas. More memorably when young boardwalk O.C. NJ boardwalk had BEST PIZZA "MACK AND MANKOS" Lots of pizza in Italy Slice of 80s was similar. It's the sauce and crust texture. Nice young woman helped us. Pizza made from scratch!!!

It's edible pizza. Nothing to write home about in anyway unfortunately but the crust (the parts that wernt scorched) was tasty. Pizza had that "out of a box" feel with the cheese ripping off before the end of the slice. I believe the crust is homemade daily but unfortunately their oven runs hot in some areas which results in uneven cooking. It was seasoned well but most likely to mask other cheaper ingredients. $14 for a medium cheese only seems a bit steep especially when Domino's offers a 3 Topping medium

Reading the other reviews, I'm thinking we must have come on a bad day. The wait time was the problem. We were told it would be 20 minutes (our order was a hot dog, 2 personal pepperoni pizzas, and a calzone, nothing crazy,) and they told us it would be 20 mins. 20 mins later, they were just barely putting the calzone into the oven! The order took almost an hour, and there were no other customers. The personal pizzas came as cheese pizzas, not pepperoni, but we didn't complain--we didn't want to wait for t

The food is amazing! Best pizza place I've been too in years! Drove an hour away just to try! Love it! And they have a cute little shop! 5 stars for sure!

Good pizza - friendly service - cool vibe ??

First time in Bradford. I wanted wings saw this place. Order a dozen wings they actually gave me about 20 wings which was awesome. The wings were prefect great flavor. The only issue was the lady that delivered them to me. She really looked like she hated her life. just miserable. But that didn't bother me. Not my problem. Definitely order again from here

So generally not a bad place to eat. Pizza, subs, and wings are pretty good overall but there is always something wrong with the orders lately. Tired of picking up or having my order delivered and something is missing, incorrect, or burnt. Just consistently inconsistent.

Stopped by here while on a road trip, grabbed a buffalo chicken calzone. It was amazing! The ranch with it was top notch! Next time I'm in Bradford, I'll be stopping by again!

Hello Mr. Tod I am happy to inform you that I am a really big food critic and OMG I loved your chicken strips with your home made blue cheese I have been around and your blue cheese is the best I have ever had in my life and is the greatest in town I do believe so keep up the amazing work I really put your blue cheese on everything

Awesome small town pizza shop. Love the 80s look, even complete with an old arcade video game. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great, we had pizza logs and a calzone. Thank you for your hospitality.

Food is expensive but it all tastes good! The place is always freezing because in winter they never have the heat on in order to cut costs I guess. Two slices of pizza and a soda is $15 or so. Yikes! Wish they would cut the costs a little. I always get the hot dog basket meal because it's cheap and I can afford it. Nice atmosphere just wish they'd turn up the heat in winter!

Nice little pizza shop. Staff is very friendly and service was fast. We had pizza, burger, and steak hogie all were good. Some of the arcade games weren't working but there were enough to keep my little one busy till the food was ready.

it's not bad food-wise, at times.. the ranch is what a lot of people come for since it definitely makes the food better, but just a forewarning? you're going to have to practically beg them to add it. or remind them 5x at LEAST. they'll charge you for it no problem, but actually giving it to you, is a little difficult for them for whatever reason. i?ve had to call back countless times it's just an expectation for them to forget it at this point.

The one girl that was making my friends pizza didn't wash her hands after touching the register and didn't put gloves on. She was picking her finger scabs, face scabs and touching the food. I'd give it 0 stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Best pizza. subs and boneless wings in town! A large beer selection, including many different craft beers, at great prices! Great family atmosphere, cool 80's memorabilia, friendly service!

Delicious food! Had to wait a little while because of being understaffed but worth it. The video games helped pass the time. Good experience will definitely be back when in the area with our family.

Service was slow..but it was their wing night so I can understand that..my calzone was not great..they forgot to add pepperoni to it. I will probably give them another chance if I am ever in the area again.

First time visiting and seen this place it looked awesome so figured I would try it out. Loved the memorabilia but the food and service was horrible. Pizza was cold and burnt and it took forever to get our drinks and food. Will never go back.

Best pizza in Bradford. I visit the area often and usually eat here when I'm in town. Convenient, affordable and good. They accommodate my request for cheese free pizza. The salad is huge and the dressing is delicious.... It's from beefeaters next door. Celery seed is my favorite (close second is the raspberry vinegarette). My friends LOVE the wings here. If that's your thing, they highly recommend them. Also deliver to nearby hotels which is convenient after a long drive into town.

I've eaten here several times now and keep going back. The nostalgia is nice but really the food is what will bring you back. Food is top notch and just delicious. I would suggest the Calzones, wraps, pizza and burgers. Eat in for a trip down memory lane, monitors are playing 80's (and some 90's) videos on repeat, feels like afterschool watching MTV. Friendly staff too and I believe they deliver.

The 80s memorabilia really brings a smile to your face if you remember any part of the 80s. Those of us born in the 90s may consider this a history lesson as there are materials in the store that really highlight what the 80s were about. The prices are reasonable enough and the pizza was good. There is little more one can ask from a pizza place but the 80s throwbacks are a nice touch that you've got to see for yourself :)

This place needs a lot of work on customer service. 3 of us went in there today to order lunch and the girl taking the order screwed up on the order and it came to $60.00 which seemed high so when I asked about it, they ended up having to refund the entire amount to my card and then charged me about $38.00 which is fine. Then they bring us a sub with onions and peppers on it and that was messed up so they had to redo that. Instead of saying they were sorry, they acted ticked off and we waited another 15 min

This place has got to be THE BEST STAFFED business that I have ever been in. These girls went wayyyyy out of their way to a great job. Hands down the best restaurant team ever, and the food was perfect too boot

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
