We were there for a meal and the wait staff impressed us with their hustle and care. One person at our table had special dietary needs. Someone came from the kitchen and adjusted her order to be sure it met her needs. I was impressed. My burger and fries were excellent!

Service was great, food not bad! We went to see the band . 357 play, which was AWESOME, and the sound was good and kids got to play games. Great place for family and live music!!

My wife, my best friend and I went to shoot some pool. The tables are abused, the wait staff is un attentive, and the atmosphere is unsettling. We went early on a Saturday evening. We were there an hour. In that time we told the front desk, the bartender and any passing server that we wanted to order drinks. We were never approached by a server to take our order. We were given pool table 8 to play on, it was trashed. The table my wife sat at was wet and sticky, you could see drink rings and food particles.

We really enjoyed our time here. I can say their service was great, the people were all amazing. It was very clean, neat. Loud, as to be expected. Most of the food we got was wonderful. My husband and I had a pizza, the dough was homemade. The beef was very salty, for some reason, but I won't take away a star for one thing. Pricing was decent for bowling. The staff is nice. There are a lot of bowling lanes, a variety of arcade type machines, pool tables, and extra large table top games scattered around the lobby. Plus for the over 21 crowd a bar. They have happy hour and food.

Place isn't that good. I played on table 3 and the pockets were falling out. The tables are low for some reason felt very strange. Next we'll talk about price. The hourly rate on the tables was way too high. $16 an hour on crap tables. Next let's talk about service. Our waitress was somewhat rude and didn't seem like she wanted to do her job. I had came in from out of town to shoot some pool and would say if you're wanting to shoot pool I'd go somewhere else. Far from a billiards place. I won't ever go back

Britney was amazing, my server on 1/18/25 on pool table 4 was horrible. Waited 30 min for him (Robert) to come take our order so I went to the bar and he gave us attitude when he did come to my table. Great place. Not great server.

Awful service. Came on a Sunday night and it wasn't even busy: We were there for almost an hour bowling and no one ever came to ask if we needed anything. Workers standing around the bar talking. Would have had more fun if we didn't keep having to walk to the bar for drinks and food.

We went on a Wednesday so it was nice and calm, the girl at the front was very outgoing and helpful, we had got there when Happy Hour was over but due outdated hours the owner still honored it. Area was kept clean the bathrooms are very nice.

My husband and I went here on July 10 2024 for our first time. Every one that works there very nice and helpful. The waitresses that took our orders were sweethearts. We had pizza and a I couple very good mix drinks. The water even taste good and cold fresh. And sweet tea was perfect. This place is a place to go to have fun and make great memories. We will definitely go back.

This place was pretty fun. The food was a bit overpriced, but that was alright. The thing that I really didn't like was that you had to face the people bowling in the lane next to you and share a singular table. Was kind of awkward...

We celebrated a birthday at 810. They were able to accommodate a walk in group for 23+ people and we couldn't have asked for better service. Activities for all ages, we had so much fun!!

Neat little place. The prices are slightly higher for bowling compared to other places but the lanes are more intimate and designed for smaller groups to stay hanging with each other (so worth it to escape the crazy hassle). This place is pretty cool. It's a bit pricey so it won't be something we do all the time. I've never been to a bowling alley that served alcoholic beverages , let alone wait on you lol they got these super comfy couches and the food and drinks were good. Staff was friendly. Very nice place, we had a great time. They need more staff; there was no one at the counter when we came in and we had to go search for someone to help us. Our server was very nice but hard to get a hold of. We wanted to order more food but he told us that we couldn't because a big party was coming in. We never saw this party come in. We have family that live nearby so we will probably come back and give it another chance.

This is more of a hang out spot than a bowling alley. The pins are on strings and don't react like typical bowling alley pins. The lanes are much quieter than a regular bowling alley too. Brought the ole lady here for date night for the first time and I've just got to say we loved it. Everyone working was super friendly and helpful. They were polite and made sure I had a fresh drink if needed when mine was empty. Super clean, super fun. And we will for sure be coming back a lot. Great price too, for 2 people to bowl for an hour with shoes and 2 beers was only $40.

Few lanes but are oiled well, call ahead on weekends to reserve, almost a guaranteed wait if you don't. Music is loud enough to not hear your phone being called in the building, so if you're on a wait list you basically have to check it constantly as they'll only call 3 times before canceling your lane. Drinks are very expensive. Not a bad place to spend a weekend night out but definitely some areas to improve on.

Great time at the noon hour. Few people, easy to get service. We bowled, had drinks, which our server continuously brought as well as our food. Food was great, tasted very good. Big thumbs up. What a breath of fresh air! Like shooting pool but dislike cigarette smoke? Have a kid that loves to shoot pool but is too small for a full sized table but the quarter tables are a bit too small for you? Then this is the best place to go to have fun in Fort Smith, especially if you want to shoot pool! The pool tables are not as big as full size and not as small as quarter tables. Literally the perfect size for teenagers. My 13 year old constantly wants to go here to shoot pool, and it's only $8-$11 per hour

So we went yesterday to have a great time with friends and it was not what was expected, service was just not top tier like they make it seem. Took 15 mins just to get waited on and the server reaked of cigarette smoke, times goes by we order food and drinks and that also took forever to come I understand of it was busy but it was not! Place is nice. Not expensive. Staff is friendly. But come on, it's a bowling and pool hall. There is absolutely no reason for me to not be able to hear anyone 2 feet away. Even when the server came by she couldn't hear me nor I her. Had to repeat everything twice. If they turned down the music. It would be a 4 star. But you can't have fun when you go to socialize and you can't even do that because after everything everyone says "huh?" "What?"

The live band and bowling were great! Love the decor and atmosphere! Our waitress was friendly, but only checked on us twice to bring us our order and to bring the check.

Went for bowling with the kids - it was fun! Ordered a meal, a few dietary needs in our party of 5, server entered correctly but kitchen ignored directions, and we had to catch the mistake or it could have been severe reactions. Drinks were excellent, and manager comped the mistakes - but definitely an uneasy start for our first time at this establishment.

Bowling was great! Everything else? not so much. Our spinach dip came out watery & bland, pita bread charred to a black crisp. Our server was negligent and we often had to hunt down help, even after patiently waiting after pressing the button for service. I don't mind the prices if the quality matches it, but that's not the case here. $100 for us to bowl, spinach dip, and two drinks! They forgot our beer as well? just overall not worth the $$.

This is a great place to take your family or date. We went on a busy Saturday and had a very short wait for a bowling lane. We ordered food, which was pretty good, and the waiter was very sweet. The price is reasonable. We'll be back.

Our first time there was great. My kiddo had a great time. For 3 people to bowl, 3 pizzas, 2 soft drinks, 1 glass of wine, plus a 10 dollar tip - our waitress was awesome - it was all just under $100 bucks (not counting the arcade that you pay personally, not on the tab) plan to go back and play some pool and "rent" out some games!

we ate here last night 1/14 as a group of 4. when we got there we got our table and waited 10 minutes for a waiter to come up to us. when we were finally waited on, we were told there was a mix up between who had our table. we ordered drinks, food, and appetizers. we then waited over an hour before the waiter finally came out and apologized saying he'd talk to the manager for us. the manager then came out with the rudest attitude trying to make us feel sorry that he discounted our food because of the wait.

First time there, went with family. Ordered some boneless wings while playing billards. Ate a few quickly and wasn't paying attention until I cut one in half and realized all of them were still raw! We immediately told the server and they apologized, but said they've had several people complain of this tonight on the boneless wings. We had a great time until Denise behind the bar stole my husband?s debit card and refused to admit to it even though camera footage showed her stealing it. Need to screen their employees better and not hire riff raffs.

Bar games and a full bar without the bar scene. People with toddlers there to play darts, pool, and bowl? It was a confusing mix. Service was great. No real complaints except I'm not sure what their target demographic is. I felt like there wasn't a lot of room to have a 21 and up good time, even though the entertainment and full bar suggested otherwise. I guess cool for teens and kids?

I called myself giving this location a try. Ordered a southwest turkey burger with no cheese to go. Get home and I had a cheese burger. Lucky for me I am allergic to dairy. When I returned back to have my order corrected, I waited for 30 minutes before being told the kitchen was out of avocados. I was refunded. Why wasn't I made aware of items not available before leaving the establishment or heck even after returning. Waiting 30 minutes is ridiculous. 1st and last attempt at giving business a chance.

Such a fun atmosphere! The manager Nathan was so knowledgeable and nice. The bowling & arcade are 5 star, the food was tasty & the drinks were on point. I'm so glad Fort Smith has this NEW adult/ family friendly establishment and I'm looking forward to returning and spending some money on fun!

we had a blast! good food, great drinks, and bowling was so much fun. our lane had some issues when we first got there, but our time was reset. our server was so sweet, I wish I could remember her name. we meant to do a little bit of everything, but had so much fun bowling, it's all we ended up having time for.

Went here on 6/4/23. The bowling was fun. The drinks were good. Spicy blood Mary, and they have a beer on tap called Hillbilly Lager that was so good. Go give them a chance. It is fun for the entire family.

They have great pool tables, but you can play, eat, and drink *way* cheaper almost anywhere else in Fort Smith. The servers are generally polite, but they definitely don't have all the bugs in the system worked out yet. It's a new place, though - we'll see!

Loved our experience there and will be back. Played some pool while waiting for our lane to be available. The available food options looked and smelled delicious (we didn't eat both people by us did). Definantly an upgraded bowling experience with a waitstaff, couches for seating and coziness.

I visited for the 2nd time yesterday. This time we bowled, ate, and did karaoke. We literally stayed 5 hours! I had Southwest egg rolls, bangin' shrimp, and Loaded nachos. The egg rolls tasted more like something you would buy at an Asian restaurant and that would be fine if that's what you were aiming for. They offer alot of choices of stuff to do from arcades and games to bowling and billiards as the name says. My work had our Christmas party here and I am glad we found it cuz it was so much fun. Instead of hard chairs or benches they have couches and coffee tables at their bowling lanes. There is also a bar, pool table area, and an arcade area. This place was great!

Family of 4 we went and bowl and had dinner, the food was very bland and my wife had the loaded nachos and couldn't eat hardly any of it because of the way it was. My daughter had loaded fries and same couldn't eat hardly any of it and I myself ordered a burger with bacon and fried egg and again dry bland couldn't finish even after a ranch dressing bath. My wife has been throwing up for an hrs straight after leaving.

Went for the first time and was not impressed. Rude front desk girl. Arrived at 5:45 to get happy hour apps, server did not come to table until 6;07, so did not get happy hour. Did not order anything. Literally only 4 tables playing pool. To top it off a server came and almost gave my son someone else's drink order and he's 18. Will not recommend this place.

Was in town visiting family for the holidays and we had the pleasure of going to 810. I think they said they have only been open 4 days or something. What an amazing place! The kids and myself bowled and killed it on Halo in the arcade. My parents just sat at the bar and talked to Joy and Abigail for 3 hours. Was a bit of a wait to get to bowl but we were able to add time and have a blast.

Had our teenage daughters birthday party here and it was a great time! 10 lanes for bowling, several billiards tables, dart boards, arcade. Very nice set up! Perfect for date nights too! Food was great, customer service was wonderful. Definitely recommend!
