My dad and I went on a trip to Pennsylvania and wanted things to do around the area we were staying in. I had recently found a new obsession with pinball, and we thought this place would be a perfect fit. Thankfully we were right. The man running the place is super nice and friendly. Had a unique and diverse set of machines that I got some good scores on (my favorite was the John Wick one) and overall a super fun place. We recommend this place to anyone in the PA area looking to try/people who love pinball.

Four star for the average person but I guess a five star for the pinball lover. The owner is super friendly and attentive. This pinbar also has an event center on the other side of the game room. The actual space isn't very big. It had 7-8 tables and a huge gas fireplace. The pinbar had a lot of different cool games to enjoy. The machines take $1.00 to play and only takes tokens so there is change machine to convert to tokens. The menu was nice and simple. Prices are super cheat. Service was great! Bar sele

Tons of fun. Had an excellent time with the family playing some great pinball. Taco pizza was delicious and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

A fantastic place to forget your problems and have tons of fun!! Go and discover the new pinball revolution!!... Try and meet Chris & Melissa for an extra TREAT!...

I did not get food so I can't rate that, but I can say that PinBar is so much fun! Great machines in beautiful shape, really unique selection as well. Top of the line. Drinks and snacks are available, and the food menu looked good, simple but very appropriate for the venue. The PinBar itself is a great place with lots of open space, but its event space looked amazing as well. I went on a night where there was an event going on and I wished I lived closer - I would easily hold any event there, no question. P

This place makes you feel like your in the past and the pizza is AMAZING! The games they have are super fun! 5 stars all the way

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
