Went here on Mother?s Day with my kids. I had a load of fun. I can't wait to go back. It's like playing inside of a video game. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. You need to give this place a try for sure!!

Best VR family fun time ever! Excellent service, awesome games, affordable/ reasonable?prices, warm atmosphere?and lots more! We absolutely loved every second and the boys still begged to come back the following day! We highly recommend it as a parents-kids bonding experience!!!

This was the best experience of my life here in White Plains. I would come back every day if I could. SO SO SO SO SUPER AMAZING and Chad the worker was so amazing he had so much energy the whole time and was so incredibly helpful. We celebrated my step daughter?s birthday here. Ages of attendance were between 8 and 75. Everyone had a blast! The employees were all nice and attentive! Will definitely come again!

The pizza provided was excellent, and most importantly, all the kids were happy. I highly recommend it for a quick visit or the setting for your next event!!!

This is the best place in the world almost like heaven on earth Chad is the king he has so much aura when he helps you really good place for teens to hangout and a great date place. We love this place, my two kids have had multiple birthday parties there over the last three years (ages 10-12)! And that's inspired several of their friends to have their parties there, as well. So we've been there a lot! The staff is always friendly and helpful; Yan keeps things running smoothly and is so welcoming. The space is always clean and well maintained. My kids LOVE it.

We had my son?s 10th birthday party here ? the kids LOVED it. Paintball, capture the flag, etc., they had SUCH a great time. The space is lovely and brand new, and plenty of spots for me to sit as a parent chaperone. Would be a great place to take older kids/tweens to hang out with each other. Customer service was excellent, they were so responsive and helpful! Made the party a breeze. The party room has a fridge, freezer, kitchenette?super convenient?and already decorated!

Victor was the best. He accommodated our weird requests and was very helpful. Definitely helpful and didn't mess with our birthday party.

Great place to experience VR, staff is courteous and very patient explaining the process over and over, venue is clean and organized, all equipment is sanitized thoroughly, definitely recommend as a great family activity, birthday parties or group activity

Just had a big group reservation for my son?s birthday. A great option for middle schoolers to celebrate without having to spend 40 minutes in a party room. They had a great time with plenty of options for games. We purchased drinks and snacks there that could be eaten outside of the play booths, but not allowed were bigger messier things like pizza or cake. The only thing that was a little bit of a negative was the 15 minute instructional video that was supposed to start 15 minutes before our start time fo

FANTASTIC! We can here with 5 teens who had a great experience. The owner was on site to assist with the directions, how to jump between games and helpful hints as they played. We are definitely coming back!

Great experience. Brought my kids with their friends there today for the first time. All the kids absolutely loved it, and asked to come back soon! The experience over all were amazing. This place was so fun! We came here on a whim and had such a great time playing multiplayer games. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Make sure you bring socks, but if you forget you can buy a pair first like $2, at least in August 2024. Definitely give this place a try!

We had our daughter's birthday party here. The crew was very polite and made rounds to check that everyone is able to navigate the games and advance. The multiplayer games were fun and helped everyone bond. Booking online was easy, and parking convenient. Highly recommended!

Took my two adult teens to find something different to do for the Sunday 3pm session for 50minutes and they had an amazing time. The staff was so friendly and helpful although I forgot their names. This was my first visit to a virtual reality place, so I personally have no comparison. My family was with me and had been to others, and they said this was the best one they had ever been to. Making a reservation online was easy, as was completing the waivers so you don't waste time when you get there. We chose the 90 minute package, and loved it! Best experience ever if you're into the virtual world. I've always been into gaming since a kid. Amazing place for both adults and kids. Zombie game felt so surreal and the plank was also a surreal experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Totally recommend and will come again with the kiddos.

We visited 5th Dimension on memorial weekend. It's our furst time with VR games. People at the store were very patient and helpful. They recommended 4 different games for us to try when we wanted to have a taste of a different game before we used up our time. Both kids enjoyed it thoroughly. The highlight is that it turned out to be a whole-body exercise! For some of the games, one had to move the body in every way to get a high score. We will come again!

They had many different game genres to choose from and the staff was super helpful with setting us up. We had soooo much fun and didn't really want to leave. Haha. We will definitely be back. We hosted my 10-year old son's birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly attentive and ran the event seamlessly. We had 17 10-year old boys there and they were patient and helpful with the kids (even when they got rowdy in the party room).

Our son?s 11th birthday party was successful. The staff was so knowledgeable and hands on. The set up is great. And the kids all enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be going again.

An incredible experience in a vibrant district. Agon (who helped us transcend dimensions) was very knowledgeable and charismatic, and the VR games were an absolute blast. Excellent Summer Camp programs listed for kids, educational opportunities, and an amazing experience for parties or business outings. Much better then lazer tag or paintball! Would love to see more of these in my own region, but if I'm in White Plains, NY I'll be back!

Great experience! I went with a group of 6, the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They provided great costume service and patiences to our questions. The place is so well kept, great games and set up. All our expectations were met and then some! If you struggle throughout the game and have questions as you play, they are super helpful and provide immediate assistance. Good luck to this newly established place! And to add, the prices are very fair for what they offer, I would come again.

Went to play with group of 4 and game and controllers didn't work. It had to be reset. Costing us time that we couldn't get back. Only to then have to change to different stations after reset didn't work. Poor troubleshooting and resetting we lost all our time and didn't even get to play for a solid 5 min as a group. I paid for almost and hr. Worst vr experience ever.

Freaking amazing experience here. The staff is super patient and helpful. It was my first time using VR SET and I must say I can't wait to go back. I went with my family and they made it such a smooth experience. They do a great job keeping the equipment clean and the mats which was my biggest fear about coming here but I was relieved when I saw them cleaning. Thank you to Argon and the other patient man who worked the shift on 3/10/23 @8:00pm.

Great experience! Came here for my sister's birthday party. Her and her friends had a blast. There are so many games to play, and it was sometimes difficult to pick. The staff really helped by making suggestions on what to play, and helping out whenever we had trouble. Will definitely be coming back!

We hosted our son's 10th birthday here with a group of 15 boys. The boys had a blast. The venue is super clean, staff is always around to help with the equipment, tips, etc. It was a very easy process to book online. The party room is a great size, not too cramped and they do all the set up and clean up for you. The only thing missing was that they don't provide someone in the room during the party time to help serve the pizza, drinks and cake like many other venues do. But besides that it was a great party
