To be honest, when I first walked in, it wasn't what I expected. We originally went because I thought there was a big arcade and more games ? I didn't realize the main attraction was indoor mini golf. That said, this place turned out to be such a unique and fun way to spend the day! My kid absolutely loved it. When he got tired of golfing, we played checkers and Connect 4 ? which ended up being some of our favorite moments. We genuinely had a great time. Even though it wasn't what I anticipated, it exceed
We had such a great time here. It was nice playing mini golf inside in the cool AC. We had a large group so it was nice we could skip around to different holes and didn't have to do them in order. I would definitely recommend for people of all ages!
This is a fun little mini golf course setup inside of an early 1900s home above the main street of Blue Ridge. The course is fun but not too challenging, making it enjoyable for everyone in the family. In between holes, you can spend time playing the various games throughout the course. The staff is very friendly as well, which is always a nice little bonus! We will definitely return!
My husband and I love taking our kids here for an afternoon of fun! The themed rooms for each mini golf hole, are well laid out and add an extra layer of fun to the entire experience. In addition to mini golf, they also have a mini arcade that my teenage son loves. If you're in the mood for something to drink or a snack, they have you covered there too. On top of all of the this, the owner and his staff are always very welcoming and pleasant when we bring our family in. This is definitely one of our g
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We took my 5 yr old grandson here over the weekend and Courtney just went out of her way to make us feel seen and heard. My grandson is on the spectrum and she made him feel so special. What a gem she is. The putt putt is fun and the arcade is small and easy to navigate. It was so much fun. I would highly recommend this place for everyone coming to town with kids!!!
This place was so unique! Our party of 6 adults (two were 88 and 86) enjoyed the mini golf, the themed rooms, and the games along the way! The young man working the counter was very pleasant, too
GREAT FAMILY FUN!!! The six of us had a great time here. The course was challenging but fun. The rooms were creative and made the experience fun. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended for a few hours entertainment for the family.
This place was a lot of fun. My husband and I visited for our first time on our anniversary a few days ago. It's in the upstairs of the downtown shops (hence the name). It's a fairly small space but is well laid out, so it doesn't feel cramped. It may become cramped with a large group playing a one time or if it gets really busy. There were only two small groups there and it went smoothly. Each room is decorated and has a different ?theme? with two holes per room. There are games stationed outside the rooms
Had family visiting from out of town for Christmas, and brought them by for an escape from the cold & some indoor fun. We all had a blast, all the rooms are decorated in different themes which we all loved, as well as an arcade, and plenty of games throughout the center. Highly recommend stopping by for a super fun outing for kids and adults alike!
Great experience so much to do the kids had a GREAT time and the littlest ones enjoyed it as well... Everything was just as it was on the website... Very interesting that it used to be an old hotel back in the day.... Thank you for the family fun we WILL be back
Awesome indoor mini golf!! Our whole family had such fun. Highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I went today. By far the coolest mini golf place. It was all indoor and each room had a different theme, which I loved. I even got a hole in one on the 18th hole.
Really unique mini golf course in a 100+ year old hotel.
Our kids (ages 14 and 6) love this place! It's a fun course that is divided into 9 rooms with 2 holes per room. Each room has its own theme. There are also games to play along the way (giant Connect Four, tic-tac-toe, Where's Waldo, etc.) if you have to wait on people in front of you to finish a hole. The cashier was very friendly, too!
What a fun place! Hosting a few rooms, each having 2 holes to play mini golf. Every room has a different theme. It's nicely decorated and clean. The difficulty level is suitable for kids and adults. The staff was very pleasant, including the owner who came to help and answer questions regarding the video games in thr small room upfront. There aren't many video games, but it's enough to entertain for a good bit. I loved how it was old school, using actual quarters. It gave a sense of money to my kid (oppose
I thought it was fairly priced, and I was pleasantly surprised at all there was to do. I think we were lucky with timing, and had the place to ourselves and it was fantastic.
Took our 4 grandkids today. Courtney was an absolute joy. She was so kind and pleasant. As a business owner I know the importance of first impressions. With Courtney you have an employee you can be very proud of. We have been here before and she has consistently been been a joy. What a great experience. We will continue to recommend your business
The rooms are awesome and the staff is friendly. My favorite hole is the trivia wheel! It offers different twists: my friend had to take her first shot with her eyes closed and I got a point taken off my score for that hole. Totally fun and I hope to see it after the retheme
Fun and themed indoor putt putt place. Plenty of games and activities provided around the mini courses.
This place is great. It's one of those places that you sit back and think, "now why didn't I think of that?" Someone took an old, early 1900s style hotel and turned it into an indoor miniature golf course along with retro arcade games from the 70s. It's a great place to take the kids to play when raining or cold or ridiculously hot outside. It's also a good way to keep the kids and dad occupied while mom is out shopping. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was all about having fun.
We took my 8 year old and 4 year old grandkids. They had the best time playing in the different rooms. It was so nice and clean. Was a great place to go after the train ride! Thanks for a fun time. The owner was working and she was so nice and welcoming.
Our family of teenagers had a great time playing mini-golf. It was a very affordable afternoon of fun. The staff were very helpful and kind.
We went on June 15th. The lady there was extremely welcoming and nice! The course was awesome and fun. We even won a couple of free games!! Great course and even better service.
Very cool indoor space. The golf is spread out among cool themed rooms. There is an arcade area and some games to play in case you need to wait for the next hole to become available. The attendant was polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will say that families came in after us with unruly children who jumped back and forth on the holes and rooms and were very disruptive. This is the fault of the parents, not the business. I would suggest going early in the day on a weekday if you can.
Was a big let down. Doesnt have what it states on the website. Cute concept but poor expectations
Went here with my wife and two young daughters and we had a blast! Was a little skeptical at first but the cold rainy day make the decision easy to go inside for mini golf. Definitely recommend!
So much fun, great set up! Close to everything, easy to find parking?awesome family activity.
Loved this place and very kid friendly Courtney behind the counter was awesome with kids too
Had fun with the family here while on vacation. Very nice place. Owner was also very nice and explanatory.
My family had a great time here! We will definitely go back next time we are in Blue Ridge. Love the indoor mini golf and the themed rooms. So creative! Owner/Manager was very friendly.
We mini golf just about everytime we go on a trip. We found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. We were greeted by a very nice man working the front desk. He told us a bit about the building and golf course. The course is very unique as it's inside 8 different former hotel rooms in a 100 year old building. My favorite hole is when you have to get your ball through a hole in the wall and into the next room. We had a great time. Definitely give it a try.
My wife and I had a great time playing mini golf! The gentleman that was working was very nice and informative. The layout was great as the holes go thru each room and that they weren't some cheap half thrown together putting greens. Very well thought out and put together! We will be back!
Our family of 5 had a great experience at Second Story today while on vacation in Blue Ridge. There's something to be said about great customer service and the owner comes from a generation that owns it. I will gladly give my money to any business owner who prides himself on this. Well thought out, and highly original, course with themed rooms. Very clean. Arcade games for an added bonus. Highly recommend??
We had a great time. I lost tho. Very entertaining with all the different themes. Best indoor putt putt I've played in
This was one of many stops for us in Blue ridge. It was the perfect activity for a cold rainy day! We purchased tickets from the owner at the front desk. He was very kind and shared a wealth of info with us. The lay out of the floor is so well thought out. The rooms were awesome. The games in between were perfect to make the experience last longer. Bathrooms clean. The only thing I would perfect would be the game rooms. Maybe add some paint and local art to the rooms with more seating for those who are watc
So much fun!!! Love all the themes in each of the rooms!
Best mini golf ever played. Indoor from the rain or hot summer days. Owner/manager as easy going as possible All rooms are themed which makes it even more fun. If 6 was an option 2nd Story would get it.
What an amazing place to spend a couple of hours with your family while visiting downtown Blue Ridge. It is so clean, looks new, and well taken care of. The owner was very welcoming and took the time to speak to us about other places to visit while in town well after his place was supposed to be closed. 100% recommended.
I took 3 kiddos last Thursday. A five year old and two 14 year olds. We had so much fun. I was ready to turn around and do it all over again. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. My son didn't do to well until the end he got a hole in one! We were shocked! A hole in one gets a free ice cream. The five year old with us was disappointed, so the owner let us all have a free ice cream. I can't wait to go back for a date night with my husband :).
It was a rainy day here in Ellijay and my wife and I were looking for something to do. We make sure that we play miniature golf on every vacation. I googled local places and found this awesome place. The location is great. The owner is very personable. And the course is extremely challenging. Plus the building is climate controlled. We had a great time playing and then did some shopping at the local shops. The owner even recommend a place nearby for dinner. We will make sure to play a few rounds whenever we
Pretty fun miniature golf place. The person running it was incredibly nice and fun! Pro-tip, you can buy a novelty golf ball to play with and take home. The holes were pretty simple and it didn't take my group very long to get through them. I would like to have seen either more theming/art or more complicated holes.
This is a great, family friendly activity. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The place was very clean and themed well. The only downfall is that a stroller for smaller children has to be carried up steps as there is no ramp or elevator access to the location. The staff was friendly and explained the venue before we paid which was also very nice.
This is an excellent place for the whole family. Right in the heart of the city excitement so you have plenty of opportunity for dining and shopping while you are there. Very reasonably priced and the inside mini-golf is super fun!!! The kids will love it (and the parents too!).
My husband and I had a great time playing this course for our anniversary. It is super fun to see how each room is decorated and the owner is extremely nice. We will definitely return and highly recommend others visiting as well.
So much fun! My 6 year old loved the mini-golf. Each room has a theme which made playing fun. Small arcade with a few games, but still fun. Friendly staff made it even better.
Such an amazing place and so much fun. Super clean and well maintained and the girl at the desk was so sweet and kind. We'll definitely be back.
Clever little indoor miniature golf course. After walking in, we were greeted by a very soft spoken elderly gentleman. Before playing, we were treated to a history of the building, rules of play and tips. Reasonably priced and alot of fun.
Cleverly built indoor 18-hole mini golf perfect for hot weather escape.
I loved it, my daughter thought it was ok, my husband thought it was stupid. Overall we had a good time. It was cool to see the rooms put together in such weird ways. Unique and one of a kind as far as I know.
Fun little spot to give the kids a break from walking and shopping all day. Arcade and air hockey and little games thru out the place were fun too. Giant connect four and checkers was fun and each room has a different theme of Putt putt and you get to enjoy the shoppers below.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, and our family had a great time!!! Would highly recommend.
Me & my 5yo were charged $10 to enter the so called arcade only to see all three of the working games that cost additional money. We were very disappointed. According to the staff, we could have gotten a discount if we played mini golf but a refund was not an option. Save your time & money for somewhere else!
My husband and I had a lot of fun. There is a small arcade in there, plus little games (darts, connect 4, checkers, etc) to play in between doing the putt putt golf. We spent about 2 hours there.
Had a blast playing mini golf 18 holes very well designed and a lot of fun
Loved it!!! Very cute indoor mini golf!! Each room had its own theme and there were mini games to play while waiting!! Close to the Scenic Railway!!
Excellent place to take the whole family for a fun afternoon. Mini golf, arcade, other games between holes, and ice cream and drinks available. Highly recommend for all ages
Very nice! Clean, well maintained establishment. Friendly employees, they were extremely helpful. Fun for the Kids and adults. We will be back.
Such a unique experience here! So much creativity and fun in a small historic building! I highly recommend coming here for good laughs and good times with friends and family!
This place has a really cool back story and every room has a different theme. Definitely one of the coolest places I've mini golfed!
We all had the best time! Great environment and awesome service. If you are looking for a fun place with friendly people to go as a family this would be the place to go!!!
Very cute and quaint. More for younger kids but the service was too notch and we had fun even with older kids
Fun indoor golf. Some arcades. The guy that owns it very, very nice. Great place in Blue Ridge to go when cold/rainy.
GREAT PLACE FOR EVERYONE!! LOTS OF FUN!! Gary & Christina are AWESOME OWNERS!! Thank you for being there for us to enjoy, GOOD LUCK!!
Good fun. You can tell the owner takes pride in this place! And pretty cool they play Epcot park music!
First time here. My granddaughter loved it. The man working the register was very informative. We will be back!
Total blast. We visited midday during the week and had the place to ourselves. Lots of fun, neat course, well maintained.
It was a cute place to play indoor mini golf. Very creative use of space.
Had a great time was very clean! Well worth the money! He was so nice it was a great time!
We went 3 times with our son while in town. Lots of fun especially when it's rainy out
Great fun ....staff top notch....perfect place for family after the Blue Ridge Train ride....clean and air conditioning
So clean and fun. Our whole family enjoyed our time here and will be back.
Very clean, very well maintained, and very friendly employees. A fun and affordable destination.
Great place, and so much fun! I beat my brother by 2, but my dad has still got it.
Very unique and creative concept. Fun for the whole family. Clean and friendly environment.
Nice little indoor course for carpet golf. Small arcade and other games.
Fun mini golf with jumbo games, arcade. Could use some evening hours, limited family evening activities in the area
Was a fun activity with the wife. Holes were a bit small but it was a nice experience.
Must do while in Blue Ridge. Only family fin business in downtown area. Great summer fun for kids...while family.
Fun course, cool setup of rooms. Reasonable price. Will go again.
My 8 year old grandson loved it! We will definitely be back!
Excellent place, will definitely be going back again. The kids loved it.
Great place to bring your family to!!! Owner is awesome and makes for a great environment for the family.
Had lots of fun with the indoor mini golf.
Fun nice place to have a little fun with the family while visiting the area.
Very cool indoor mini golf with very friendly staff!
Great indoor fun with the family! Highly recommend.
So much fun! Great for families.
Kids and family loved the rooms and enjoyed the experience.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
