Over the weekend we had a birthday party for our 13 year old here! Kayelie and Taylor were the ones taking care of our large party and did such a fantastic job! They came over multiple times to see how we were doing and stayed on top of making sure our soda and water pitchers were full. We got to enjoy our son's party and not have to worry about any of the details! I would definitely recommend anyone to have a gathering here! Everyone had a blast! My son had his 10th birthday party here, and it was a lot of fun. We did the bowling and arcade package, which was a great deal, and the kids loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were even able to change our booking at the very last minute when I made a mistake with the dates. Their understanding and flexibility on that was stellar, and I will definitely be doing parties there again. Great job!

Awesome experience! Came in on a weekday with a bunch of teens. Brendan was patient, helpful, courteous and professional. He made sure our large group (three lanes) had a great experience and provided excellent service!

Go to highlands bowling in greeley. This is how my ball looked after I went there... lol Lanes, service, staff is way better. Chippers was dead, yet we waited 5 - 10 min for someone to get a lane for us. Was going to do the $10 unlimited bowling. They wouldn't allow us to use our $10 off bowling card from a b day party. We said we would bowl 3 games each, they said they can't do individual games. Ok, we will get an hr... oh wait you can only use one card. Ok, just give us 2 lanes... I can't do that.... Ok,

Recently came here for my niece's birthday party and had an exceptional experience! Taylor was extremely helpful and I will definitely be returning!

Went there last night with my family and kids at 9pm. Place wasn't that busy especially for a Friday night. Prices are too high for everything!!! More suited for Boulder. It's obvious this venue has seen better days...even though I'm a senior and I know what a good venue is this one fell short of my expectations.

I came in this afternoon with a group from UNC. The staff took wonderful care of us and my students had a blast! Thank you so much to Brenden and Keleigh (unsure of spelling) who got us into bowling lanes quick and efficiently and got nearly all my students through 3 rounds of laser tag! Thank you both so much for making this end of the semester event a success!!

Wow! What an amazing experience! We came in with a large party, which I stupidly didn't make reservations for, and they found a way to accommodate us and make the experience super memorable. Second update: although Shauna tried to make things right, the bowling alley was once again a let down. I used the free game they gave us to make up for the bad experience I previously had and it was another bad experience. My family and I went recently and they put us at a lane that didn't have bumpers. I asked for bumpers because I have 2 small children and they said the bumpers on our lane didn't work and just told us to use a ramp. We have a great time here with our kids during the days. They have made a lot of great changes to the arcade and the laser tag. Kayelie is super nice and great with kids so she always makes it a good vibe. The kiddos especially love the robot waiter that delivers the food!

Weird feel having to be escorted to your bowling lane. Lanes and ball returns are outdated and abused. If you're looking for cheap bowling, it works. Unfortunately if you're looking to improve your game, this isn't going to be the place.

We live 300 miles away from Greeley and threw our granddaughter a graduation from nursing school party. My first contact to reserve and plan was with Natasha and she was fun and easy to work with. Anyone who actually bowls should avoid this place. Dawn dish soap leaves more oil on a plate than an entire lane will have on it. Absolutely disgusting they make people pay to use these lanes.

This has been our go to family night for the last two years. We went tonight and while the updates looked nice, we found the experience to not be worth the new prices. I had never bowled here before this experience, and I can honestly say that I more than likely will not be going back. I was looking for somewhere to join a league, and back in early November i saw they were advertising for leagues to start in January. They offered a single player league which was perfect for me. What ever you do don't pick this alley as a place to celebrate anything other than free time cause that's all you be giving up as their equipment and service is deplorabl. Okay, so bowling was fun, and the bands that played were great when our group went. Came here for a birthday party, we hosted and the crew at the front were excellent! They were kind and understanding of all of the shoes we needed. This is the only reason for the two stars. We ordered fries which were 6$ and two pitchers of soda which were $8.95. $8.95 for not even a whole two liters of soda per pitcher. Not only this but the employees at the bar are incredibly rude. This was a very regrettable trip for fathers day and fun. First, when you enter and they ask for shoe size, there is an option to wear booties for sandles which is nice to know that your good. This place is awesome!!!! I haven't bowled in a long time but these guys really took care of us. Sue and Ashley really took care of us like we were a part of the family. They have everything here from amazing deep dish pizza, awesome music, full bar, and arcade for the kids if they aren't learning to bowl. Had an absolute blast this Saturday! Had a plate of the jalape?o munchers that were amazing, and Kayelie did a fantastic job of making us feel at home and welcome. She had really fun festive makeup on and seemed like she was running around keeping everyone happy! All the other staff was super kind and helpful and compliments to the cooks in the back! I booked a last minute birthday party here and they are amazing definitely make it worth your time and money ! Great staff , great food and amazing service! The kids love the robo cat that delivered food around the bowling alley and have a blast at the arcade ! Laser tag is a must do ! I couldn't have been more happy with any of my experiences here!

Our most recent visit was Saturday 4/26. The 2 younger people working at the desk were so kind and helpful getting us setup with bowling and laser tag for my son's friend group. The food was super disappointing this time. Our pizza dough was raw, so we mentioned it to the person working at the bar and he offered to put it back in for a little bit, but said it couldn't be long because the toppings would burn. I'm not sure how long it went back in for, but it was still raw when it came out the second time. I

I love the laser tag here! The staff were amazing, attentive, and friendly. I just wish the costs of things would come down: food is way too expensive and the arcade games are also very high-$1.25 to play one time. We were going to order food but decided to eat somewhere else first then came back. The cost certainly limits how often my family would visit this bowling alley.

We have a pretty good time when we come here. Seems pretty clean, staff is very young but helpful. My boyfriend bought some 30$ nachos, they are not for less then 4 people, holy crap they were big!

We went on a Sunday which meant that shoes and games were discounted so it only cost about $7 total for a game for two people! Affordable for broke college students. The employees were very patient as I tried to figure out what size shoe fit me. Overall, even though neither of us are the best bowlers, it was a great way to spend $7 and wind down our weekend together. We will definitely be coming more in the future.

We had our company Christmas party here. We did bowling, laser tag, the arcade, and food. We had a great time, everything was fun and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this place as an affordable and fun place to hold parties.

We love this place to bowl? Drive all the way to Brighton. They have a great special of $9.95 per person all you can bowl which is awesome given that bowling today is so expensive. All the staff is great but Aurora at the bar is particularly awesome. She is always so friendly and helpful!

We hosted our Summer School closing celebration at Chippers and it was a prefect place. Our students enjoyed themselves and felt very welcomed. Jeni the party planner was great to work with!

The bartenders here one of them is short and has a lip piercing & is a female . They took forever just to take her order and we did not even order alcohol. There was also a tall male with facial hair with glasses, and they're walking right past us. They did not tell us anything they were not close, and we went to the bartender twice and it took about 40 minutes each time for them to get our order (so 20 mins each time). This place is so much fun. I've been coming here my whole life and I enjoy seeing the improvements this place has made over the years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating considering how busy they are. It's always a fun environment. Very family friendly!

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here. From the event planning with Jeni, the coordinator to the day of set up and hosting by Angelina A, everything was absolutely perfect. The entire staff was so friendly and kind even with multiple drink spilling accidents and there was a good variety of things for all the kids to do when they got bored of bowling. A really great experience all around and definitely a killer spot for a birthday party or just a hangout.

I have lived in 4 different states, gone to numerous bowling alleys/arcades, and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I have given them several chances, and they manage to get worse every time I go. The service has always been terrible, their food is tasteless, the kiosk hardly ever works (and they don't even own it!) the floors and bathrooms are gross, their arcade machines regularly steal your money, and they're severely lacking in customer service skills. Great location! I'm new to Greeley and this was a great find for my 8 year old?s birthday party. The food was delicious, facility was clean and staff was friendly!

We have been several times and overall had a great experience. We went this last Monday though and it was over the top. We had our two kids 7 and 9 and were the only people there right when they opened. April and Danny took such amazing care of us and even turned on cosmic bowling for the kids since it was just us. What an amazing staff and experience!!

The place is really cool, the arcade is small but is very fun! The entire staff is really friendly and helpful, but Angie stood out as amazing and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

The bowling alley was not very clean. There was not a lot to choose from for balls, and the balls were dirty right along with the lanes being dirty as well. The drinks were good. ??

Price is great if you are taking the kids bowling for fun. Seating and service is great. It gets crowded quick on the weekends. The lanes are not great but for kids it's fine. No pro shop
