A representative from 1UP Games called me to rectify an issue I had with my last experience, and even though the phone call would have gone miles to make me feel like the care and value my business, they went the extra mile and made things right. They are a growing business and are adjusting to increased traffic (no doubt from stellar workmanship), so there are some pains they are working through with their increasing success and popularity, but they are a good bunch and will take care of you.

THIS PLACE SUCKS for repairs. I suggest that with how poorly they did 5+ times. Anyone go somewhere else and purchase brand new equipment instead of getting it fixed. 1 up games has me BELIEVE ps4 controllers can NOT be fixed or repaired, they failed three times each to fix 2 regular SONY brand controllers each time still having drift and paying for another job three more times. I was giving the pair along with my console to my son because I had just gotten a ps5. THEN they were supposed to replace the ps4

came here to get my xbox hdmi fixed they said they'd have it done by tomorrow i even paid $30 extra making it cost $150. it would?ve been cheaper to buy a used one. i didn't want to redownload everything so i just paid it. then comes the day of and i call multiple times asking when they'd have it done or if i could get an estimated time and they just said ?soon?. it's now 7:30 nearing closing time and they still aren't finished i walk inside and the tech dude isn't even working on it or behind the tech coun

I love going there buying games just this afternoon I got nba 2k24 and if that game was not used it would be 70 bucks but when you get it used from there it is only 26 bucks what a deal.

great neighborhood games store, got a little of everything you could ask for as a gamer, even has pin ball tournaments every week I went once and it was a blast! only thing missing is they only sell packs of trading cards not singles or used cards but love the place regardless even bought a console from here used and it has a great warranty for used!

Cool place with a lot of gaming options! Very nice pinball arcade too with a great variety from all eras. They have about 30 pinball machines now too, and a fun Thursday night weekly tournament at 6pm. Definitely worth checking out

Don't there. I took a ps2, with 2 controller, ps1, with 5 controller, driver 1, 15 ps2 game 10 of them was 40 bucks. 5 was 20 buck. 9 ps1 game the lowest game was 20 bucks. 12 64 games lowest was 29 bucks. I got 60 bucks. The one by the target called dics replay pay 40 percent for electricity. I would've got over a 300 bucks at the other. Plus I took a little samson there for 2000 bucks they tried to give me 100 bucks for it. I got over 800 buck a dico

Terrible service the staff was rude, and when I went to go trade in a couple of cheap games I didn't want anymore he was rude and the games he didn't want be threw them on the floor for me to pick up and then he gave me a terrible price and when I said no and that I would rather keep my games for a price like that he got rude and said ?thanks for wasting my time we're you planning on buying anything?? If you're a gamer you'll love this place. They have all the types of games you'll enjoy and your child hood. Card games, video games, board games they have it all. Majority of their merchandise looks to be games that people have sold to them. So I'm not quite sure if they get newer models or exclusives, but if you're looking to find something that you remember from your childhood from 15 years ago they might have it. Hopefully this place can stay here for years to come.

Very friendly people. Came in there thinking that my motherboard got loose and that my SSD drive dock was broken too. The SSD card was broken, not the dock. Also found out that it was my HDMI cord was broken and not something in my PS5. They also have a great selection of dice in there that I wanna get too. Just need a bigger container for my dice.

I know physical media is going but that's no excuse to not separate tv shows from movies and to sell them for two bucks each, even when I spent over a hundred dollars on 10 seasons of Stargate SG-1 on DVD that I never use and need to sell for money. Very stupid decisions as physical media still has many advantages. I am angry at this point. The very least you can do is buy the disc sets and pay 25 cents per disc rather than per set and sell them at 5 bucks or something.

This place is great. Besides the obvious - the selection of games new and old, being able to sell old games, buy older systems, find board games and DND books - this place is cheap. Amazingly cheap. It's so nice to have a place I can come into and not pay one million dollars for an older game.

They were very helpful when I needed to replace my phone screen. They can actually fix Samsung phones which is awesome. They were able to order my parts and get them two days faster than any one else. They were also very nice.

Good selection of games and fair prices. HOWEVER beware the disc resurfacer. I walked in today with 3 somewhat rare games, two for GameCube and one Xbox. Two were fully functional and one skipped some. After I got them back, all three would no longer function whatsoever. Won't even boot. When I called, I was told "we said that GameCube games are hit or miss". That doesn't tell me that it could potentially destroy the games. It also doesn't explain why the Xbox game doesn't work. Love this store in bay city, Saginaw not so much. Rude staff. ?Squishmallow? wasn't real brand and was overpriced. Maybe visit the bay city store and learn a thing or too about friendliness.

We mostly go for my son who loves gaming, but I'm also a fan for the collection of used DVDs/BluRay and of new board games. The service has always been friendly and patient.

Fun store. The people there know their product: video games, card games, board games, knick knacks, the works. They even have pinball you can play, which is rather awesome! Will definitely return.

Took my phone here to have a charging problem fixed. After they looked at it for 2 minutes they said "Its all fixed for now, no charge". They recommend that I have a new charging port installed soon and its about an hour for that to be fixed. I am getting a new phone in a week or so and did not want to spend any on this one.
