My wife and I took our son for his 10th birthday to this location for the first time. Customer service all around with everyone there was a 10/10! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Today on Tuesday they had an unlimited game play with the arcade which our kids and ourselves had a blast!!!! My wife and I grab some drinks from the bar which was really good! Attended a work gathering here and had a good time. The pricing was reasonable and our server was great. The service at the bar wasn't so great after 7pm. There were two bartenders that were struggling to keep up with drink orders. Not sure if they were missing a person that Friday night but we waiting over 20 mins for our drinks. Outside of the wait for the drinks from the bar this place was great and highly recommend.

Spent Father's Day at 1up. It was a blast! Lanes are shorter than a regular bowling alley... but the atmosphere is great! The drinks and food were tasty. And the vibe was fun. It would be a great place for a date.

Our company went for an event today. Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Our team bowled, threw axes and played in the arcade. We had an amazing time at one up on Monday evening. They have a special on Mondays and it was extremely affordable for my family of 10. Alex, the owner came up and introduced himself and thanked us for coming in. He even gave me a tour of the strings mechanism in the back. That's the new technology that resets the pins. What an amazing family owned business. The food was very good as well. I wish we had something like this in Des Moines, Iowa.

I had a fantastic experience at 1UP, a family-owned bowling alley. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it's clear that a lot of love goes into this place. Tonight a big group of my coworkers went to 1Up and had a super great time. The food was very good and the customer service was great. All the staff were kind and helpful. We did axe throwing, which was fun. Didn't care for how they handle waivers. Not everyone, like my 71 year old father in law, wants or knows how to use a smart phone. If you try and do more than one waiver on the same device it will not text or email you the confirmation.

Had my first experience with axe throwing last Sunday. Daniel was my instructor. He's extremely knowledgeable about his craft and was patient with me as I kept trying to hit the boards. He would critique my stance, help me shift my arms correctly, and I'm super happy to note, I was able to make 3 bullseyes with his guidance! Definitely check him out if you're at 1up Entertainment! A co-worker get together.I was there only for the bowling portion approx 3-4 hours. We had fun and enjoyed ourselves. No complaints about the food. A majority of the drinks were well received, with a couple being not too individual liking. Per my coworkers the arcade area was great to collective reception.

This was such a fun experience! Even great for adults! There is SO much to do, it is very clean and well taken care of. I am so excited we have a new spot to hang out! It is fun, but upscale. It has a variety of activities. There is something for everyone! The food and drinks are amazing! The VR attractions are fantastic. There is so much to do, I have to go back and finish! The staff and management are professional, polite and so friendly and accommodating! It's a great place to either come for a few hours or for larger parties. I can't wait for to go back!

Our golf group got rained out so we chose 1 UP for some indoor fun. Spent all afternoon ax throwing, bowling, lunch & drinks and had great fun shooting Zombies from a roller coaster ride. So much to do. So fun. I realized what I love about this place. It's an activity venue not just arcade. Bowling, golf, ax throwing, basketball, air hockey. You move and play.

Just went here for a relaxing day with my Wife we enjoyed everything from the entertainment to the food, highly recommend the dark ride, alongside the omni-movment game having a variety of different modes to choose from. I had my daughter's 16th birthday here last night. This is a great place for teenagers and young adults. It doesn't have the little kid vibe like other establishments but is good for the littles too as my youngest is 7 and had a blast. It's a fun sports environment with a nice bar area for some drinks. Had my son?s 18th birthday get together here today. Shayla helped us while we were there and she was AMAZING!!!! She was super attentive and flexible with us as our party was arriving. Love this place! It's the best one near us & it's a family owned small business. We frequent the arcades & entertainment centers in the West Chase, Town n Country, Citrus Park & Carrollwood areas & this is by far the best. It has a restaurant/bar, bowling, axe throwing, 2 golf simulators, multiple VR options & a full arcade. The prizes are reasonably "priced" by tickets won & the prize counter has a lot to choose from. We tried this place out bc it's so close to home! We had a lot of fun but felt it may have been a bit overpriced. We paid $69 to bowl and $40 for arcade games and about $60 on food. Great reuse of the old theater. Like the concept, but ownership should stay on top of details. While renting golf simulator no service at bay so your paying to play while standing in line with only one bar tender on a Saturday. Got no food and no more drinks after the first one. Our ticket probably would have been $300-400 like when we go to top golf but staff didn't convert. No stand for clubs. Limited clubs. But, nice simulator. They have only been open for 1 week so far. Looking at the games they have is is going to be a really nice after school hang out or place to go as a family. This place sucks its a disaster... employees are always playing games we have to walk around and search for them when someone should be at ticket station so when games stop working they can refund, we had to go get refunded more then 10 times because half the games weren't working ?? it upsetting having to wait for someone to NEVER show up at ticket/toy station. Did the VR Omni room with the paranormal activity and it was really cool I liked it. The arcade is also really fun. I've never tried anything like the VR before and even though it is expensive it was fun. They strap you into a little circle thing and then the headset and you walk around by actually walking in the circle thing. Takes a bit of getting used to but it ended up being really cool. Our waitress was amazing. Hard part was after playing games for 1 hour, our 4 year old found out there were no prizes on the unlimited card. Now we have to deal with disappointment and tears. A small prize would have made the experience better. Or if they would have told us up front.

Really enjoy going to 1up!! Games are great, we love the Dark Ride!! I can only add that I feel the arcade games don't award enough tickets. We've been there 4 times with 4 of us, and today we finally had enough tickets to get 2 small items. Either charge less tickets for items or award more on games. Kind of made the kids discouraged.

Where do I begin? I called at about 11:30 in the morning to set a reservation for 2 lanes, the guy on the phone was very kind and told me that my reservation was all set for the evening. Upon arriving, we were told that we were only able to use one lane because of a ?corporate party? that was going to use the lane instead. So we all had to take turns playing on one lane. This place is so fun! They did a beautiful renovation of a piece of Carrollwood history. I particularly love the pool ball themed bowling balls. We've been here a few times and the food is fantastic and the beer is always cold. Such a great addition to the area.
