Customer Reviews

If you're looking for something super fun to do at night at JW Marriott Marco Island, 10K Alley is the place. It's packed with arcade games, bowling, mini golf, and even some crazy cool VR stuff. Honestly, you could spend hours in there and not get bored. The games are a blast ? a mix of old-school classics and newer high-tech ones. Bowling is super chill (perfect after a long beach day), and the mini golf setup is really creative. Plus, they have a huge drink selection for the adults, so it's easy to hang

The ?smash? burger is really good but let me tell you something: this is no smash burger. These patties are thick like an Instagram model. They are the exact opposite of smashed. I got the double and they were grilled and seasoned wonderfully with a really good choice of cheese on it but there must have been close to a pound of beef. A smash burger is supposed to be thin and crispy, these are thick and meaty. Still really good though. $20 for a double with fries or you can substitute the fries for a salad f

A nice place with a unique vibe, you can enjoy an unforgettable moment with your family and your kiddos playing bowling and other arcade games, the staff is very friendly and they always treat you like an exclusive guest. Don't forget to order the chicken wings they are delicious, I will definitely come back ??????

Amazing service from Oscar on Mother?s Day from the time we got to 10K. Highly recommend coming here. He's also very patient with every single customer. Great Experience!!

The arcade is on the J.W. Marriott of Marco Island. We went on a Saturday night and we enjoyed it. It wasn't crazy busy with people. They have a big bar although we didn't try any of their drinks. Not sure either if they serve food. The games were all in working order. They have the latest and coolest VR games. They do cost between $8 and $10 per player. Many of the other games are $2.00. They mini bowling alley it's nice but there is a wait time, so plan ahead. Maybe they accept reservations. The whole pla

Paid to valet my car since we were staying down the street. Only to find out their Google hours are wrong for the arcade and they don't open until 4pm. (Says 12-12a) Now I have four disappointed kids and a valet bill.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Oscar Gonzalez, and his exceptional service made the experience truly outstanding.

Very cool atmosphere but very loud since gaming area takes up most of the space. Food was fine, took some time to come out. Some of the food was just warm while others were still very hot. Our first server at the bar looked miserable and didn't want to be there. Backup servers arrived and they were much more pleasant. Expensive games, but what else is there to do on a rainy day.

Ordered the Mediterranean plate. This is what I was served with some fries and I had eaten one of the falafel before snapping the photo. Checked with the server and this is the $24 meal.

Great place to spend time with your kids while on vacation in the JW grounds enjoying adult beverages

They say they close to children from 10:00pm but that's false. We were there from 10-11:30 and there were kids under 12 running around the whole time. It would be a fun spot, but completely false in its advertising. Fun if you have kids, but avoid if you don't?which is true for the whole resort. Overpriced and not luxury in any way.

Website stated that there are sports simulators and pool tables and we are informed when we get here neither are there anymore. Paid for transportation to get here and allotted time out of vacation and very let down by the outcome. Atmosphere is very child friendly and not good for adults.

Great place for drinks and good times. We enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone had a great time.

Super fun place no matter your age. The arcade is great--though almost every game is $2 per play which is expensive. Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf and Mini Bowling were unique and fun little breaks from the traditional arcade atmosphere. Drinks and food were a little slow coming out, but were pretty good for the price you pay.

I'm sure this place is great but the night we went, many games simply didn't work. There aren't many games to begin with so to see 12+ games not working was disappointing for the kids.

Excellent arcade and venue located inside JW Marriott. Reasonably priced games and a wide variety available. Fun for both adults and children

Pretty cool spot to have a drink relax and watch a game on the big protection screen while the kids play video games. Btw, love the hotel. One of my favorite hotels.

Bartenders were super friendly, and very helpful. They were awesome. Food was really good too! Great place to hangout with kids or adults!

Came here in the fall and the people were great and arcade was in great shape. Came here in Feb 2023, workers couldn't care less that anyone was here. Not helpful and too busy talking/complaining to each other. A bunch of the games don't work anymore, they made zero attempt to fix them or even turn them off. The grab n win machine is rigged for no winners. Daughter wanted a stuffed animal out of there. Played, perfect pickup and the machine arms literally open at the top of the "pick" so no one can win. Wor

We purchase cards to celebrate a friends 40th Birthday party. They shutdown in preparation for a Hurricane and refused to refund us our money that was on a cards. Not great for customer service.

Awesome place!! Highly recommend if you're looking to have some fun! Loved the beer pong arcade game ?? Only gave 4 stars because they closed pretty early for a Saturday night and the prices were high for arcade games. If they stayed open later we would have stayed a while.

Honestly Marriott should be ashamed at charging $2.00 per arcade game. Saw a small kid so upset because he could only play a few games. The drink my partner got was vile. Plus $10 for 5 holes of mini golf is insane.

I would never go to the bar again. We ordered food and were never given silverware, never asked if we needed anything else, never asked if everything was good, and had to wait for a second bartender to ask for refills. What was so surprising was that the bar was dead. Honestly, so incredibly disappointed because we had such a great experience previously. This isn't a reflection of the rest of the resort, which is wonderful.

Yea, so this is definitely the most unique space I've ever seen inside of a luxury hotel. 10k Alley is basically a giant arcade with a bar, which is perfect if you're looking for a fun rainy day activity during your Marco Island vacation. I actually came here after a rehearsal dinner and it was such a blast to run around in our party clothes and play arcade games. Pro Tips - Play a quick round of their quirky psychedelic aquatic themed mini-golf course!

great arcade with a mini bowling place and a very nice bar. While kids enjoy the arcade parents enjoy the high end bar featuring different bourbons.. good service also. I truly recommend if you are at marco island with family.. it is so something good for anyone in the party. JW level, i.e. 5 stars?

Amazing arcade fun for both the parents and kiddos

Great fun, bartenders were so helpful

Very loud and chaotic. Parents should have to watch their kids instead of just drinking at the bar and letting their kids run wild. Long wait times.

Cool concept! Great for families. Food looked awesome but we only tried the cocktails.

With 3 young kids this was our stop every night after dinner. They loved it! Only suggestion is to add to the gift/toy/prize selection.

Great service and a ton of fun. Highly recommended for adults and kids. Lots of games!!

Food was great but I won a tiny camera from the arcade and the fish in it weren't real, very disappointed?

Terrible bar service by one large bar tender. He was unhelpful and lacked social skills not too mention hygienic habits whilst on duty in front of guests/customers.

If you're looking for an adults only experience like advertised, don't waste your time or money. The sign outside is not accurate. Children everywhere.

What fun grandkids had a wonderful time there!

Fun games, great beer, and friendly service. A great time for the whole family.

so much fun, games, bowling, ALCOHOL, god. this place is amazing i can't wait to go back!!!!!??????

Great food and service, Oscar was a great guy, with a great attitude.

Super fun for ALL ages....great food, great games, great time...

Great family environment! Bowling, Golf, VR and bar in the middle of it all.

Great place for the entire family. The food is really good too.

Great arcade on Marco. A place to game, hang and even have a beer.

Pretty fun mini Dave and busters type experience.

This place was perfect for a rainy day, or just when we needed a break from the sun. Service is was brought the 5th star

Arcade awesome! Bar staff ??

Great food, and positive environment!

The place to go for beer if you're staying at the JW Marriott

Takes an hour for food to be served, minimum

Awesome place. Gotta experience this place over and over and over again.

Too many games broken on a daily basis

Great entertainment for children

Fun place, you'd not know you're on Marco

This place is fun and casual.

Be prepared for bartenders that intentionally ignore you

Pretty fun but pricey

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
